Just installed seems to work fine don't know what changed?
I read that there was a security bug in 2.2.10.

I am now seeing market apps I couldn't see after the MR update. Anyone else?
Me too, looks like Google fixed something?
Yep, it's now working on Fresh 0.6 for me, and hasn't worked on my setup since I put on Fresh 0.4. Yay Google!
Hey people, I rebooted my phone this morning, and then opened up an app I use called "AppMonster" (previously "AppManager"), which shows me all my installed apps and allows me to uninstall them or backup, etc.
I sort the apps in date order, meaning at the top it shows me the latest app i downloaded or updated. At the top of the list today I saw the official android Market app, which I myself did not update, because it never showed up in this app list before, in the same way as GMail and other built-in android system apps. Now it's giving me an option to uninstall the market.
Has anyone else noticed this? Is this another silent update that happened in the same way as the UK Google Maps got updated by itself with navigation recently?
BTW this post isn't because I'm having an issue or anything, just wondering if anyone else has the same thing?
Regards
You could search for Market in /data/app/ directory. If there is com.android.vending.apk , then you are right - you have updated version of Market.

GM wasn't updated silently - that was misinformation spread by Engadget. But Market has its own updater, so it might be updated differently than other apps.
Strange but it seems like Market Enabler and Market Access are not working anymore on new Market v3.1.3, I'm not able to see all applications...
Anyone knows is it possible yet to unlock new Market?
It works for me
Try reinstalling both the apps - Install the new market and then the market enabler from the new market
It works after cleaning Market cache, but I still can't see for example Google Earth... Using fake T-Mobile settings
i did both methods mentioned above and now its finally working again...i was already worried
As my title indicates. This goes for installed apps that need an update or even uninstalled apps. In Android Market and in details of the app(Warning on header). It says "Your device is not compatible with this Item".
No tabs to downlaod or update. I have cleared data in market but have not touched anything else.
I thought a workaround would be to download from AppBrain WebInstall, but no go.
Currently sporting the 8/18 NRG 3.5 Sense ROM-However had this issue on previous but I wasn't so active with my phone prior to the 8/18 update (Meaning I didn't care).
I do know its not a ROM issue as other users are not reporting it.
I'm sure this is an easy fix so please assist if avail.
Enjoy,
I just recently got the android market update to 3.3.11 and when i try to update apps or view my apps i get a fc. Just wondering if any one is having similar problems, and if there is a work around?

I'm assuming you've tried to clear data and force close market from settings -> applications?
I got the Market update this morning too and I have not had any problems.
I'm having the same problem... I posted about it twice in the Prime thread to no avail. I have cleared the Market data and also the apps data that I have had problems updating.
It's only select apps (google apps?) that seems to force close the market when trying to update them.
what phone is it? im kinda lost here...im new to this form and would like some help.
.
Yeah, i cleared the data and cache, i even did a full system wipe to try a solve but no dice. Hopefully an update is forth coming that will solve this, kinda a pain not being able to update apps.
Cold boot fixed it for me when I updated to the latest firmware
i assume you did not read the info before installed right?
it's said that 3.3.11 is not working perfectly on Honeycomb tablet's
but now you now

I assume you know that this was pushed silently and we had no choice, right?
Now you know.
I also have some problems with the new Market app. However, it seems to only force close when I select specific paid apps under My Apps. One of those apps received an update, which it luckily installed automatically, and now I can select that app again without a problem. Maybe the Market crashed on certain permission settings that they changed or something. Just an idea.
Btw, it has been tried by gnufabio to put back the previous version of the Market, but that didn't work because of how the apk's are signed or something (correct me if I'm wrong!).
