I have a Samsung galaxy s , and I want to return to a original firmware so I tried to flash it with odin, but I encountered a problem:
When I enter in download mode and connect the USB cabble Odin doesn't see my device, I am desperate, please someone help me!
Sounds like it could be a driver issue. Check to see if you have the latest Samsung drivers.

Hey all i have a samsung galaxy s 19000 and its stuck on a boot loop,it goes into download mode but the problem is that it wont connect to computer or odin or kies, iv tried another cable,computer and still nothing can some please give me a hand..... oh and i have all drivers installed...

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-i9300 rooted and wiped.
Today i had a problem and i wanted to wiped and reinstall the ROM and in that moment my phone was permanently in Downloading Mode. Now Odin can´t recognized my device. If I achieve that i will have no more problems because I had have same similars problems in past but before I had not problems never with Odin.
I have Odin 3.07 and i had try to install the drivers with Kies, without Kies, with severals internet files... I tried with differents USB cables, diferents USB ports, and diferents PCs.
I don´t know what more can I do...
Please, Help!!!
Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. When in download mode and your device connected to your pc go into device manager. Do you see an icon with a yellow exclamation mark? If so, right click on it and go to where it lets you choose a driver from a list on your computer. Choose Android adb composite interface. See if that works. Hi and thank you for using XDA Assist
If you are on Windows Odin should recognize your device, but the thing which may cause this problem could be even Odin cause for each Samsung device there is a propper version to use.
But for better understanding i suggest you to read more here .

HI flashed wrong twrp file by twrp app , after flashing my device stuck on boot logo , tried to flash stock firmware via odin but my pc don't recognize my phone !!
When i connect usb to pc it don't connect! !

Maybe you dont have your drivers properly installed
Install Samsung Kies, because so far on my PC, it is not recognized, I downloaded the Samsung Kies, and it worked, this may be one of the solutions to your mistake

I am new to the forum so please forgive me if I have the wrong section where to post.
Anyway, for a few days I've been trying to save a friend's Galaxy Tab 3 Lite, which apparently worked fine until some time ago, but for no reason one day the system stopped booting and the tablet got stuck in bootloop. I tried to download different versions of the firmware, from the oldest to the newest, I tried to install TWRP as the device lacks recovery mode, but nothing, any flash attempt with Odin continues to fail.
I no longer know what to try and I begin to believe that this device is officially to be thrown away. If you have any advice do not hesitate to write to me.

I already flashed the stock firmware on my Galaxy Tab 10.1, so yes, they are installed.
