Hey there,
I can see no reason why you cant edit your sig, just pop to user cp and edit from there.
PM me if you still cant edit the sig and ill look into it.

Take a look in the FAQ. The note "(this script runs every hour)" is the reason, why you cannot create the signature immediately.

If your like me one of the few features that I've been jealous of on the iphone and droids ( booo) is integrated youtube. When they receive a youtube link via text or email it opens up their youtube player. Not the web browsers.
It took a while for me to get it working right but now we have it too!!!!

truth is I've been on XDA a heck of a lot longer the I've been on PPC-GEEKS, but when it came to my current phone ( htc imagio ) XDA doesn't have much of an imagio community. I'll see if I can PM you the cab because I dont want to have to support it in 2 places

Mate - the OP has specifically stated that he doesn't want it posted on here. He only wants people to link the ppcgeeks page.
Please edit that post and delete the attachment (you need to go into advanced mode when editing to do this).

It will be in USER CP under edit signature. You have to have a certain number of post first, however, IIRC.

Looking at the attachments there, they are already at 7mb+ so its not surprising you cant attach the second one.
Why dont you edit the first post and provide a link as you have done above, that would be the simplest method.

I tried to do it myself. Edited the param.lfs file. Replaced the image. But bootlooped my phone trying the flash it...
Let me know if you get it working!

I am planning on an update to that guide soon, now that I have my phone back. I think it may be safer to use a renaming method for the param.lfs image. That way you aren't copy/pasting a huge image file into the image manually.

This is the second time I've seen this posted in the last day. I believe erikkmm was the other. So I just looked and NO SEARCH BAR EITHER!? Maybe the mods got so pissed with us arguing and tell everyone to search that they removed it. Oh the irony. Seriously though does anyone no what happened to it??
There was a huge overhaul to the XDA app. Maybe they are just changing a bunch of internal stuff.

Yeah. I tried it on IE & Firefox to make sure it wasn't a browser specific issue. If you click on the Advanced Search button near the OS/Manufacturer search bar, you get an error stating: Searching has been disabled.
There's also a thread about it in the XDA General Discussion areas.

Yesterday the entire site was almost impossible to use. Didnt matter if you used a pc the app or tried to direct link via implants. I was met with errors and timeouts to the point I just gave up trying to read anything posted anywhere on xda.
I want to attach some zip files and images to my post but there is no icon for attaching files, I cannot even put links as I am new here please help somebody .
You can try with scroll to the bottom of the page and change theme for xda. It worked for me when I had the same problem.

You need a minimum of 10 posts before you're able to add links and attachments.

Thanks for the help :laugh::good: ..... but when I logged in today the attachment option was available and I was even able to post links, i haven't reached 10 posts yet I wonder what happened

How am I supposed to reach the 5 post (or 10 post) minimum limit without posting a lot of garbage? I am having an issue with a custom rom, and the developer wants my log files. I am new here (this makes my second post), but it seems silly to post garbage in order to get up to my minimum requirement so that I can get my question answered.
