[Q] Xoom android market region

Anyone know if the Android market place accessed from a Xoom wifi version is region free or locked? And whether the marketplace apps that are not built for tablets will show or not?
Reason i ask is I'm in Hong Kong and got a wifi version here but I want to install etrade app, but it doesn't list on the market app, however it lists on the market website.
When I try to checkout I can send it to my phone but not my tablet, saying it's incompatible.
If the market is region locked I wonder whether market enabler would work since the wifi version doesn't have sims.

[Q] htc trophy cant download several apps! (nor find them)

Hii all,
I just got my brand new trophy BUT.
I live in the netherlands, and when i go into the marketplace, i want to search for twitter or beezz, but it can't find them both.
When I search for it on google, theres a marketplace link, so when I clicked on that, it says that the app is not available for me
Can someone please explain me how to get those apps? Im running official mango.
Do I need something like a US live ID?

EDIT: solved by logging in with a Us live ID but when I want to BUY an app, it thinks I live in the usa, but I dont.
So I cant buy apps , is there a way to still buy apps????

[Q] Install Apps from different location of Marketplace?

Hi,
Initially the marketplace is not available for India, so I got US live id and using it.
I have got developer account related to it. But now Indian marketplace is open and many new apps are submitted which are not available in US marketplace.
Is there any way to install them. Please?

[Q] windows marketplace in Sweden

I live in Sweden and Windows phone marketplace insists on only allowing me access to apps it decides are available in Sweden, even free apps.
I was able to download the kindle reader app on my Android from Sweden but Microsoft says it is "not available in your region" when I try to download it on to my Nokia lumina 800.
I have had a chat session with Amazon who say it is Microsoft blocking it and the Microsoft forum say it is Amazon.
This is really hacking me off, as I use the app to read on trains etc.
I was able to get the skype app yesterday without going through the marketplace where it is still not available. I was wondering if anybody has an idea as to how to get the kindle app other than via the marketplace

I also live in Sweden and i found some apps that i want and have on my android phone, but due to region restrictions i cant download to my phone.
Its kinda big deal for me not being able to get the apps i want and im willing to pay for.

[Q] Issue with Play Store?

Sometimes when I want to download and install some applications from the play store with my mobile (Huawei Honor2) or with my Tab(Asus TF101) I find this sentence "This Item isn't available in your country" or this "This app is incompatible with all of your device", I understand what does it mean but why the specific app is not available or incompatible while my devices have good technical specifications so is there is any way that I can download Apps that I want from the store without search them as an apk file from the google? Any ideas or do u have any tricks that can climb over this silly requirements from the play store!

Its because some apps have put country restrictions for example: Google Voice which works only in US I guess and other apps like Netflix, Movies by Flixster etc. all have this country restrictions. There was an app called "Market Unlocker" which bypasses this restriction, but I believe Google has taken down that app from the Play Store. Anyways some other modes of Market Unlocker methods remains at XDA, which claims to work. Use Google and you'll get the results about it.
