Evig mørke, Norwegian for Eternal Darkness, is currently in progress. It is going to be a dark, yet sexy theme composed of blacks, reds, dark greys, and whites for the primary colors.

Save this file to the root of your sdcard and power off your phone. Once the phone is off, hold down the volume down button and turn the power on. This will automatically install the splash screen. Reboot your phone normally and enjoy!

It's turning out more red than I had originally anticipated, and I'm working to correct that, but the final will be a mix of black, red, white, and dark grey. So far I have no plans of doing any other major colors.

Most of the PNG files have been tinted/re-tinted and once those are done I'll spend a night fixing little things here and there to correct any glaring issues. Then I'll finally be releasing the early early early pre-alpha to this bad boy for some outside feedback. It's going to be raw, it's going to be nasty, and it's going to need a lot of work beyond that point, but it'll be something

AWESOME! thank you so much, this is def the most complete theme for froyo out there, even the pinch peak zoom in 3d gallery is blue! and the settings menu is colorized again you forogt to mention that one in the OP! please keep this up and do some more apps!
I like it. A lot. But there are two things that I cannot stand.
1: The blue bar on the top of the screen, right above (or on) the status bar
2: The low resolution of the pull down/push up tab on the status bar.

Your notification bar doesn't line up right. There is a slight blue line above it.
Should also change launcher to match theme. But def a keeper

Boot into recovery and flash the *.zip
Is anyone else getting reboots after installing this theme? I get to the lock screen and then it goes into a constant boot loop... I am using Paul's pre rooted Froyo update zip if that matters... Thanks.
nope installed it when he put it up, not a single reboot.
i applied it over Manups FROYOtang, and graybar mods
pauls root with cyanogens stock rooter.

Update sent me into a boot loop - possibly because I got rid of the original launcher and am only running LauncherPro... Am going to try something one more time, and after that I may just pull and add items where they're needed to avoid the issue.
I'm hoping you don't mind, but I incorporated some of the stuff for froyo with your NexBLUEv6 - primarily the framework items. Like Ersdal and theone09, I'm not a bit fan of the blue line onthe top of the notbar, so removed that and also added a slightly altered version of the bottom notbar from v6. I also pulled the circles for the lock screen and I think they look way better than either v6 or this default Froyo version with combination of images.
I'm still not %100 on the notification bar as a whole, but I think if the text can be changed to a brighter color the background can go back to black and it will be nice.
I'm looking forward to the phone app skinned through...

The current FroYo ROMs aren't de-odexed yet so there's no way to change the clock font color.

OD - The Original Desire Look
No silly colors on the battery icon, or anywhere really - just the green/black STOCK Sense UI look, because it's awesome.
Tested on MoDaCo MCR r21
Haven't been able to find a Desire status bar morph that worked right on MCR 21 for one reason or another, like missing bars, or missing activity_title_bar.9.png, so I made my own out of a Desire ROM.
This morph will:

Just a few things that are niggling me...the gmail theme has a 1px white border around it, is that supposed to be there? None of the other themes have it.
Secondly, the browser address bar isn't black yet every other bar is, is that meant to be like that?

Link is not down. Text color will change when you apply the second part of the morph; it won't work on some ROMs, this is only tested on MCR r21.

1- Download and copy to your sdcard:

Some little observations (the 2nd 3rd and 4th are purely personal):
- the battery percentage doesn't fit very well in the battery icon...you could use the standard CM icon or the circle battery...!
- I'd prefer a black status/scrolling bar like CM one (I'm still on CM black status bar...not restored your)
- I'd prefer all the standard icon on the status bar in white like the originals (not, for example, cyan for the wifi and green for the sync)
- I don't really like the red highlight in the calendar app!
for the rest...all is awesome, and beautiful wallpapers!

Changelog in Second Thread!
Instructions:
1) Backup your system in recovery (Amon 1.9 recovery is recommended).
and also it doesn't hurt if you backup apps in Miui Back up
2) Choose your color for general theme.
3) If you also want the modified apps download the app file as well.
4) Make sure you have enough memory on your phone. If there is not enough space, you might encounter loops or not even pass the nexus logo. Don't panic, just install your original rom again!
5) I myself, deleted some system apps in adb. You might not need it!
6) Put your zip files in the root of you sdcard.
7) For the theme to be effective, you need to wipe all options twice and install your 11.19 Rom again. Miui Rom looks for overlay icons at the beginning of Rom installation and modifies the icons. If you don't see changes means you didn't wipe correctly!
8) After wipe, flash you original Rom BUT don't reboot!!!! If you miss this part, you need to redo things again, so save yourself some time
9) When rom is flashed ( and you are still in recovery!) , flash the Frame zip file and this time let he phone reboot. It might take longer than normal time to boot since you flashed the rom and new themes are being applied, please be patient. If you saw boot animation acts weird, don't scream! everybody makes mistakes the first time!
10) Now go back to recovery and apply the apps, again this one takes a bit longer and boot animation acts almost normal but this only happens the first time, later boots will be fast and normal!
100) I know it feels like 100 hints, but we are done, enjoy your theme

I'm glad she likes it , Oh I'm not done with the theme, purple and green colors are not the only colors, I will update the themes soon!
This is something I am working on for an up coming ROM release...I just wanted to put up a test screen shot and get some feedback on it. If there is enough interest I will continue as this version is very tedious and time consuming.
UPDATE
Ok so here's what I've decided...I am going to release the updated NexTheme (Thanks to Manup for his amazing theme)Mod with the status bar as it has been outside of normal refinements...For those who like the NexTheme Refections I will release a separate Metamorph for the entire theme to include all the applications that have notifications. I will take requests for facebook, twitter ect. I will also release an OG Nextheme metamorph status bar theme for all you purists out there one with and without battery percentages. So I think that will pretty much cover everyone who is a fan of the NexTheme. I have update the screen shots to reflect some of the coming changes again the screens dont do it justice. The dialer changes are the actual images from the Droid Inc just inverted. I also added custom images to the tabs and the incall dial pad is themed to match. This release will also fix the android calendar widget text so its not black on black. I also added HTC images to the Music player including the widgets and notification.(the blurry cd was driving me mad.) Also there will be loads of image changes in the framework from the latest Sense...I kanged a bunch from a favorite rom on my DINC. So it will be very much the same Sense like NexTheme just updated. The theme is ready just waiting for the rom to be released.

Attached is a Metamorph theme for the framework-res. This will Change all the standard Status Bar Icons to the reflective ones in the screen shot (The screen shot doesn't do it justice. Looks really nice on the phone, if anyone knows a really good screen capture app or software leave a comment.) The complete theme when released will include themed notifications for Mail, Gmail, MMS, GoogleVoice. I will make installable Facebook, twitter and others apps upon request. But this will give you a good idea of the direction I'm going with this one.
Instructions:
1. Install Metamorph from Market if you don't have it already (there's a free version.)
2. Download the attached files and place it in the file AndroidThemes on your sd card.
3. Start Metamorph and select Unzip/Extract new theme and choose the zip you downloaded.
4. Apply the theme and wait for a reboot.
Remember to make a nandroid and that I am in no way responsible for any damage to your phone.

Yeah should work fine. The full theme is coming mid week. Well the updated NexTheme and a full Metamorph NexTheme-Reflections...lots of changes coming up.

When you select unzip new/extract it will sometimes give you an error and close the application. When this happens just reopen metamorph and select pick existing theme. I've had no issues with any other members reported. Hope that helps you out.
