Three things i want to do on my QTEK 8310

Hello everyone I have 3 problems that I need to solve i have a QTEK 8310 (HTC tornado):
Here they are:
1) Home screen:
I want to design similar home screen to this one, here is a picture of what I want to get or do exactly:

Can someone design me a home screen xml or help me to do one or help me to find one like the one of my dreams.
2) Personalize the start menu:
As you all notice there are several icons for M$ applications like the camera, task manager, midlet manager, video recorder, available in the start menu. Basically I want to put them all in one directory in the start menu. This way I can gather system apps in one folder and multimedia apps in an other one witch will allow me to put more useful shortcut at the start menu root. BUT here is the problem whenever I try to move one of the M$ apps shortcut I get access denied .
Can someone tell me a workaround for this problem?
3) "Delivery Report" for this "#%$*&!" MMS COMPOSER application:
Here is my third problem, this one as been bugging me even under WM2003.
For some unknown reason "Delivery Report" or "Read report" Never worked for me after i sent a MMS. The person on the other side does receive the MMS but for some reason the "delivery report" NEVER comes even though the option are checked:

The MMS does arrive (I asked the person I sent the MMS to) they even replied me. But I never receive the delivery report. Apparently I have a friend who is under an other phone provider and also as a WM2005 device (SPV M3000 : HTC wizard) And he as the exact same problem no delivery report even if when the option is checked.
So here is my question as someone in the world ever manage to get a Delivery Report from a MMS he sent under a Windows Mobile OS that use "MMS COMPOSER" to send the message?
And if someone know a solution for this problem please tell me.
I hope someone will be able to help me to at least one of the 3 problems.

On which device are you using it? The newest version of skype does not run on most of the HTC devices.

No need to flame him. He is already banned and the links are removed, thanks to one of the mods. But maybe we will see him soon with a new user name, posting the same links. THEN we can flame him from the very beginning

Forward all incoming SMS to email?

Hey everyone, I've got a question.
Is there an application out there that will automatically forward all SMS's in your inbox to an e-mail address? Or even if you have to do it manually once a day or week or what ever. The plan is to keep all my SMS's in an email's inbox. Is it possible? Is there something out there? Thanks

Anyone know if forwarding SMS to email ispossible to do this in silent-mode, i.e without the phone user knowing which email it is sent to and when? Reason is I am worried for my teenage daughter as she may be involved is something not good and want to help her for obvious reasons.
I have an HTC PDA with win 6.1 pro

I don't know if that's legal, be it your daughter or not. And even if it is, is it ethically correct ? I think that intercepting an sms is like intercepting e-mails or phone calls, it shouldn't be done.

Do take a look at PhoneLeash. It can automatically forward incoming SMS to your email or an SMS destination (another phone or Google Voice). You can even reply.

PhoneLeash 1.7 is now released. You can find it here.
We are really happy with the quality and reliability of SMS forwarding to email. With PhoneLeash you can also reply (if your phone has an email to SMS address).

Alphabet in music library

I'm wondering if this would be possible..
In the people tab you have this nice alphabet at the side of the screen:

Yeah i agree, this would be very useful. Going through the tracklist at the moment is a pain.
Anyone have any ideas ?

I have a response from HTC in Dutch
They said it would maybe get solved in WM6.5
And the guy said he has send the request to the developers of HTC.
I send him a email back with the message WM6.5 won't solve it because it's a problem in TF3D.
And now i'm waiting for a response back

i have lots of MP3 on my Topaz, in TF3D it takes about 10-15 seconds until it shows up (I guess because of the album pictures).
If I want to browse through the tracks it takes a lot of time to get to the Letter where I want to go.
This would be great!

I'm having the problem too that it's shows up really late..
And i asked HTC if they could make a .cab file for it..
They only sad they had send it again to the developers
So probably no cab file but maybe in the new manila versions
I hope they can do it
EDIT: I've send a email back and waiting for a response at the moment

This feature would be awesome. It should be standard in every list in TF3D.

They don't know sure it there is coming a cab file or it will be build in the new roms...
They only know that the guy has send a request to the developers..
So maybe a developer here can make a cab file for us?

[Q] Skýpe - Auto Download Feature

Hello. First of all - i know about the Virus Risk...
Is there a way, that Skype AUTOMATICLY Downloads Files, WITHOUT ASKING?
I don't want to confirm always to download a file.
And Virusses are not important...
because nobody sends me a Virus!
The Reason - sometimes i can't recieve the Files because i didn't accept them. I don't know why.....
I searched in the Internet and Found out, that the Feature existed once! And also, the Skype of 2012 looks much better! It did show the Number of Online Contacts, Icons in the Context-Menu and it's design was simply much better! I truly loved it that time ❤❤❤❤❤ But now....

Duplicate Filenames
... AND IF THERE IS A DUPLICATE FILENAME,
then the file must be AUTOMATICLY renamed.

Foreign, Unknown Users
And yes, surely! Files must be also accept automaticly from every User!!! Including those which aren't in my Contacts!!!!!
But Yes i know about dangerous files.
So now my idea is - files from Unknown Users go to Quarantine.
But that's not very important.
The most important thing is:
Files get Downloaded Istantly Automaticly.
If i get a File, whose name already exist in my Skype-Download (Reçieved Files), then the File also should renamed without prompting me.
Just Download and Rename Automaticly.
And allow Files from every user. (Also they should be downloaded automaticly...)

Skype is still OK for me...
But that time far back in 2012, it looked much better ❤

Skype 6.x.x.x First Ugly Design
