Help..Confused. Clear concise help needed for ROM upgrade

Hi guys,
Am total newbie this. Own a 1 month old O2 mini in Singapore. Wanna upgrage my ROM and solve bluetooth headset call dropping problem. Please help and provide a clear simple concise procedure to upgrade ROM.
I'm planning to upgrade to something like listed below.
Rom version: 1.11 WWE
Radio version: 1.05
Existing version:
Rom version: 1.03.00 WWE
Rom Date: 11/01/04
Radio Verson: 1.01.00
Protocol version: 1337.38
ExtRom version: 1.03.166 WWE

should i upgade to another rom?? N whats the different after upgrade?
Another Q, my camera looks grainy compared to DOPOD 818.. how to make IT more clearer o what software will improve the camera quality??

Newb from Houston-HTC6800 ROM Issues

Hello everyone,
I am upgrading the ROM/radio on my vzw htc 6800, created a full backup with spb backup from old 6800 to new 6800 and was able to successfully transfer ROM settings to the new device. However, the updated radio version was not carried over. I am new to this, and I'm wondering if I will need to flash my new device completely in order to update the radio to the correct version or if there is another way around this. Having some other issues with the restore also. Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated. Please see my device info below. Thanks again!
