Well here it is a semi custom build of the stock rom.
This will not wipe your data, and if comming from stock setup then there is no need to wipe data!
- [Kernel] [GPL] Sense 2.6.32.21 OC/UV 1.51GHZ (CFS-Smartass-TUN) Thanks to bcnice20
- Default CPU clock will be 1.0ghz with ondemand , changable thru setcpu or if you want to edit the kernel directly. I have never been a fan of the overclocking apps as once the system is boot they need to wait for the SU to grant permissions for the settings. this way it is from boot.
If you would like to change the defaults in the kernel just look in init.speedy.rc

Market is fine on mine, but thanks, didnt notice the keyboar lights issue, It is the same for me. I will have to look into this as there shouldnt have been an issue, especially using the kernel and rom from prior.

Same here market keeps giving a FC when i go to any app to install it
My market isn't working either, nor my keyboard light.
I should say that I flashed over my last NFX rom, did not wipe so that could be the culprit
Confirming, market is force closing, and no keyboard light.
Did not wipe data...
How much drain on the battery does the OC add?
My market force closes. I rebooted, reinstalled...still no good.
I also tried to install one of the 1.8 sense kernels. Neither current version will boot with this rom. It just loops the HTC screen.
I did a full wipe because I was themed out on mikshift with the 1.8

I also had done a full wipe before installing & still get FC on Market & no backlight.
OK, I think we've sufficiently established the keyboard light and Market are issues...
im having the same issues. as well as i cant restore my apps with my backup pro. it says it can't read my sdcard

scratch the restore problem. just the market and keyboard backlight are the only issues i find so far
Market is not in the zip by the way. Copied old one into system/app and is fine

because market was moved to data due to updates, I am looking into these issues at the moment. So other then market and keyboard lights, everything else is ok at this point?

There aren't many devs that can do that type of work, they are working on it and have somethings working but it's not completely done yet

Correct but we need a program to tell the system the keyboard has opened when we rotate the screen because Sense doesn't auto rotate without it just like in the Windows Mobile days & Flip It

Bigger font than HD build and no eReader

Only problem is default storage for downloads is set to phone, which is out of space. Is there a way to fix this? Loving the rom btw.

After about an hour of running, I got what seems like an alarm going off.
I have no alarm set, and the only way to get it to stop was to reboot.
So far that is the only thing I've come across.
I'd love to see some Flash and Hulu baked in if possible

hi, i currently run the froyo from frion release and having just one issue, when the phone wakes, sometimes i need to touch the screen 3 times until the lockscreen works, did you address this issue? i know some other people have the same issue... thanks for your effort

just flashed this over a clean boot of the current standard rom and lost all my important icons, phone, messaging, etc....

nm found a way to get them back... good rom thus far. got a MfLOPS Score of 13.827, extremely close, to the 4.2 Froyo rom, and a 1027 benchmark.

Did you have some non stock sounds on your phone? If you have default sounds and they are no longer on your phone it will make weird sounds

EDIT....
installation instructions
1 download zip
2 put zip on sd card
3 boot into CWM
4 wipe data
5 wipe dalvik cache
6 flash zip from sd card
7 enjoy

ive tested it for a while now and so far everything is working...please report anything you find and ill do my best to fix it

That's a know hellraiser bug that Linux can't fix without gb official release unless u know something he doesn't.

Ok. I just flashed. Im liking it. I have not encounter any fc`s yet. data and wifi connection are running nicely. I didnt have to do full wipe. Awesome.

Where is my Keyboard?
- Go into settings and choose Android Keyboard as default keyboard again.

Market crashes when updating apps?
-In settings, go to apps>all>google play store and force stop it. Hit uninstall updates, then clear data. Go back and sign in again.
I just flashed and my clock is still blue?
In AOKP, you have the option of manually setting the color of the clock, so to make it match, simply head to rom control and set the clock color to hex #9e0000, then tap the new color box to set it.

I cant get it to boot on my build 28 rom (AOKP 1.6), it gets to the loading of apps after bootanimation, but then bootloops :/ perhaps it doesnt agree with rogue recovery?

Hmm...I use Team Rogue CWM as well and it works fine. I'll try out b28. As a test, you can take my zip and remove systemui and framework. if it boots, then roman has changed something in the rom, and i'll make it top priority to make my theme compatible.

Same thing here, and I'm on Roach's latest recovery.
Got that problem too. Using Rogue Recovery if it helps.
Ok, i see a trend. I'll update everything and hopefully everything will be finished by tonight. I'm still on M4, so that was probably it.

Build 28 support posted. Had to remove LatinIME support as new keyboard FCs after compile. I'll continue to work on a solution, as well as add new themed apps to incorporate.
So I flashed the new version for B28 and installation went just fine
It's really looking great. However the power menu vanished wich is a little weird and I was unable to set the clock color to red in rom control (I read the FAQ )

Maybe wipe cache and dalvik and reflash theme. Did you hit the color box itself after setting the hex in rom control?

I did these wipe before, and I just did them again, but still no power menu. Otherwise, for the clock color, my bad, it's working

Not sure, man. Anybody else with this issue, please report. I'll try to give you some troubleshooting later tonight when I have time.
