Where can I find a genuine 1650MAH battery off a Galaxy S 4g?
And since you are posting in a Epic 4g forum - I take it, it will work in a Epic 4G? - Or will it only work in the Galaxy S phones?
Yes, I know the Epic 4g is a Galaxy S - but not exactly the same as the "other" Galaxy S phones.
It will be interesting to see what the battery for the new galaxy s phone looks like.
Judging from the videos I seen they are the same

SGS2 has gingerbread. Im pretty sure that is why they have it and we don't.
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I997 using XDA App
at first it was for 2.3.4 only, now its for all of gingerbread. i dont believe it can be for any froyo devices as theres no native front camera api, so you have to write in the camera for each specific phone.
I've had a moment, evo 4g, epic, evo shift, optimus s, and nexus s 4g, and galaxy tab. Out of all of them, I think the epic had the best camera and camcorder. Camera because, even though it wasn't true to life, the colors really stood out. The camcorder because it could do 720p @ 30fps. Second place I think would go to the ns4g.
What are your opinions?
Nokia N8, best cam of any smartphone ever released.
well ive only had three, the Hero, EVO, and my beloved nexus s. Nexus s hands down the best one Ive had. Evo was great for outdoor shots but anything slightly dim wass trash. I belive the nexus records better(evo's HD recording was compressed to hell by HTC)
the x10 stock sony app was pretty baller.
Epic camera and camcorder no contest wish the nexus had the hardware

The Epic. One reason I really prefer Samsung devices.
My Xperia Arc had the best camera I'd ever seen on a cell phone, followed by my Captivate.
The Nexus S may not take very good video but I think the photos are on the level of the Captivates for sure.
Galaxy S hands down. I picked Nexus but then went back to Galaxy S cos of its camera. I have a 2 year old daughter and many moments to capture.

Samsung I9000, has the best camera for night vision, day time, and camcorder
For me it is the iPhone 4. Hands down the best smartphone camera I've ever used. The Nexus S was the next best...actually nearly on par with the iPhone 4.
I have an HTC HD2, HTC Inspire 4G, Samsung Infuse 4G and Samsung Focus. I did have an HTC HD7. And out of all of these the iPhone 4 and Nexus S are the best.

Though the Nexus S is made by Samsung, it's made to Google's specs and standards. It truly is an outstanding phone...the Google iPhone. Disregard the Samsung moniker on the Nexus S. Consider it made by Google because it's all Google through and through.
I know Samsung phones tend to have lower-end cameras. My Focus and my Infuse both have less quality than the iPhone and Nexus S.
Had a chance to play around with a SGSII last weekend, this became my favorite Android-driven phone cam (, still beaten by the Nokia N8, but that's not an Android, Samsung is getting close).
To explain myself of why i prefer the epic camera (not galaxy s phones, the captivate is only equal to the nexus). The epic has an outstanding anti shake feature, it's quality is higher and I haven't found a light situation that it doesn't shine in. the video recording has a hd processor. Even at concerts, dark outside, the quality is great. Despite all this the nexus squashes the epic as an Android phone. That's why I use the nexus and keep an epic in my pocket for video.

Why leave infuse for galaxy nexus when the camera is a 5meg and the infuse is a 8meg.. Smh guess the nexus isn't a galaxy series lol shame.. I vote ICS FOR INFUSE!!!

I guess because bigger screen, better processor, and SURELY more attention from Samsung and Developers to work on ROMs tweaks etc, so basicly its better support for the device itself.
Yeah the Infuse has 8mp and the nexus has 5mp but remember the MP`s aint all that matters when picture quality, surely gNexus will be getting better software support overall.
And finally cause its new lol and its the 1rt real ISC device so its logical to expect a bunch of ppl interested on it.
In the end its a matter of personal choice. I support the ISC for Infuse too lol but its something not very probable to see, maybe a port.
Sorry...
Care to elaborate on ISC? International Speedway Corporation?
But seriously what is that?

i hear u but..
Indeed,
I do support ICS for infuse.. shoot at least GB for infuse of course, lol but um... my thing is camera mostly because I have a 13month old and she is developing very quickly so its like the infuse is perfect for capturing the moments as they are in perfect quality....

i was searching around on google and came across this link for the canadian site of the samsung infuse and our phone is listed as a galaxy s device
so does that mean we have the milestone gs 2 ?
That's the Rogers version. Notice the R at the end of mode.It is considered a Galaxy S, but I don't think the ATT version is considered one. Even though it basically the same phone.

I think Infuse is more like Galaxy S1.5. Infuse has similar hardware look to Galaxy S2 (super amoled plus screen, back cover design, etc) but has similar spec to Galaxy S (512 ram, single core, etc)
Agreed, the occasionally overlooked and under appreciated middle child of Samsung. Born before the Galaxy S, born before the Galaxy S II. Love my phone regardless tho!!
