if the games are saved and stored on your sd card, then you should be okay as long as you don't wipe your sdcard when you flash to gingerbread.

Hello.
I'm currently running into low space problem on my HTC Dream/G1 running Ginger Yoshi 7.1.1 (gingerbread). I have the SD with a ext4 partition and the roms info said that it was automatic, though it still seems to be eating up my internal phone storage.
Does anyone have a clue here ?
Thanks,
firerat script

i'm using 141 beta 2 and it works on gingerbread

[Q] Internal memory problems with CM7r2 and Cool3d AceS v3 for Htc Desire

Hi to everyone!
I've a question for you. This morning I've flashed the rom showed in the post title on my Desire, with a CM7r2 partition table. I've followed this sequence:
1. Copy the rom zip in SD
2. Full wipe using Clockwork recovery
3. Then flashing the rom
So, after the setup, internal memory was 148 mb used by apps preinstalled and 140 mb for new apps: but during the setup of these apps my phone was out of memory after some apps, almost an half then total installed in my previous Insert Coin rom.
Have you any suggests for me? Is it possible that A2SD script doesn't work in my Desire?
Thanks
Hi!
I've the same problem than you. I've tested some other roms like ReflexTSense or Insertcoin with CM7r2 and I didn't have this problem.
Any suggests?
Thanks
I also have the same issue....

[Q] Basic nandroid question

So i made my first nandroid backup when preparing to install galnet ics miui which ive been enjoying for some weeks now but im really starting to notice the difference in battery life between this and the gsinfused rom i came from.
My question is can i safely restore a gsinfused nandroid backup without problems? Im not sure if red or blue cwm factors in somehow too. Do i wipe partitions before a restore? Can i safely switch between miui and gsinfused (aosp based and samsung based roms) with ease?
Many thanks

To be on a safer side:
1. Copy GSInfused ROM to sd card
2. Reboot into recovery
3. Do a factory wipe
4. Clear out dalvik cache
5. Install GS Infused ROM
6. Boot up
7. Reboot into recovery
8. Restore your nandroid backup
Can you give the link to the GS Infused rom you are talking about? I am unable to find anything under GSInfused (able to find only infused versions).

Yeah to confirm what diablo said, I don't think a nandroid backup in CWM 2.x will restore the ROM image so you'd need to flash the ROM before you restore.
