would love to have the look and feel of a windows 7 theme on my phone... is their one out right now?
Not that I know of, but you could definitely use desktop visualizer and launcher pro to produce some sort of windows phone effect.
are you looking for a Windows 7 theme? or a Windows Phone 7? For Windows Phone 7 try out Metro UI or Launcher 7. WP7 is not my cup of tea but they are the closest things for it in Android.
Windows 7

I love that timeline software that the Kin works with. Do you think Windows 7 will have this adaptation?

Hey guys.
I had a look at the Windows 7 Phone and I really like the OS. Is there a ROM or something I can download for my HTC Desire GSM that will allow it to run Windows 7 Phone Os?
Thanks.
Btw. I'm rooted.
Sounds like something fun to try at least. Have you looked at metro ui or launcher 7? They are pretty cool and look good on my nexus one.

there is a app for android to use windows phone on android but its not the windows os. am looking for it too but no luck hope you find it
If you get the HTC HD2 you can run windows mobile 6.5.x, windows phone 7, or android 1.6 to 2.3 on it. (and if you really want you can get windows 95 and windows xp going on it too..haha)
I've done all of the above with mine - works great.
You may notice that I said Windows 7, not windows phone 7. That's perfectly correct. I have come to love Windows 7, and would love to have it on my phone as well. Is there a free, easy way to do this? How? I don't want some crappy theme. No stupid answers, please!
Hey, I know there is a Custom Rom that makes your Phone look like Windows Phone 7, but I have no idea if there is also one for Windows7..
I hardly know anything about Android, since I got an Windows Phone you might want to try it in the Android Q/A's where the Android "experts" will answer your Question..
Hi, I am looking for a rom, windows phone 7.8, or 8 on my Nexus S (I9023). I was looking for, but not found on the forum. Sorry for my poor English

It looks like at least the basic hardware on the tablet is supported by Windows 8 RT, but Microsoft doesn't sell it directly. Your best bet is to get in touch with someone who has a Microsoft developer account, and see if they can get an image for you. That said, Windows 8 is pretty awful. If you want to turn your tablet into a more full computer, I recommend looking at the Ubuntu Touch, Arch, or XUbuntu threads in the development section.
This tablet will never run windows rt (not absolutly true if you enjoy windows rt in qemu enviroment:silly hint the tf600 is basically this tablet with windows rt.
But even then our linux ports created by only a few people run better then 90% of windows rt tablets lol, youd be jelious of our linux if you had a windows rt tablet
