Best Photo Editing App?

Anyone have a recommendation for a good photo editing app? There is an excellent one for iOS called Photogene, but the developer says he does not plan to do a version for Android.
I've been disappointed with the PhotoShop apps. I'm looking for a straight photo editing app, not something to create strangeness.
Suggestions? TIA!

I'm using Photo Editor by dev.macgyver -- it's basic, sure, but it does what I need it to do and it does not produce all kinds of ' funkygraphs'. It does a sepia, black and white, brightness correction (both linear and gamma-based), (channel-based) color corrections, resizes as well, I think, and so on. I didn't like the mobile Photoshop app either. Photo Editor is free, so give it a whirl and let us know what you think.
PS: I sound like a second-hand car salesman, hahaha. I am not affiliated in any way, shape or form with the aforementioned app or its developer.

Thanks for the tip, will take a look. Looks like fun on the PS, at least.

PS Touch (Photoshop Touch) is pretty easy to use and has a lot of features for editing, cropping, color and brightness levels etc......

Haha jk. The Photoshop elements app or w/e is probably the most detailed editing app available for now, but i read there are issues with the resolution and dpi settings being capped ridiculously low. Also it isn't a free app, its $9.99 i think.

Hands down, the "best" photo editing app is PS Touch. It even comes with GREAT tutorials (15 of them I think).
If you want something free there's a plethora of them.
Photo Editor is the one I use on my Samsung GS3, PS Touch on the Infinity.

Try Perfectly Clear, just came out for Android recently. Pretty darn good at automagically fixing up photos plus there are manual corrections you can do too. Wish it had cropping though.

I use the "fix dark" tool in Perfectly Clear regularly and it does a fine job even at full resolution. Considering how expensive the desktop plugin is the app is an amazing bargain.

Hiya everyone. This type of thread isn't new to XDA as it's on almost every device fora, but I decided to bring it over here aswell.
I'm going to share the most useful applications for the GNote 10.1 and would like you to share more must have apps to add to this list.

Must Have Apps for the Note 10.1
Due to popular demand via PMs, I've decided to add a slot to this thread to display some of the best games we can get on our Android device.
As with the app list above, if there's a great game you'd like to be added to this list, let me know and I may well add it in
1. Pool Break Lite - If you like to play pool, snooker, billiards etc. on the go then this is a great app you. There are a few different variations to play in either single player or multiplayer online mode and even more variations if you buy the pro version.
2. FIFA 12 - This game speaks for itself. It's the latest mobile version of the FIFA franchise and is easily the best so far, with it showing vast improvements. There's a load of different cups and leagues to play through and with great graphics with no lag in the slightest.
3. World Series Of Poker - Probably the best game from EA (in my opinion). If you like to play poker I totally recommend this game. You can play Texas Holdem and Omaha in either cash games, tournaments or play for a WSOP bracelet as the main prize. Guest mode is now available for no login from Facebook is needed.
4. iAssociate2 - This is a good choice if you prefer a bit of a brain tester. iAssociate2 is a word association game you have to figure out which words and phrases are associated to each other. Sound easy? Give it a try and you can soon find out differently.
5. Need For Speed Most Wanted - Another brilliant addition to the EA family, Most Wanted finally brings one of the best racing experiences to Android. It's a brilliant game all round but the only thing it's lacking, in my opinion, is 'free roam' mode. But apart from that, it brings brilliant graphics and flawless gameplay.
6. Grand Theft Auto III - Grand Theft Auto III was a crime game which changed the future of gaming and is amazing to play on the go with our Androids. The full console game with great graphics, full features and surprisingly no lag considering it's such a huge game. Countless hours of gameplay, HD quality resolution and visually stunning graphics make this a must for our devices.

The idea to add widgets into this thread aswell was an idea taken from Goku80 and I hope you lot like it.
So, the list in this post is strictly for widgets. I'll add some widgets myself as a base, but as always feel free to suggest some of your favorite widgets and they may make it into this list.

I don't actually have the Note. I just figured it would help you guys out a bit, so I can't actually know if some of these apps will work or not.

I adore Google Currents,. Only issue I have with it is that it syncs with a delay. I end up reading many articles in Google Reader instead

13) Llama - For me this app is a MUST HAVE. I'll explain how it works. Basically, when you're at home or at work, your phone is getting signal from multiple cellphone towers nearby. What this app does is remember these towers and triggers certain profiles when they are in the vicinity. So, when I reach home, my phone automatically turns silent and when none of these towers are in range i.e. when I'm outside, it automatically increases the ring volume. You'll have to let it scan once, of course.

My #1 Top Pick: Photo Wonder
Photo Wonder is a nearly perfect camera app from Baidu Inc. The color is crisp and true to your actual light without grabbing an orange or ‘dirty’ cast like other camera apps. It has a great zoom feature that allows you to get even closer than the example photo. It’s fast to load, quick to capture and has one click saving and sharing to social networks all in one screen. Photo Wonder also comes with 7 filters, editing screen with classic edits and special effects (including funny stickers, props etc), a review screen and a collage feature. Photo Wonder is like several apps in one. Down side: I’d like to see more filters, but the 7 they do offer are varied and useful such as a soft Elegant, Vintage, HDR, etc. Price: Free

FxCamera, from ymst, offers what first appears to be a very simple interface with just 5 filters. However, it gains the number two spot in my list not only for it’s sharp focus and accurate exposure, but also because those 5 filters are just the categories for over 25 other sub-filters. The range is fantastic: from fish eye to reflection to comic book. Down side: Needs more stability during a shot to get the perfect focus. Price: Free.
