Are the ringtones different on the armani captivate?
if so know where I might be able to get them?
Grab the ROM off of samfirmwares.com and extract and mount the factoryfs.rfs in MagicISO or something similar and copy over the files.
But since you're asking this question, I'm assuming you don't know how to do this... Last time I checked though, the ringtones seemed the same, but correct me if I'm wrong.
It def has some tones the US Captivate doesn't have.
There are posts here where tones from other Galaxy S variants have been put up for public consumption. Hopefully someone will do the same here.
here you go. from stock armani rom:

the ringtones folder inside the zip goes in /system/media/audio
Thank you for this help. I've been searching around and I was wondering if anyone had made a master zip of all the ringtones? If not, maybe I can finally contribute in a small way.
Just need to find some Atrix ringtones now haha ^^

little hd2 is waiting for a big release : P
This is probably not going to be the final ROM. I've seen it in other places where it says "test" at the end of the file name.
They did this with the Hero and Pre as well. The phone got out for training and events and such, but there's more than likely going to be another ROM right before or right after launch.
This rom should be installed at first devices...Later, maybe htc will update it and I will share this rom...but current Ship rom is that I posted before.

Pardon my ignorance: Using this can you get back from the new OTA version 1.32.651.6?
In other words if a device is already at .6, is there currently a path to get a custom ROM on there?
1. Run this RUU
2. Use Toast Method to load custom rom?
Hey does anyone know which firmware files contain the new baseband i flashed 2.0.2.A.0.24
and added the Dual Touch yet baseband still is 2.0.49??
I think flashing amss.sin file updates the baseband

Pm me your email and Il forward acopy of what you need. I warn you it might take a while to come through cos the file is about 15 mb. When you get it put it in new folder inside the firmware folder in the latest flashtool.

Come on sk_007, I'm just posting so everyone can easily access the file in a public area. Yes I got the file from you and I said i would share with others and I received quite a lot of pms asking for it so instead of mailing to everyone and taking 40 mins plus to receive. I figured why not give a link to the file in the right place in the forum for everyone to get. Perhaps you could of uploaded the file at an earlier point?
I am not trying to take credit, I only asked people to use the thanks button. I'm not even the OP in this thread.
I am not trying to flame etc but why get so sensitive over something so small. Thanks for sharing with me, thing is everyone has just as much rights to stay up to date as you or me or anyone else. Last time I checked xda was about sharing and helping others.

I wasn't trying to take the wind of of your sail so to speak and I was just helping others as you helped me. Perhaps to avoid situations where you feel people are trying to take credit for stuff (which I'm not) you could upload these kind of things before someone else does.

Look I'm going going any further with this, please see xperiax10users post which has now been edited.
I am not going to engage in silly arguments over something so small and insignificant and its not like your personally created the Baseband 2.0.52, if you did you might actually have a point but since you did not help or personally make it........

No problem man but the real thanks goes to the guy who created the zip. Not only does it have that cool droooooiiid notification, it also includes a bunch of other great sounds. I had been missing the sonar and highwire ones on my TBolt. It's nice to be able to switch devices but keep your ringtones and notifications so you have a new device but still feel at home. I used highwire on my N1 for Google Voice texts and could never really settle on a new one when I moved to the Tbolt ...then this zip was made and I had highwire back.
Hello

You can download both the stock samsung tones and many others. The two packages are both flashable from CWM.
Thanks all again. Everything is working great now and I'll be sure to put Q's in the other section next time.
As for the ringtone, the previous post already linked it so I don't think I should repost it.

Hi Guys. First of all i want to inform everyone who uses the Youversion Bible App that the NIV and NLT version are available for download starting today until tomorrow (Oct 30 - 31). That said, can someone Download these files and upload them to any file sharing sites (pref. mediafire) and post the links here? filenames are something like niv.1.sqlite3 and is usually stored in .youversion folder in your SD card.
BTW, im trying to download right now and its almost a whole day and its always 'saying file download cancelled'. I will still continue to try and If ever im successful I will also share these files here. Im just afraid that I may not be able to download these files within 48 hours. I hope you all understand my predicament.
I will pray that someone may upload those files here and all bible users may look on this thread if ever they need those versions again.
Thanks in advance

Hi Guys I'm a new Christian and have a blackberry, and I really want to have the offline version of the NLT, can someone please help me ? If you can upload the offline .db file I'd really appreciate it. I tried the the NLT.sqlite3 file above but it doesn't pick up on my phone, also the other offline version I have is in .db format and works perfectly. Or if someone can tell me how to convert the sqlite3 file to .db so that it would run on my phone, that would also be a great help.
Thanks in advance.

The same thing happened to me and YouVersion could not help me. I appreciate these being posted, as I was searching for them for months.
If anyone ever needs them again, they are stored on my Dropbox account.
I have a jailed iPad, and I have the offline-NLT file, but how do I get it into my iPad Youversion app?! I know this is an Android forum, but the people on here seem to know how to extract the SQL file from the iPad/iPhone, and I have NO idea how the reverse is done...
I have just recently jail-broken my iPod touch and was wanting access files on it. I came across a windows software called iExplorer from Macroplant and I was able to move the downloaded NIV and NLT files directly to my un-broken iPhone 4s. They read okay so far but i haven't been able to update them yet, possibly because of lack of .copyright files. If anyone here can upload those to mediafire that would be great.
Just wanna ask if the NIV version is the same as the paid one on youversion?

I have this version. I can upload it to my dropbox account. I will post a link shortly.
I have a question for you guys. I recently got the HTC Evo 4G LTE and want to restore my offline versions that are no longer available to d/l. I cannot for the life of me find where they are kept on my new device. I know on my OG Evo that it was under .youversion, but I do not see that folder anywhere on my internal sd card nor external sd card. Could someone help me figure this out? Thanks.
Edit:
Can't post external links yet, pm me and I'll try and get them to you
Edit #2:
Nevermind, I found a sd card app that allowed me to view all folders, so I got them back in there.
