ALL CREDIT GOES TO AOSP. I simply clicked delete a few times.
This rom is the latest aospCMod 1/23/11. Basically it is the same just stripped of almost everything cyanogen. I made this for personal use for making a smaller system partition, and just decided to post this incase someone wanted it. I'm not trying to call this my rom. Same issues as aospCMod. I have tested the rom for a few days and it has run great, but still not quite "stable", and I'm not responsible for anything that happens to your phone! All the thanks should go to AOSP for bringing us gingerbread on the heroc.
WIPE EVERYTHING before flashing: boot, system, data, cache, sd-ext.

Yeah it looks like it. Nothing special, essentially the same ROM with not much more than the extra CM Settings options and tweaks removed pre-flash. Same things I do anyhow

Installed fine! I actually gotta say thanks 1-23 of aospCMod gave me FC's and this works fine.

A general question for 2.3.2. My wife sent me a google calender invite via gmail, when I pressed yes and then pressed calender, calender force closed, strange!! Anyone have a fix for this? Now, I did log onto my gmail via computer and everything synced to the phone perfectly with the calender but I was curious why I got a force close and if anyone else had this trouble with the 1/23 GB builds?

Can you ever really make"make" a hero rom? The best you can do is from dumps so I'm sure he didn't "make" it per say, but I'm sure he came as close as he could

You see I like the changes in 2.1 sense but I'm fine with using a older version of andoid it doesn't bother me at all. None of the feats like LWP's and blah blah blah matter to me, as long as I can use gameboid, task killer, and any other apps i use.

Yeah, I installed 302BFS From HERE... working fine now
for fuzzys you have to install the DEPORT1.0 but thats only for MT3G/Magic users if i remember... so we dont have htc's facebook on this rom?? damn thats what i love the most about sense roms...

I got a 963 Quadrant and battery is pretty nice
963 is pretty good...I'm gonna flash it and try to run it for a while...I'm already running noobnl 1.0.3 with his latest kernel released last night...my quadrant surprisingly is only 930

none that I know of, noobnl's stuff is solid that's why I used it
did u get permission from all the devs to use their apps? I dont think its allowed to have market apps in roms without authorization from the dev......i may be wrong tho

Install the ROM with clockwork recovery. The icon pack just unzip on your sd and apply them with ADW by long-pressing your desktop and selecting custom shortcut

Yes you need to be on the latest update "DI07" and the icons are for shortcuts on your desktop or app drawer(if using LiveHome)

I've sure had some trouble in the past, but I've flashed this over 10 times without any problems, both with and without wiping the data, should work for everyone.
Flashing now...been looking forward to see what you had in store. Never had any issues with your ROMS beyond user related issues. Ill report my findings.

To everyone trying this out report your findings, this took me 3 days to theme and complete to where it is now and in that time I haven't found many bugs. I am working on fixing some bugs but this release is stable as ever.

GREAT JOB BUBBY! you back in business on my part, wiped it clear dalvik and all. Starts up good, and the theme fits this phone so much. Keeping this for now. I'm going to try and install the market update.

Please learn how to wipe the system from a previous rom before trying to flash this. This rom works 100%, thanks for your positive input.

I did wipe! Both times! Ive been rooting since my HTC Hero. I do know what im doing. I wiped system factory reset, and cache BOTH times. I was on Synergy RC1 before going to your rom. Dont tell me what i dont know when i do know bud.

Hello all, This rom is a absolute beast. It is pure speed. It is based off Sensation XE 2.3.4. I am getting right around 335mb of ram. My friend tested and he said nothing but good. It is completely bug free and clean as can be! This is by far my best release i have ever made. I want you guys to enjoy this right here!

Is there any way you can make the google search bar the stock colors because its kinda hard to see the words "Google" minor detail, but OCD over here.

I use the Black one from the market. I didn't know this until recently but you can download different versions of the widget. You can personally change it is what I'm saying. Assuming you mean the widget.
REMINDER: I do not want anybody to say anything in the thread about unlocking the phone to answer a phone call!!!!
This ROM flies.. It makes ME feel slow, LOL. One thing that might be asking too much butttt I'm spoiled so here it goes: Screen rotation animation, is it possible to port to Sense 3.0?
This ROM is the fastest Sense ROM I've ever used.

youre gonna have to unlock the phone to answer a call, its just how it is when you remove the htc lockscreen
