Hi,
I can't seem to send SMS messages on my Nexus S.
I already tried inserting the smsc number from my provider (+31 65 40 88 10 00; it's a dutch number), but no results.
I also tried to use the PDU encoder/decoder ( w w w.twit88.c o m/home/utility/sms-pdu-encode-decode), but that one didn't work either.
What am I doing wrong?
Every bit of help would be very appreciated.
Thanks,
Graverobber2

EDIT: never mind, I've found the solution
thanks anyway.

Good evening everyone,
I have had the Verizon Touch Pro 2 for three days now and everything works great except one annoyance. Does anyone know any way to disable the “pop up message” after I send a SMS message. It’s so annoying. I’ve tried the following and I’m trying to get rid of the notification message, NOT just the sound.
- I’ve tried editing the registry by changing the values of the SMSNoMsg to 1 and 0 and no luck.
- If I change the value from 1 to 0, that will get rid of the Microsoft version of the alert window, but the darn HTC version of the alert comes on!
- I’ve looked at the HKLM part of the registry and even made a new DWORD and no success at all.
Any thoughts or ideas from anyone are greatly appreciated, because it’s very annoying that I have to see that message and hear that tone when I send out a text.
Thank you in advance and please let’s keep this thread to the question that has been asked.
NEVERMIND... saw a new thread with the solution - Thank you

Hi!
I'm sorry, but i don't know where i should write to report a bug found on my Samsung Galaxy S... i mean i don't know if i should write here or in another site... i'm sorry for that, but i hope someone could help me...
My Galaxy (that I love it) i don't know why to some randomly number of my friends doesn't send SMS... i mean... it send... i spend money, but they doesn't receive...
It is not an operator problem, it do the same problem with Tim, Vodafone ecc...
To some mobile phone number they don't arrive... I think was a bug in my firmware 2.1 JM5, but a friend with Galaxy S too but JM3 firmware noted that some number in SMS hasn't the "+" in front the number... if ther is +39 (i'm writing from Italy... and sorry for my english... ) or if there isn't is the same... SMS arrives, but sometime the number starts with 39 (no "+" ahead)... we try to cancel the phone number, delete the contact and rewrite, but the thing persists... How can i do? I Hope Samsung knows this problem and corrects it in the next Froyo 2.2... but i would write to it... i hope i write enough correct to understand me...
Thanks by now for who respond me...
Edit: Ehm... sorry... wrong place... how can i delete this post? (i just rewrote in Questions and FAQ... )

Hello!
Please help!
I would turn off completely change the area code of 00 ....
My problem is that when you choose a phone number with area code of his country (+48) is a system rather than change the + to 00 is changed to 0 and it is very annoying: (((
How to turn off completely change + to 0? As if it was in WP7 Nodo?
I am a chef ...
Sorry for the mistakes ...
Yours! )
OK, first of all, totally the wrong sub-forum. This belong in Q&A, not dev & hacking.
That said...
Does toggling the Settings -> Applications (pivot) -> Phone -> International Assist option help you? I believe it was added in Mango, so it might be what caused the problem to start happening.
Moved to Q&A.
Remember folks... the Dev board is ONLY for dev specific work. If you post is in any way a question, it does not belong there....
I am chef. I get tired of this for few months and I can not deal with it;/ I do not know how to disable conversion of + to 0 so I wrote here asking for help...
I did not know that my question is that hard
below the video showing the problem

I suggested a fix weeks ago, did you try it? What effect, if any, did it have on the problem?
unfortunately ... This fix does not help ...
WP7 for the Toshiba TG01 has never been officially released. Initially, Microsoft did WP7 but this was build 7510. Mango is the work of cooks (Me and others), and here came a big problem ... Sure it is a fault ... DLL? EXE? RGU? that do not interact well with Mango, they also need to be updated ... I was looking firmware from Toshiba is12T but nowhere can I find: <
The easiest way would be completely turned off when choosing help as it was in Nodo.
Ah... didn't realize you are on an unsupported device. That makes things difficult.
I would think there must be an IS12T ROM somewhere... you might need to go read Japanese forums or something, but surely somebody has one.
I was looking for updates, rom , etc ... Unfortunately I found nothing, I'm sure someone has, but very hard to find: (
I found RapDialer, who change 48 on 00 48
This only works if you are calling by the application...
just what to do to run this fix directly in the system and not by applications ...
I hope that soon, I will manage to solve this problem , uff...
Hello,
I would like to know if today there is a way for my Archos 80 Xenon to more than send and receive messages and connect to networks with my 3g sim card, to receive calls .
Having looked at some forum, it seemed a little vague, some say it is a hardware problem, others say it's just software (that will be feasible if it is the case).
If you have information for me.
Thank you in advance.
