run 800*600 on Qtek 9000

Hi
I was wondering if it is possible to run 800*600 on the qtek? I got an application that must be executed in vga otherwise I cannot see the entire screen.
any ideas?

as far is i know universal only supports vga, which is 640x480.

So how do I use 640x480? do u know?
I use the ROM --->New WM6PRO Business AKU 0.7 (Wifi fix update 3 ready)

For PPC2003 there was NyDitot Virtual Display where you could set arbitrary resolutions which were downsized to the 240x320 display. I often used 360x480 (240x320 * 1,5) with my iPAQ H3660. Their homepage says the 5.02 should work with WM5. Maybe it works with WM6, too.
On the Universal you should be able to use 960x720 (640x480 * 1,5) ... which might look a bit blurry, but should still be usable.

Searching for Japanese ROM for any device.

Hi there...
I want to buy new or second hand Pocket PC. But right now I'm studying Japanese, so I would be really happy if I could have Pocket PC with Japanese Windows Mobile. Right now I'm using Blue Angel which was licalized to Japanese. But all the menus are still in English, and I don't really satisfied with it My plan is to buy a new/second hand one and then flash it with Japanese ROM. Any devices will be OK.
Is there anyone who could help me? I need Japanese ROM for any devices. Does anyone have the file or the download link??
Right now I already have Japanese Windows Mobile 6 ROM for HTC UNIVERSAL. UNI's screen is VGA, but the RAM Memory is still 64MB. I need both VGA screen and RAM Memory higher tahn 64 (if there's any ). I would like to have another Japanese ROM for other option...
Japanese ROM I've found:
- UNIVERSAL WINDOWS MOBILE 6 (DarkForce)
- HERMES WM6 SHOGUN

Problem with phono signals

Hi,
I have HTC P3452 ELF0100. When i next to the network also the mobile cant receive the signals. Please can any body resolve this problem. Here are the specifications of my mobile.

I doubt this is a software problem, and therefore nothing that can be solved here.
We need more background to be sure though. Did the phone ever work? Is it a new phone? Is it a new ROM? etc..
You may need to take it to a repair shop and get them to look at it, if it's not software related.

Hello there!
I think the 8150 isn't a HTC Magician, because:
-it has 520 Mhz CPU, not 416, as in the Magician
-it has VGA resolution (480*640), not QVGA (240*320) as in the Magician
-it has Built-in numeric phone keyboard, the magician doesn't have this good
-supports microSD, the magician only supports full sized sd cards
-it has TWO camera, not 1 as in the Magician
And last the most important:
it has WIFI. the magician doesn't have wifi. (i wish it have )

EDIT: If you would like Wm 6.5 on your phone, there's a WinMo 6.5 skin for SPB Mobile shell 3.5 somewhere out. Search it on XDA

I have a relatively old PDA manufactured in 2005 or 2006:
MiTAC Mio 180 Digi-Walker
CPU clock: 312 MHz
CPU: 32bit Intel XScale PXA270 (Arm-based). See Wikipedia for a detailed description.
-- the same as: Psion Teklogix Neo (running WinCE 5.0), Palm Centro 690 CDMA (running Palm OS), CompuLab Exeda (running Google Android 1.0! but it has a CPU clock of 520 MHz. BTW: Can I change the clock frequency of my CPU?)

Display resolution: 240 x 320
Currently works under Microsoft Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition for Pocket PC, ver. 4.21.1088
