[Q] Major issues with Android Market - any help appreciated!

Just posted this in the Desire HD forum but I was hoping you might be able to help here...
I couple of days ago I installed the official RRU for Gingerbread but found it had too many issues with Wifi so I temp rooted it and downgraded it back to stock 2.2.
However I have been having serious issues with downloading apps off the Market since then. Whenever I try to do this I just get a 'Download was unsuccessful. Please try again' error message. I have tried to wipe the market, market updater and download manager cache but this does not fix the issue. I've also tried factory resets and that hasn't solved the issue either. The issue occurs on both Wifi and 3G. Strangely I can still install apps using the Market website (http://market.android.com).
I thought it may be an issue with the phone but after a factory reset I signed up to a new Google Account and I can download apps fine with that. However, I need to use my main Google Account as it has all of my contacts and app purchases on there.
Any help with sorting this out would be greatfully appreciated as it's becoming really frustrating for me.
I use Froyo. So in Froyo you have to go to:
Settings -> Applications -> Manage applications --> Market
And from there you just have to press the button " Clear data "
That is the fix for the Android Market " Download was unsuccessful "

[Q] Market Keeps Crashing when accessing MyApps or installing new App

I have a rooted US Wifi xoom with 3.2. I can search for and download apps but if I try to install it, the market crashes . Also when I go to myapps it also crashes.
After I rooted the xoom, I installed the netflix app (and modified build.prop file so show my device as an HTC Vision)and the market still worked after i did all this, but I'm not sure what else could cause it to stop working.
Any ideas?
Update:
Fixed the issue by clearing the cache and data in the MyApps application.

[Q] Google Play error

Well for whatever reason, I'm running the Gummy Nexus ICS ROM, and I'm getting an error with the new Google Play market app whenever I attempt to download an app. I got online with my phone connected via USB and it worked fine when downloading apps from the marketplace online. Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this error and if there's a solution.
It helps if you state which error "this error" is. Also, state what fixes you've tried and what the results were. Did you try clearing Market data? Tried uninstalling Market updates?
Yes I tried both. It just says "(application) could not be downloaded due to an error. (-101)"
It also says sign into Google wallet online

[FIX] [SOLVED!] Play Store No Connection Error Fix!

Google Apps won't connect to network after rooting phone (Galaxy s4 mini)

Hello,
I'm having problems with my Google Apps like Youtube, Play Store, Chrome, and others that need a network connection. When I try to open them they say "server error" or a similar message.
I recently rooted my phone using Kingo Root, and uninstalled a few of the stock apps (mostly verizon bloatware) so I suspect I may have deleted something I shouldn't have, but I was careful not to delete anything that was important (I thought).
I have tried:
-Checking my date & time (duh)
-Deleting cache & data for the apps
-Rebooting phone
-re-installing Gapps, which I thought would work, but every time I try through "Install update from sdcard" I get verification failed errors. I have tried using three or four different packages from different sources.
The phone is a Galaxy S4 Mini (i435) with stock android 4.4.2
Fixed it by reflashing the stock firmware.
