Im so clueless as to figure out how to make a flashable bootscreen or live wallpaper from a gif image. i have this image

This will only installable on 64bit rom For our device.
Download Google wallpaper from playstore.
Then install this apk:-

Currently on this wallpaper port not all wallpaper applyable on our device.
