Hi,
have you tried to flash the SU-Binary with your Recovery?
You can download it on the SuperUser-Developer Homepage. With the recovery I could flash the newest SU-Binary, if SuperUser shows me, that the new SU-Binary is not compatible.
Did you use the SU Update Fixer?

you must have rooted your phone to use root apps. check on google for a how-to guide
su is auto installed when the phone is rooted but installing su on unrooted phone will not help you to install app that needs root access.
You need the su binary for root access

What does the error say? If it's something like not enough memory/storage, then you might have used lucky patcher and odexed something in /data/app.
If that's the case, you should delete the lost odex file, or use the lucky patcher, it can remove it automatically.
If that is not the case, please elaborate.

It says "error code during application install 110"

I think ur package installer has malfunctioned.
The package installer is responsible for installing apps that are downloaded from play store or any other source.
Its in the /system/app/ folder of the root.
If u are on a rooted device then by using root explorer mount system as RW push the Packageinstaller.apk into the /system/app/ & set the permission as rw-r-r
Download the PackageInstaller.apk from Below link

Press Thanks if i helped
