[REQ][Theme] AOSP Gummy Jar 2.5

I've jumped ships to the Droid X over night and I've flashed Gummy Jar 2.5, as much as I dig the gingerbread, IMO plain white AOSP looks better. Does anyone have a regular AOSP theme, preferably with the regular battery or just percentage shown inside it (Like in Cyanogen) Thanks in Advance.

This would be awesome. I love all the roms that are coming out, but I really can't stand the "fancy" animations when switching windows or the different colors used. I guess it is all personal opinion though.

Can anyone help me I have a backup however when i installed Gummy Jar it just goes through the animations how can i back out and load my back up I do have bootstrapper and rom manager installed with a recent backup. PLEASE HELP

That would be sweet stock vanilla with rounded status bar and battery percentage... +1 for this theme

Looks like I will not get finished till 2moro afternoon...got called back to work...but have no fear its nearly done. Just have to edit the service.jar and we should be good to go.

Hold home as you turn the phone on, when the M appears let go of the power but keep holding the home button, it will eventually go into recovery where you can let go of the home button

Looking forward to this. Gingerbread has a little too much green in my notification bar right meow.

Here's one set for metamorph using a cartoon sans looks good though...I'm putting together another set now...second one posted using stock android bold font for the percentages.

Nope these are metamorphs...I didnt see the need in making two or three separate framework-res apks when metamorph is easy especially for only 11 images...I was thinking of a full generic aosp theme...but with Liberty Rom and Rubix around the corner I'm going to hold off. Especially since kejar and jrummy have teamed up on Liberty...I dont want to invest a lot of time in gummy since it probably will not be supported or updated.

Really like the theme. Only thing is that it seems to break swype on the showcase. You can type words, but you can't swpe them. Thanks for the theme.

great theme phillup. i'm loving it. There's a few areas where text colors are black on black, white on white, that kinda stuff. I'll pull you some screen shots if you're interested in fixing it.

just wanted to let people know that we like that thanks button....you know...i know i have a donation link but i love that thanks button...makes me feel good watching my thanks meter go up...i feel like a champ!!!

So other than the fact that I'm not a smart man, can someone tell me why these icon packs just freeze this one or white chrome just freeze when I try to flash in cwm and I have to do a battery pull to get it to reboot? Anyways all these themes are great I just wish I was less retarded I probably would have less problems, and yes I was wearing a helmet, for my perfection any time I'm in cwm

Because you don't flash icon packs. You will have to extract them and change the icons using your launcher of choice.

Looking for mods for leaked gingersense.

I am currently running Liberation v2.00 rom based on the gingerbread leak,but none of my mods will work. If anyone can help, the mods I use are power toggles notifications pulldown, smooth sense icons, battery percentage, 6 signal bars and EVO camera. Any help is greatly appriciated.

That's because the Sense 3.0 is a COMPLETELY different framework than the GB leak. The leak is 1.0, Desire Z/HD GB is 2.1, that other one is 3.0. You can't even use the Sense 2.0 (Froyo Desire Z/HD) mods on the 2.1.

that mod probably only works with 3.0 roms or just uber kindom not sure but i have it working on uber kingdom and it also on the of battery% it gives you animated sync icon... which idk if you have that but you dont on sense 3.0 roms

one note though, if u dont want the percentage in the battery, u need to flash and earlier version of aerodkng's gigngerbread, cause i just flashed mines over the 7.4 version, everything is blue but the percentage is still in the battery, lovin it though

be cautions of what verion of aerodkngs gingerbread you flash. anything below 6.5 had wi-fi problems and other issues.

great theme. i really hated the green and blue of the aerokngs gingerbread theme but this put it all blue. only problem i found was while charging the batterys on red while unpluged its 80 percent.

Battery mods for gummy2.0!

So I decided to start this thread for users who want different options for battery mods! I have made 4 so far for the stock gummy 2.0 blue theme. I will make more for different themes but need input from users on what they want! So post away! All mods are going to be made using the UOT kitchen, a lot of thanks to the creator mendozinas!
Flash these via cwm, some users have reported that upon flashing nothing changes. If this is the case simply follow these steps:
1. MAKE A BACKUP of your framework-res.apk FIRST! It is located under system/framework!!!
2. Using root explorer, or other comparable app, extract the framework-res.apk file from within the battery.zip.
3. Copy the framework-res.apk and paste it to system/framework.
4. Now just reboot and ENJOY!
As usual I am not responsible for what happens to your phone, you know the risks etc etc........................lol

Honeycomb battery looking awesome. I prefer it over the default because of how clear it is with DPI set to 200.
