APK is inside the zip file.. unzip and copy apk to SDCARD and install from mobile.

I'd have to say, just use the old patched version.... as the newer releases have yet to be modified to work over 3G calls =( I been waiting forever but who knows maybe this version will have a flaw? cheers

Works on 3G and wifi outside USA. (it has been reported that it Does not work on 3G in USA.....however it works over wifi.)

Well I grabbed this version after seeing reports it will work with 3g, however it will not install. sits at the install progress bar for a few seconds then says "Application not installed"

EDIT: have to uininstall previous version then install.. it wont upgrade

hmm
so problem is for people using it on 3G in USA only it seems. It is working over wifi in USA though.
well 3G modded version for USA will come soon here on XDA..
FYI: im on android 2.2.1 rooted HTC Magic 32B kernel 2708.

While Skype is running ..tap the "my info" tab and then press menu..you will see "signout"... once u signout..the app stops running in the background.
dont expect EXIT button in most of android apps.

I just tried this new release over 3g and hspda and still it didn't connect. Please could you tell me what went wrong. Have not tested over wifi yet.

If you are in USA using this app on 3G will not work as has been reported. Outside USA it can be used over 3G as well.

no video call, but does support chat.
you'll have to use Fring or similar for video chat (for now).
When you *do* get to video chat, you'll need a Galaxy S or something with a front camera (or a mirror *grin*) to get the most out of it.

Ok, I was asked to make a -H version of my rom. I don't mind doing so, but I'll need some testers as I don't have the -H model. Post here if you want a stable rom for your -H version tablet and I'll get started cooking up a rom.

That's great, thanks. Anything I can help with just shout, I'm not averse to a bit of tinkering myself.
Got it rooted etc, don't suppose there is a CWM lurking anywhere for them is there? also the LAG on them is incredible, but I notice that tasks that aren't in foreground are still running full bore, and still have access to the audio etc (accidentally launched a game, just pressed home and noticed that it's music was still playing even when not foreground).
I'm going to pull the build.prop and have a look, but surely there's some quick win tweaks that could be applied?

I do know of several tweaks to help out the lag. I'm going to get started on cooking up v1 of the rom in just a bit. I'll be adding init.d tweaks to help. I'll post a list of changes so it can be tweaked more if needed. THere is a CWM, give me a few and I'll get it posted.

Got it cwm'd up, work out the way to boot to it too. I did try another rom that I found, but it still lagged badly on video playback, the audio and vid are massively out of sync, Linda looks like the audio engine hasn't got enough process priority.

Good. Glad you have CWM now. I'll be doing a release for the A2107A-F tomorrow sometime, so V1 will be out for the A2107A-H Wednesday.

The kernels can be accessed by unpacking "boot.ini", followed by "zImage" file...
I have the extracted kernels of Stock, Chinese, Foxtrot_v100 and LeWa ROMs for A2107A-H version...Moreover I have already uploaded the extracted kernels of Chinese and Foxtrot_v100 custom ROMs here :-

In the process of building V1 right now. Going to be interesting since I don't have an H model to try it out before uploading it.

That's not the source code, I mean the C++ source code, I.e. uncompiled. The image file is the binary.

You are right in saying that it's not the C++ source code, it's the raw kernel image...However, I believe the files inside the "zImage unpacked" sub-folder (piggy files) do have the source code in them...
I think tools like "cramfs" and "initramfs" can be used to unpack the piggy files and extract the source code...Am I correct ???

[Q] Cyanogenmod Radio Problem

Recently i installed Cyanogenmod 11 on my Sony Xperia L. I couldn't find radio app.Even i tried to install some of the Radio app but its not working
Sir please suggest some radio application which works on xperia L cyanogenmod 11

Spirit FM works fine here

Install spirit radio, but I upload to listen handsfree. The signal is very bad. Anyone know how I can fix ir.

what about CM 11 (kitkat)? can I use Spirit2 on that rom too? certainly I will tested it later myself, just wondering..

Yes. Spirit2 works on Android 4.1 JB and higher.
It was previously for 4.0 ICS+, but 4.0 can't run the "PIE" executables that Lollipop needs.

The new Spirit2 Free version ? It does not support recording.
Otherwise, does the red go bright when pressed to record, and darker when pressed again to stop ?
Are you looking for the files in /sdcard/music/fm ?
My LG G2 running Lollipop right now won't record right now. I will investigate but I think it might be a screen layout issue, preventing pressing at top left.

I have little experience with Xperia L; I can only see 2 Spirit1 and 2 Spirit2 customers in my sales stats.
But the L should be pretty similar to all the other recent Qualcomm FM chip based Sony's, as far as FM goes.

Won't authenticate login not with google account not with pokemon trader club...installed twice first try was just the app did a format then coppied the files set the correct permissions still nothing did i do something wrong? Can anybody try?

Download from above rename file extension (.bin) to (.tar.gz)
Unzip file
Run apk file
And congrats sign in and catch me a mewtwo

my problem is, that my phone stucks at android 4.3. jellybean and cant be rooted and the official release of pokemon go just works on 4.4. onwards. But i heard that it was initially planned to work on 4.3 onwards and that some beta versions worked on that android version. Since the official release won`t work on my phone and i am waiting for this great game soo long i thought you might have an older version or beta version which you could post or send to me? That would be so nice of you! Please help me if you can i would be so damn glad if you would help!

The beta version only worked if you were a registered tester with niantic. Try ingress instead. Make sure you choose enlightened
