[Q] what´s the best money manager free and pay app??? - General Questions and Answers

[Q] what´s the best money manager free and pay app for android 1.5 (im still stocked) ???

i don't have much experience with money tracking applications, but I am also looking for a good one, free or paid. Now I am playing with 'daily money'.
so, up, anybody else can give us some feedback on such apps?

Just to be sure, you are talking about keeping track of your spending, yeah?
I have been using Expensify. It allows you to manage your spending via web or your Android app.
For their Android app, you only able to enter your spending. While their web app allows you to manage them and view your spending in form of graphs.

honestly speaking i do not have that much of money so that i need money manger to maintain it.

I've been liking Pageonce. syncs with bank account and your bills due to keep track of your spending and when to pay what. Has push notifications too to remind you, but those haven't worked quite as well as I'd like so far.

For me without any doubt Easy Money

i m using expense manager its a free app for my droid. its very simple

[APP] App Inventor Market Helper

For some time now I have been getting emails from random people who have seen my apps on the market, and then see that I used Google's App Inventor to make them, and then see that I was actually able to publish the app in the market. And they all want the same thing, for me to make their apps market ready. So that is the main point of this app, To help you, help yourself. First I will try and show you how to do it yourself, with a video, and then I will show you actual forum where I learned how to publish the app. And then finally if you so choose you may send me the app and I will set it up for you. But please don't send me junk. I will be looking at each app just to make sure, I don't want to be the cause for filling the market with more useless junk.
Requirements:
App Inventor Extender
The actual .apk file for your app saved on the sd card
Active data connection
Once I receive the app I will do my best to get it done right away for you, but im not a machine so even though it only takes about 5 minutes to do it. Expect most of them to be done my 10pm est because that is when im home working on this stuff. Maybe you can use that as an incentive to learn it on your own lol.
One last thing, I am offering this service completely free of charge, but if you feel inclined to perhaps deposit a few doubloons into Paypal account I will have a donate link in the app just for that occasion. Or maybe you don't feel like donating through Paypal, you could always consider the donate version of my pet game, but of course you would need the free version for it to work properly. But weather you do or don't, it doesn't matter, I will still work on your app

[Q] Help me spend my mobile credit

I have $80 on my T-Mobile prepaid account that I'm going to lose once I port my number over to another carrier. There's no way for me to get that money out other than to spend it. And I need help.
I'm definitely going to spend some of it on apps in Google Play, but $80 is a LOT for me to spend. I don't need music since I have Spotify premium and don't need books since I have a Kindle.
Any suggestions on what to buy? (Or how to best "preserve" the value?)
Well It depends on your type of device (Phone, Phablet, Tablet ..), and what kind of stuff interest you (Games, Camera Tinkering ...)
For a start, if you're one of those rooters, I'd say Titanium Backup is a must, there is also XPrivacy, an app I can't live without that can fake permissions of some intrusive apps. (The installation is a bit tricky but worth it)
As for games, I'm not a big player, but there are some good games, like The Room, and it's sequel The Room 2
As for editing your phone appearance, you can try different launchers, like Action Launcher, TSF Shell 3D, both unconventional launchers with special stuff, and then you can buy a set of Icons and themes.
There are lots of options for 80$, try going over the most popular app in the playstore , maybe you'll find some more interesting stuff there

[Q] App monitoring?

I was hoping that someone knows of an app that can alert me when my son installs or deletes an app. There are certain apps that I don't want him having access to, and it seems the trend I'm hearing from other parents is that the kids will install the apps when they are away from home and delete them before they get back. I think I found a couple spy apps that will monitor installed and deleted apps, but they also track the text messages and gps location etc... but I'd rather not pay a monthly fee. I don't want to spy on him necessarily, I just want to make sure he's not installing apps that he's not supposed to. If someone could point me in the right direction, that would be great!
Thanks!
Mike
Nah, I just pay the $5 a month for family base. Just tells me who my son is talking to, what apps he installs, and allows me to put time/data type restrictions when I feel it's appropriate. Doesn't show the actual texts or do location tracking. But I finally went with that because of the serious lack of parental controls. If my son wasn't stock I'd probably have tried out other apps.

[Q] App data storage

Hi all,
I want to build an application for smartphones that will require a server to store all user's data. I know that companies like Facebook make use of giant server rooms but how does a normal average Joe save data of about 100 terabytes? I still need to develop the app and then only launch it with no source of income generated by the app for a long time, so to build giant server rooms cost a lot in the first place and then to maintain them with electricity and cooling also cost a lot, so how does one go about to launch an app that could potentially become pretty big but don't have the funds to store the data used by the app? I can start off by using let's say 5 terabytes, but then when it gets overloaded I will have to shut it down for above mentioned reasons?
Thanx
use free baas service
go google parse, firebase or quickblox
