ok I would like to know how to upgrade my phone cause Pc companion says it have last firm but went I check it it says I have 1.6 and idk I want to get more from my cellphone.
Ok my cellphone is an sony ericcson xperia x10 mini [not mini pro] so is there an apk that would allow me to do this from my phone without having to use my pc or having to type a weird hard code. if not then how unless without the code
my cellphone is rooted :*) did it with an apk and also I have busy box did it same way please help me ?

Firstlly sorry for my English.
My xperia cannot open.
When i pushed power button to open xperia, it shows Sony Ericsson write and logo but after restart auto , likely on-off-on-off-on-off.
What did I do before breakdown.
i upgraded from 2.1 to 2.2.1 . it runned normally but can't see simcard so i wanted to downgrade 2.1 version to use my phone normally. I downgraded the version with Sony Ericsson Pc Companion last sony ericsson version.
When the downgrade is done by SE pc Companion i tried to open my Xperia and i see breakdown

Hello guys I have a serious problem with my x10 mini pro. I have installed minicm7 on my phone and I would install the xrecovery on it but after the installation the terminal is blocked, everytime I power on it, on sony ericsson screen. I have installed SEUS on my computer running windows 7 but the software says that can't found the Java Virtual Machine that I have installed various time.

I need some help with my xperia x10 mini pro...
I installed a aplication on my xperia ( Android Overlock )
And, i changed the LCD Sensivity on the aplication,
and, the android overclock says: "You need to Reboot Your Device".
Ok,I rebooted the device and now he wont turn on,it stops on the Sony Ericsson Logo...
And, i cant connect my xperia with my computer anymore...
Please,i need help!
Check if your device offers some kind of secure start up mode, where only system apps run, so you can remove the overclock/density app.

days my brother open link2sd and make a application to system app then it switches off . And now its not switched on, it display sony ericsson. I think its dead

Download Sony PC Companion and there is option "repairs".This flash your firmware to stock.
there is no option of "repair" in sony pc companion. And my xperia x10 mini is not connecting to pc companion because it is not switched on. What can I do? Please help me.

I got a problem with my Sony Xperia Tipo.
I just want to erase simlock by Orange. (I cant use numer cuz it's blocked by them).
I flashed to ST21i_11.0.A.4.27_Indian and still it have simlock.
I cant root either - It dont recognize my phone (Debug USB on, 6 programs- 6 dont recognize. Flash recognized it without any problem.)
Please, help me fast. I need this for my mother - She is goin to deutchland! Please!

Try to re-flash the firmware.
