Please if you download one my animations write me a comment and let me know.
I made a boot animation for the Evo awhile back and was asked to remake it for the Incredible so here it is.
I made this for Warm TwoPointTwo ported from the EVO to the Incredible. I think the animation will work on all Incredibles but I'm not sure what the audio will do use at your own risk.
Please before you do anything do a nand back up.

I have a feeling your using the XDA application and you don't see the .GIF files on the first post animating. These are boot animations not splash screens. If you look at the .GIF animations it will be clear what the difference is.

Still didn't work The boot animation has changed as well as my lock screen bar & the notification bar like I mentioned.
Sorry, I don't mean to be a pain.
that's really strange. I made sure to use the same mod file that I posted for the mod pack. All I did was change out the animation/transitions. Try wiping cach and dalvik 2-3 times before flashing. Also, are you on clockworkmod recovery v.3.0.5/newest? I'm using it and it seems a bit buggy

This is true, I tried it. I was able to build my own theme by copying and pasting various themes together but this mod didn't like it when I tried to change stuff.
I tried wiping cache/dalvik 3 times before flashing the mod and still only some parts of the mod took, but not the black phone screens. I am running the old CWM version, I'm too chicken to update after all the issues I've read about.
What's weird is that your original mod took fine, just not the ones you posted yesterday. I don't get it. I'll play around a bit more today. Maybe I'll just have to get used to the animations
Screen Shots
Can you update the screen shots as they are missing? Or can someone snap some shots that already applied this theme? Thanks.
I've started work on converting some of the UOT boot animations to qHD resolution for the sensation.
done one so far, but i'll update as i go. enjoy
stock boot animation is included incase u want to go back.
note this doesnt change the splash screen, only the boot animation..
If theres any requests of something you'd like converted from UOT kitchen please let me know

Boot Animations: AlchemyDroid Link Dead
Can someone repost the AlchemyDroid boot animation link? The one next to the GIF here is dead ;-(
Thanks!
i like it
soo tanks
The link for Dancing droid white.zip is dead.It says : "This file does not exist, the access to the following file is limited or it has been removed due to infringement of copyright. " .If you could reupload it.
I tested only Android Particles and it works, just that I'm a little dissapointed because it doesn't stay on screen for too long time, aprox. 4-6 seconds (the time to do about two and a half circles) and then the system finished loading and is already on the homescreen.
EDIT:I've watched the Android Particles animation more closely and it plays like this:
1.Shows up after splash screenS
2.Starts spining for exactly 2 and a half cirles wich takes about 4 seconds
3.Freezes for about 7-9 seconds and stays like that until my homescreen shows up
I think theres nothing to do about that. :/
I love the spinning andy, it came preloaded in my pirateghost ROM.

extract the bootanimation.zip from the rar file and place it as it in system/costumize/recourse
but first copy the stock one in your sdcard in case of any problems(i doubt it)
then replace the other one
These are very nice! Will give some a shot

look on modaco's site, as he has established root already on these phones. With root it's easy, just replace the bootanimation.zip file with the new one and you're good to go!

Nice.
Hi guys,
This is my first project so I started with something easier to work on.I edited the ViperS boot animation to look more like "stock" by removing the snake tail that is passing across the screen.
I made this mainly because I wanted my sensation to boot faster when Fast Boot is on and because I wanted it to look closer to the One X boot animation.
How to apply it:
1.Download _bootanimation.zip/_downanimation.zip
2.Use a root explorer (Es file explorer) to copy _bootanimation.zip/_downanimation.zip to /system/customize/resource
3.After that go back to _bootanimation.zip/_downanimation.zip that you downloaded on your sd-card(not the one you copied on the resource directory) and rename it to bootanimation.zip/downanimation.zip and copy the file again and paste it in /system/customize/resource again.
4.Reboot your sensation to see if it works
How to apply the different color boot and down animations:
1.Same steps as the standard white one but after you download the files rename them to _bootanimation.zip and _downanimation.zip and follow the steps above.
WARNING:Make sure you have a nandroid backup on your sd-card in case you mess something up!
I take no responsibility if this damages your device(which I highly doubt)!
I hope that you guys like it
Also thank you Max for making the ViperS bootanimation!
UPDATE:Sensation XE white boot animation added (tell me if you want a black one too)

Call of Duty Ghosts Boot Animation with the theme song (Eminem)
The zip Comes in two ways. You can have it full screen or the original size.
The full screen is stretched vertically but still looks good. I prefer the original size.
The audio is a little off. I changed the video fifty times, the audio is on one time you boot up and off the next so there is an inconsistency in boot times so it is impossible to be right on with it. .
Credits
andybones for making the zip template
frostgt over at sdx for the guide here
eminem for the sweet music
and activision for the awesome gameplay and video
Tested on Touchwiz- sounds and animations work
Tested on CM10- cyanogen does not support boot sounds, animations work
Instructions
You must be rooted and have a recovery
Just flash in recovery
Now for the goods WITH SOUND

Original Size

You'd need a custom kernel and that's not possible! Boo!
Remove animation
How do I remove this I loaded new boot animation but still had sound from call of duty had to shut off boot audio, and this animation was long so when I replaced it my new one goes thru 2cycles before it actually boots. How do I change this?
