[Q] Android 3.2 Using the mouse wheel to scroll down in pdf documents

Using the mouse wheel to scroll down in pdf documents running on Android 3.2?
I have noticed that when browesing web pages the mouse wheel on Android 3.2 as experienced using the Acer A501 with a usb mouse allows for the mouse wheel to enable scrolling down the page. However, when using software like repligo Reader or beamreader for reading pdf files the mouse wheel does not work for scrolling - one has to press the left mouse button and drag the page downwards or upwards.
Is there anyway of making the mouse wheel do the scrolling in these kind of programs (from the Android OS) or do these kind of programs have to be coded to respond to the mouse wheel from their third party vendors
Ebookdroid is excellent. Just change the mouse scroll settings from %5 to say %20 or whatever you see fit.
Regards.

[Q] Is there a way to multitask different internet tabs?

I was thinking about buying the note 10.1 but as I was looking at all the multitasking videos and learned that you can only multitask what samsung has approved. But I never saw anyone multitask 2 different internet tabs, is there a way to be browsing the internet and open a new tab on half the screen? Thanks!
Like any browser, you can do tabbed browsing, but no, there isn't a way to have 2 side by side browser screens with the stock broswer. HOWEVER, there is an app that does this called Overskreen.

[Q] How to add media tags to videos? (Video App)

Hi,
I recieved my Surface tablet yesterday and I currently have Windows 8 on desktop as well.
When using the 'Video' app, I click on 'My Videos' and all my videos appear under the 'All' heading (these come from my Homegroup). However, when I select 'movies' or 'tv', nothing appears. Obviously, this is probably because I've not tagged them as such, my problem is though, how do I tag my videos to show up in these areas?
I've tried doing this on my desktop and Surface tablet and none the wiser. I've used file explorer > properties on the video files and there is no obvious field for this information to be added.
Thanks

[Q] Viewing PDFs in stock browser crashes Kindle app

The main reason I bought the Tab2 (7.0") is to view FAA instrument approach charts. Since there are over 15,000 of them (reissued every 28 days) for the USA, I've created HTML pages organized in a tree structure (by state and then airport) to allow quick access to whichever one I want. I have all of this (PDF and HTML files) on a microSD card, and I have installed Adobe Reader for Android.
When I use this on a "regular" Android tablet (Acer Iconia A500, Nook Color/Tablet, Motorola Droid), it works just fine: Using the stock Android browser, I navigate the HTML pages to the one for the airport, and then click on a link to display the PDF. Adobe Reader fires up and displays the PDF just fine.
However, on the Tab2 (running stock 4.1.1), the stock Android browser attempts to fire up the Kindle reader (even though I've selected the Adobe Reader as the default), which then crashes. Note that I can navigate to these PDFs via a file explorer, click on the file name, and the PDF displays just fine.
OK, so I tried a few other Android browsers:
Opera (not Mini): This piece of junk (from other experiences as well) can't even display a URL of the form "file:///storage/extSdCard/.../index.html" on the SD card. Idiots.
Dolphin: A bit better; you can enter the "file:///..." URL and it displays the HTML file fine and navigates to other local HTML pages, but when you click on a URL that references a local PDF, that's an "unsupported" URL. Morons.
Firefox: I'm not fond of the UI, but that's a nit. Everything else, including displaying PDFs from HTML links, works just fine.
So, Firefox wins the race, because one contestant threw up on the track before the first turn, and the other just before the second turn.
Wow, that's a long way to my question: Does anyone know of a way to get the default (Android) browser on the Tab2 to not try to fire up the Kindle app when linking to a PDF URL? I've rooted, if that makes it easier.
