i want to flash into in win 6
what do recommend 6.1 or 6.5?
also can somone give me the best version to win 6.1/5?
there too many versions..
and a problam i have..
the device says i have no room for 52 mb(win 6.1/5) how can i make room for this??
plz, i'm new with this device i ned somone who can explain me..

First of all before you do anything read this guide:

if you're going to upgrade go for newer version 6.5, I personally use CRACING 6.5.0.3.3 RC5 Reloaded Rom:

the page also has 6.1 rom.

I have o2 atom exec. How do i find it is a G3 or G4 Device. I am trying to flash wm6 rom , htc rom etc since 2 months but i am not able to do anything in my phone. Somebody please help me i am bugged trying everthing someone please help me yaar. Is there any possiblility to upgrade my device to windows mobile.

There is no wm6 for atom yet..the best u can get is aku3.3 from jigg. Pls do not try to flash any other ROM to ur atom as it is not compatible

Thanks for replying. Actually i have downloaded the Rom that you have suggested and while i tried to install the rom it says "create c:\windows\temp.. fail" do you have any suggestions

Did you even try to do a basic search on Google before asking this? Go here and look for it.
you just pretend tha you have wm5 and go to the place there you can uppgrade wm5 and flash
i think thats this is the way

What is suggested that you go to imate ftp download original rom and run RUU (upgrade) you OS. you will be back to WM5 ( no rocket science involved)

go to Prophet Mobile 6 Section of this Forum there are lots of RECENT good WM 6.1 and 6.5 ROMS there
ya i go through that but my jamin does not support those roms
after upgrading jamin goes for 3 color screen and nothing else
can u provide a link to the rom which jamin supports

maybe you should read the wiki for more info... theres something as CID locked devices but the fix is only available for G3 devices maybe there is now for G4 devices you can check this on wiki..
and further study first naking sure you understand everything before trying on your device...

I own an iMate Ultimate 8150 and Im unable to figure the Type of ROM that i should use For Ex: Windows Mobile 6.5 , etc. Im unable to match my device to the device types available.
Can you please help me with this.

It seems that there is no WM6.5 ROM for Your iMate Ultimate 8150.
So there's nothing You can upgrade it with.
