I hate stupid people. You just bought a Google phone. How about YOU FU**ING LEARN HOW TO USE GOOGLE?!
I don't even see the point of stickies or even the search or even google when it will not be used at all. What's the Point of a Q&A when it won't be used either?
I currently own an HTC Aria running Android 2.1 . I've seen several posts relating to people rooting their phone and installing Froyo. For all of us who aren't programmers or developers, can someone please write a step-by-step guide to installing 2.2 on our Aria? This is my first forum post ever so please go easy on the ridicule. Take care guys and thank you in advance for your help.

So you dont have a 3G coverage?

I tried what u suggested and still no luck . Do i need to use any different settings for a custom rom?
Hello all,
In advance i just want to say sorry if im missing a thred that can already help me and if i am a link would be great,
I am in the uk, this is the current spec of my phone...
Android version
2.2.2
Kernal version
2.6.32.9
software version
V10d-APR-27-2011
If any more info is needed then i will be happy to post it
OK, i am on the 3 network and have sent an email to LG regarding updating to 2.3 and they say that it is only available in the UK on the T-mobile network, I want to no if i can manually update to 2.3 that is compatible with the UK and my network. If not is there anyway to unlock my phone to make it compatible?
I have already rooted my phone using Gingerbreak
If i can update is there anywhere where i can get download links and a step by step guide that will work on my phone? i have been through many posts that explain things but i still am not to sure whether they will work with my phone, and if the ROM will work with my phone.
If i could get some advice or if someone could point me in the right direction of a post that will help me i would be most grateful!
Again i'm sorry if i am completely missing the obvious, i'm just a n00b in the process of learning.
Ive been stuck at the same point in the process for months
Thanks

Edit: you are saying you searched everywhere... And I believe that everywhere is just local to this q&a section.. So next time search in general section too.. The above link I've given is in the 2 Page of general section.. And I don't think it's hard to find
