Hi XDA!
Does anyone have or know how I can get a list of all Mobile Carriers IP ranges/subnets from around the world?
I am doing a research on Geo Locations and need this.
Thanks in advance!
D.
I hope I am not breaking the rules but I am bumping the Q again in case someone missed it.

Hello everyone,
I didn't ever code anything, but I feel now it's my time to do so. I have one idea, and it's based about interactive map app. My plan is to do map of my city, and to offer any company, object, etc. their location in that map. My city is largely visited by tourists around the world, and I think everyone who owns business would be interesed to find their spot on that map (I wouldn't ask them for big payment). So, as I am rookie in coding, can you recommend me how to start. What map should I use (I need one that I can change and adjust as I wish), how much time I'll need.
If anyone here had to deal with something like this, any suggestion, tip and help would be welcomed.
Regards,
Adin

Good luck!
i've been wondering wether we could seriously detect any hacking activity either on device or on network. and if we could, how to act upon this situation, to block the hacker/ to patch thr hole/ to report the harrassment/ or is there any brtter way to deal with it?
any idea/ suggestion/ solution is welcome and thank as its abput general security, well at least for me. as we've been using alot of custom networking and modding, so my guest its not a good idea to ask the authority or device/software original publisher. just a personal thought. lets discuss abpbe all.
MOD : please point me to the right thread for this if there is any. Thanks.

Greetings and welcome to xda. There are several playstore app's that can track peoples location but I'm dubious as to how accurate they are, if you ask your question here

the experts there may be able to assist you

Good Afternoon,
Im looking for a solution for an idea I have for an app and was wondering if anyone could assist from a technical perspective.
Basically im in the very early stages of developing a app which is for drinks and food discount codes for bars/restaurants. What im looking for is some form of router whereby the user of the app walks into the venue and connects to router (Bluetooth for example) then opens the app and there is a unique code generated for the particular bar and time. The code would then appear on the app and could be used for the discount.
I was thinking about a simple WiFi router but then you would have to save each WiFi password on your phone and would undoubtedly be complicated.
I've seen some Bluetooth routers but im unsure how this would work.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
James
Hi and welcome to assist,
You have a lot of reading and research ahead of you.
Here's one guide on app creating, [GUIDE] How To Make An Android App
And there is much much more in this section that can help you: XDA Developers> Chef Central > Android

Good day all. I'm new to IT Security and am just getting familiar with a lot of what goes on in the field. I recently was introduced to Maltego but from videos I have watched, I am not able to get successful outcomes. I am trying to use Maltego to identify if a given IP address possesses indicators of malicious intent as it was recently blacklisted. Really would appreciate any guidance given. Thank you.
