[THEME]6/26-TransBlue Market update! (fixes for those with fc's) - Nexus One Themes and Apps

6/26 FIXED
FC issues resolved, and tested for stability. Short update note in this post.
6/21-For those who have fc's, I've added a second link for each of the new TransBlue Markets. The only change is that I use the original, unedited Manifest. The downside is that the comments page will have a white background, but ALL of the other updates are still in play. 100% stable, guaranteed These versions have "og_manifest" at the end of their file names.
6/18
I've recently made a revision to TransBlue (the most popular by far) At first the changes may seem minor, and visually they may not be the first things that pop out, but underneath there's actually quite a few changes. What I've strived for this time was to reduce the usage of public resources a little. I had already pretty much themed all that I could otherwise, so I started to edit the layout xml and (and a couple places in smali) to instead call new local resources I've added. Kind of a long process as it's a bit of trial and error for me (never done anything like it before really), but I think I've come to a decent point where I can release it.
This grew out of another project I'm working on for SGS2.
Screenshots courtesy of esk02k. Thank you! Also, thanks to fernando sor, who's pm exchanges instigated much of the research that led me to this revision.

4/18-Added TransGreen
4/16
Found the problem some had with the boxes in the app listings. The parent of one of the styles I use has a different id in froyo vs gingerbread. All is well now. I will endeavor to add trans-green and the regular blue as I can.
TransBlue has been updated just a bit to include some of the changes I introduced in TransRed so now both of these included my latest theming efforts
TransBlue_v2.1_Market-2.3.6.zip
TransRed_v2.1_Market-2.3.6.zip

Hello fellow XDA'ers,
I have themed the new market a little, the primary goal was to change from the green to a blueish theme. I've actually had this for a little while, but only posted it in my super circle thread. It was suggested that I start a new thread for it, as there may be some interested, that don't frequent the battery thread. Just about every image has been replaced.
Here's a shot:
The zip file below will place Vending.apk into your /system/app directory. Enjoy!

Hey Doc, nice to see you again. Yeah, it's a little quiet but I'm not complaining I'm my own worst critic by far, but I'm actually pretty happy with this one. Don't think I'll make to many more changes, if any at all.

Might want to try wiping your caches. Most of the big green header is not a drawable, but is constructed in smali believe it or not.

Looks very nice!! Is this 2.2.6 or 2.2.7?

Ugg..hate wiping caches but will try since mine is also green, but some stuff is blue. Weird.... Was about to install MicroMods V11 Gingerbread since I was getting bored again
Was happy to dig up a working GB Keyboard for him to use on the Desire-HD ROM. Seems all the prior GB Keyboards floating around caused FC's or some other weirdness. Found a post from a russian developer that said it would work on Sense Roms....and it did
PS...it's so nice not having memory issues anymore, sonce having my N1 replaced.
EDIT: No Go. I am using MicroMods Desire-HD ROM. New market works fine. I just wiped cache, and Dalvik-Cache, reflashed your file and the market is still green. Any thoughts?

can you make this into a metamorph so i can just apply it like that
Also anyone find those wallpaper sub categories i have yet to see them

Looks awesome. I wiped Cache then flashed and it worked first shot.
My only issue is the text is slightly cut off.

Like blue a lot...much better than the stock!

Is it safe to install ?

Hey Pendo,
Nice work on this Blue Market, not sure why mine looks cut off on the bottom part of the top display?
Here is a screen shot so you can see what I mean, I am only reporting this because it is different than the shot in the first post.
Thanks for you work, I would turn everything GB Green into blue if I could
Edit: Actually now that I look at it closer it seems that the spacing is off in the bottom part with all the apps being to far apart also???
Edit 2: Looks good in landscape view, is that new, Landscape for market?

The screenshots look great! but I would also like to know which version it is? If it's 2.2.7, I'm flashing right away!
edit: It looks like the post above answers my question. Looks like it's 2.2.6 - the updated 2.2.7 fixed the spacing problem. If you could update this for 2.2.7, I'm sure a lot of people would be happy!

First off, thanks, as always for the compliments. Feel like I've kinda been in a rut lately on a few projects so it's definitely nice to hear
As far as why some are not getting build to take, I suspect that you may have a second market installation. I have no idea what causes this but I did notice that I had a vending and a vending-1 install on one of the roms that I've had on my device over the holidays. (been trying to show off all the versatility to the iphone family members ). I just checked the manifest, and it is 2.2.6 so that could be an issue. This market originally came from one of the first few that were floating around a little while back. I'll try to get 2.2.7 up here right quick. I've been running this for quite some time now, but I'm not getting the update for some reason. For those of you who aren't seeing the change, if you have root explorer go see what you have in /system/app, also *possibly* in /data/app. Of course you can run ls in shell as well.
I wish I could remember all that I've done to this, code wise, but that was almost 3 weeks ago and I've seen too much else since then. Hopefully I can jog my memory when I get a chance with 2.2.7.

Man, once again...I'm not sure what's causing this. This shouldn't make a darn bit of difference, but you could try pushing it to the phone either in recovery, or by stopping core with adb shell stop, adb push Vending.apk, then adb shell start.
Also ran into something different with the nexus s that I've worked on. When you flash in recovery, you have to go and mount the system partition first. Now I've always had to do this if I was pushing into it, but flashing a zip, no. Still shouldn't make a difference with this zip though as I've included a mount command in the script.
Oh, and you reminded me....I also have a lightly themed blue gingerbread keyboard. Fairly subtle, but I prefer it to stock. I posted it in enom's thread a while ago as well. I'll add it to the op as well.

No, this cannot be applied via metamorph unfortunately. Many of the changes are located in what becomes resources.arsc when it's compiled.

yeah, I think it is new. I saw this on a rom I flashed over the weekend as well but it wasn't there when I went back to cm and enom. Let's hope that what this guy below says fixes it.

Hey Pendo
this is absolutely, what I'm searching for.
can I use it with my own MIUI ROM?
Everything there is blue and I've searched for a blue Market.
Is it possible to tell me, which things are changed, that are not in drawable-hdpi?
It sounds a bit weird, but I wanna make this changes in "my" market...

OK, everybody..
I found a 2.2.7 version of the market. I think I managed to get everything over that matters. I had to run a diff to make sure I didn't miss any theme work that I did...one thing I noticed was there were some changes in the layout xml affecting padding and a couple other changes. Hopefully that fixes the layout issues.
So far this was tested on cm 6.1.1 however, I mounted the system and pushed. I did not remove anything prior, but I did wipe cache and dalvik to be safe. So I'm not sure if you'll need to or not. Also, I had reinstalled an older version of the market and booted into the phone, navigated around in the market before I did this to try to create a typical scenario.
So far all is well.

Unknown if you can use with miui. Most everything is blue, or meant to go well with the blue theme, as there are teal highlights you can see in the header.
The changes are all in hex and in colors.xml. However you need to find out where the colors are being used and that's in com/android/vending/velvet. You'll find the various id's in ArcPaintingUtils.smali, ArcView.smali, SlimArcView.smali, and SlimArcViewWithTabs.smali. (I think that's most of them) Then you can reference the id's back to public.xml to find out what it's actual name is.
Like I said, it's a bit different than what you'd run into for theming (or at least it is to me )

I FINALLY GOT IT!!!!!we now have the first theme with integrated supercircle battery icons. I had to de-compile edit and then re-compile framework to get it to work right. i re-upped a version with the new swyping kb(Blueberry-CM-nightly-exp8cs.zip) for those who cant get it installed(downgrade is a pia); and another with the 1.56kb+tts(Blueberry-CM-nightly-exp7ds.zip) for those that can. i was feeling the need for a new theme so i threw this together. thank Jairomeo for his work on Flavored Ice(check his themes here) since i cant get 100 battery working right on cm yet i used Phinnaeus' battery and signal meter from sculpted.
Im still working on a few more extras and possibly two more themes atm as well, so be patient and help me get it right
I also included a themed swyping kb+mic

DO NOT FLASH ON RC2 and complain about loop

KEEP IN MIND, I HAVE MY CYANOGEN MOD SETTINGS all custom so i have TWO diff. colors of blue in the theme pics; the blue from the theme, and the cyan from my cyanogenmod custom colors setup.

Love the settings icons..
I could show pics all day cause its really detailed everywhere Thank you for sharing this!
There is just a couple spots the white lettering is a bit hard to read. its by no means anything big at all and may even be me lol. The first one looks much better in the pic but on the phone the white letters below the add call etc don't really pop out at you. Black would pop out and be easier to read under different light/sunlight conditions.
Its the same in this one below where black would pop out more. As you know that would also change it black across the contact panel etc
Like I said these look great as is..it only becomes hard in different lighting conditions etc..
Is there anyway to get rid of the signal bars all together? Probably not but thought I would ask. Oh and are these the same fonts as in the last one? They seem close but I'm not positive.

Can you get me some more details? What rom did you come from? were you running any other themes prior to installing mine? What exactly happened. Did it lock up, not load etc? Any info you can give is appreciated. I'd like to make it compatible with fission for sure.

I'm on Fission 2.0.94 For DX very latest.
I like the hints of blue on the task bar.
Some of the setting links FC because they are NOT in the present Rom such as data mgr, accounts, and backout assistant. maybe others but I realize its a work in progress.
Oh some of the function button are to gray in various app's to see selections .
That all that I could see in after a little few minutes of playing.
Thanks for adding to the Fission Themes .I'm sure this will a a winner whens it completed.
What's "oh hal!"mean??? For some ocd reason it has been bothering the heck out of me.
Sh******t, if I knew it was gonna be this kind of party I woulda stuck my d*** in the mashed potatoes.

when I go to install this from recovery it says "can't open Fission_IceHole0.80.zip (bad) Installation Aborted.*
PS: I'm on Fission 2.0.1 w/reboot update.
OK take back my previous post. Got it to update, but didn't get signal the first time it booted up. Rebooted and its fine now. Noticed a couple of issues:
1. Dial buttons are still yellow when pressed.
2. Text messages in status bar are still black (doesn't look good on a black status bar)
3. Lock screen is back to the 2.2 lock screen. (some like some dislike, not a huge deal)
4. The volume/music bars are still yellow (would be nice if they were blue like the theme)
5. The stock music app is not themed like your original.
6. Weather/news widget would look nice themed too!
7. The stock DX keyboard still shows red when pressed. Would be nice to have this blue also.

[THEME][5/7] Transparent Google Play Shop-3.5.16

5/6 - Fixed theming on the "add credit card" page.
TransBluePhonesky3.5.16-rev3-signed.zip

5/1 - small tweak....updated to show all apps, regardles of dpi setting. Also by popular request, the auto update is killed.
This one is a little different in that I've left the name as Phonesky.apk and it will flash to /system/app. If you're replacing another one that's installed as Vending.apk, you'll need to delete that or else you won't notice any change. Oh...one more thing...it is *significantly* larger than the stock version. This is due to all my added images, particularly for xhdpi devices.
TransBluePhonesky-3.5.16-signed.zip
4/9-Updated to 3.5.16.
Took a while to get things sorted out where they look right (mostly) with ics. It's not quite as clean as my previous versions as there's some graphics I'd like to rework, but it's not too bad.
Same as usual, here's a zip to flash in recovery:
-->TransBlueGooglePlay3.5.16-signed.zip<--
...and if you want to go back, here's a zip with an unmodified market:
GooglePlay3.5.16-stock-signed.zip
Remember, my update script will place Vending.apk in you /system/app directory. So if you were updated from 3.5.15 you'll need to remove /data/app/com.android.vending-1.apk by uninstalling updates or removing via adb or root explorer. Also, I noticed that in the new ics rom they've called it Phonesky.apk when it's initially installed in /system/app. (The package name in the Manifest is still com.android.vending though)

UPDATE 3/24
Here's the newest apk with my well known theme. There were several changes to the layout files this time, including many new layout files...so please let me know if you see any inconsistencies or areas that I missed.
FLASH IN RECOVERY
-->TransBlueGooglePlay-3.5.15-signed.zip<--
If you wish to revert, here's the unmodified market, also in a recovery zip:
GooglePlay-3.5.15-stock-signed.zip
As usual, please make sure you don't have any version of the market installed in /data/app/. If you do, please uninstall updates in the application management section. The zips will place Vending.apk in /system/app.
Once again, I want to say I really appreciate all of the compliments I've received on the meager contributions I've posted. It's hard to believe I've been doing this for over a year and a half now.....coming from absolutely zero experience, I've learned a lot from this place and it's nice to be able to give back a little.
3/17
I've updated for the new Play Shop. It looks the same...or well it's supposed to anyway. If I get some time I might play around with my button dimensions/layout a little bit.
Here's a zip to flash in recovery:
TransBlueMarket-3.4.7-signed.zip
12/27 - Fixed a couple small text color issues, otherwise the same. Link updated below.
12/22 - Update to 3.4.4
Flash in recovery. Updater-script installs in the /system/app directory so don't forget to uninstall updates in settings if you have been OTA updated to 3.4.4. As always, please let me know of any issues anyone runs into.
TransMarket-3.4.4bl-v2-signed.zip
12/8 - Update to 3.3.12
I fixed a couple small detail items that weren't 100% in the previous version. I think it's working pretty good on the N1 at least. Tablets still have some work to do. Mdpi should be good to go as well. Let me know if there's any problems.
Hope to work on the green one soon...
TransMarket-3.3.12bl-signed.zip
Update for 3.3.11:-FIXED 12/5 (will update to newer versions soon)
For now it's just the blue trimmed version. I would like to get the others up as well, but I've had several requests to extend this onto mdpi screens as well, so that's next on the agenda.
Flash in Recovery
TransMarket-3.3.11bl-signed.zip
Please ensure you've uninstalled updates or otherwise removed all com.android.vending.apk entries from data/app, as this zip will place Vending in your /system/app directory.
9/25 Update to 3.1.5
Ok, finally got my theme ported into 3.1.5. I'll admit that this hasn't been real thoroughly tested, but so far so good for me. The themes are almost exactly like before...it's not identical, but it would be very hard to tell the small changes that were made.
FLASH IN RECOVERY
Blue trim-TransMarket_3.1.5bl-signed.zip
Green trim-TransMarket_3.1.5gr-signed.zip
*These will flash to /system/app directory. It is very likely that you were silently updated to 3.1.5 and therefore have the apk in /data/app. If the Market is not themed after flash, go to settings>applications>manage applications>select "All" tab and scroll down to Market. Select uninstall updates.

UPDATE 8/27
After some work, I have finally got the update to 3.1.3 done. At first glance I assumed it would be an easy update....wrong. There were a couple smali files that were straight copies, but most were not, requiring me to go through them again and in a couple cases make new additional edits. I *think* I've got everything now though. Please let me know of any errors you find.
I've made a couple slight color variations this time. Nothing major, just trimmings mostly like buttons, loading spinners, progressbars etc. The default category colors for apps/games, books, and movies remain. The screenshots from below from the previous version should be almost exactly the same as what you'll find in the new blue version.
As before, this uses the original signing certs, so I don't expect anyone will have any conflicts.
FLASH IN RECOVERY
TransMarket-3.1.3blue-available now for testing
TransMarket-3.1.3green
Original unmodified Market, also in a recovery zip-- Vending-3.1.3-original.zip
==========================================================
Hello again everyone....yes I'm still here. I know I originally said I wasn't planning on theming this market, but I was asked by another member to help him with his, so through that process I started tinkering again. In my opinion the layout of this app doesn't lend itself well to a transparent theme, but it did turn out better than I expected. Had to dig around in smali quite a bit more than usual, too.
I had long ago decided to keep the color coordination going. I think that added a nice touch to the app. That actually was one thing that took a bit of time cause I really wanted to keep the color matching consistent. There are a couple additions that kind of buck that rule...most of my buttons are blue, and the progressbar and progressbar_indeterminate are blue in sections.
**This looks best over darker wallpapers. The text colors are designed as such**
Here's some screenshot's:

Thanks for looking!!

Very nice! As always great work Pendo!!
Thanks! I hadn't been able to get the newest version OTA yet so I gladly downloaded and installed your version. As usual it looks AWESOME! thanks for the hard work as usual!
Thanks guys. I really had reservations theming this version. I think the stock one is actually pretty decent once I finally got used to the design (which took a little while, lol).

You know, it's been a long time since I'd gotten OTA silent updates on the market. Perhaps coming from 2.3.6 might've been an issue since I resigned it. But even before then, when I wasn't resigning Vending I wasn't getting them. I can say that I did get updated to 3.0.27 though from 3.0.26. Not quite sure what all the factors are there.
Glad you're enjoying my twist to this version
Whoa, very nice! Thanks.

If I were to venture a guess, it didn't even install. I have no idea what the optimus uses for a file system, and some phones are different (ie ext4 instead of yaffs), and my updater-script/updater-binary combo probably just doesn't work on your device.
Couple options:
Extract Vending.apk from my zip and use adb to push to /system/app.
Extract Vending.apk from my zip and copy to your sdcard. Then you can use a root explorer to move it to /system/app. Be sure to reset permissions when using this method! They should be 644 or rw,r,r
If you have a flash zip from another system app, you can put Vending.apk into the app directory of that zip. The zip signature will be broken at that point so you'll have to turn off signature verifications in the recovery menu, or resign the zip.
First option is by far the easiest.
@Pendo

I'd kinda like to I think. I had amazing response from the last ones, and so far people seem to like this one pretty well, too.
The newest version was kinda unexpected, at least as far as the drastic UI change so it kinda threw me a curve ball. It took a while for things to come together for sure. With that in mind, a lot of it really depends on what changes come down the pike.
So im having a bit of trouble getting this to work, i flashed it but its not transparent at all and i cant see my dark wallpaper behind it..any ideas? using CM7 #58 with mixer

I present to you my AOSP Honeycomb theme (**FROST**BITE**V1.0) for p6200 and p6200L (let me know if it work on any other)
I have had the day off college so i decided it was time to get to grips with my tab as we don't always see eye to eye. haha. iv modded what ever i could find in framework & system Ul. although it looks cool now just give me some time to work on this baby
what is themed?
well....
.system ul
.notification box with transparent backing
.power control themed gray
.lock screen
.clock
.settings icon (will theme setting ASAP in black)
.messaging icon (will theme message .apk ASAP)
.notification bar is now stock black with stock 3.0 soft keys in gray/white
.battery is themed but needs work sizing etc (I may add a circle mod hmmm..)
.signal bar ripped from XOOM stock 3.1 honeycomb ROM
.launcher is themed with stock honeycomb app key but still TW (i will add the option of a stock AOSP launcher.zip but you can not add widgets
to be continued.......
what is stock?......
well....
.camera is stock AOSP with stock icon.
.browsed is stock AOSP
.gallery is stock AOSP
.music is the latest AOSP version (sooo cool)
.clock widget is stock AOSP.
extras...
you will also get in the .zip....
asus weather widget
XOOM clock widget
movie studio XOOM
Toshiba media player
and a selection of stock honeycomb wallpapers
installation.
0.nandroid then check if you have a nandroid back up then check agen haha...
1. clear data on the following before install....Browser/ clock/ launcher (it just helps prevent issues and damn force closes)
2. make sure you are deodexed and rooted
3.place **FROST**BITE**V1.1.zip on to your external SD card navigate to choose zip for SD and flash....BANG!!!....your in **FROST**BITE**V1.0
thanks me or buy me a beer
Download here: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/8623715/FROST_BITE_V1.1 beta.zip
the setting will come in a update.zip also with the soft keys you see now
updates:
v1.1 beta:....uploading now
whats changed?...A) soft keys are more stock with matching screen capture and a very nice purple battery mod. you will also get AOSP stock setting with TW feel.
AOSP wallpapers are attached at the bottom to install but a faulty install in the .zip may mean you need to go to root explorer and uninstall the other one if it does not work let me know.
Disclaimer: i am not responsible if you brick your device under Google's open sauce licence. i will help you if you do something wrong but its not my fault.
if you do decide to blame me i will simply giggle at your expense haha then suggest ways for you to use your tab...drinks tray, diner mat, roofing slate...haha
Went a head and flashed your ROM on the T869 device (running deodexed rom). Screen cap below. It was charging at time of screen cap. I changed wallpaper immediately because the one the theme was very odd and very "zoomed in" looking.
I know this was not meant for this device...but its fun to try right?
Few things that don't look right.
-Lock screen orbit is a small square...that's it. You can still unlock though.
-Battery icon when device is not charging is off. It turns it into a gray spiral type icon.
-Get 3g icon instead of 4g (obvious reason why)
Again, not a problem report...just letting those know who want to play with the t869 device. I'm finding these themes are almost do-able on the T869.

In regards to me flashing this on T869 Device (which it was not made for)
I knew it wouldn't soft brick...been playing with the current themes offered and have flashed before. Most of the framework and system are similar enough it will boot every time...just may not look right on some things. Ive owned and flashed many android devices...so very comfortable with it.
Im in no way a dev...very wet behind the ears when it comes to theming. But the T869 device needs some love so im trying my best to learn how I can do just that...give it some love.
I greatly appreciate your work.

the best software to theme is something as simple as 7-zip for opening apks and PAINT.NET for coloring and re-sizing or Photoshop for high quality themeing

its very easy all you have to do is set up the kitchen you require and select the option fill in the information you want to show in the recovery log add change log and fill with apks etc... haha but you do have to write the paths out e.g. if you want something going in to system, app make a system folder and put app folder in to that one then place your required file in to it and it will pop it in their when flashed. A very easy cheats way is to copy someones META-INF file and place it in to a .zip then fill in your paths described above easy!....when you get going

[THEME] Glasstopia v1.3 for CM9/AOKP **Added Animated Notifications and Many Images**

Glasstopia
This is by no means a completed theme. I've just spent many many hours getting everything translucent and correcting everything I could find that didn't look right with the new transparency (Not to mention getting Contacts.apk to compile at all). So for now, I'm calling this an initial release.
F.A.Q.Q. You included the blue flames?!?! Oh No!!!!
A. Ok....seriously this time. The flames (and most status bar changes coming in the future) are housed in the system/app/SystemUI.apk. If you delete it from Glasstopia before you flash, or push the one over from Glasstopia_Revert or HFS after you flash, then no more flames
I originally created this theme for the Vibrant a long time ago, and decided to bring it over to my new phone. What I've been able to do so far:
General Cyan/Blue Theme
Many Custom Icons and Images
New Wallpaper (See Bottom)
"Accurate" Battery Icons
Translucent Notification Dropdown
Animated Notification Icons
Translucent Dialer
Translucent Contacts
Translucent Mms
Translucent Settings
Translucent Music Player
Translucent GMail

For a wide variety of transparent widgets visit this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=8398577#post8398577
I don't see any point in reproducting perfectly good work, so I won't be making any widgets that are on that list. However, if there's any widget that you don't find there, isn't up to date, or simply would like it looking a bit different let me know and I'll take a look at it
Glasstopia v1.3:
Added animated notification icons
Themed system menu icons
Themed power menu icons
Themed popup menus
Added "missing" icons
Glasstopia v1.2:
Framework-res.apk and systemui.apk now are themed by Theme Engine
Gmail.apk updated to latest version
Animated status bar removed for the time being (hopefully will find a good way to add it back)
Glasstopia v1.1:
Reduced transparency of framework to better accommodate visibility of text in certain apps.
Fixed text color oversight in Mms compose message.
Added some new icons
Re-skinned Lockscreen
Fixed lack of transparency when creating new contacts.
New status bar images
General blue/cyan coloring
New Mms.apk images
New default_wallpaper.png (doesn't seem to apply)
Probably more....
Glasstopia v1.0 (Initial Release):
Translucent and Animated Statusbar

Translucent Contacts
Translucent Mms
Translucent Settings
Translucent Music Player
Translucent GMail

Guess Dropbox isn't going to work for me. My old host is out of business unfortunately. Let's see how mediafire does. Sorry about that. Links are updated.
Also, shouldn't NEED to wipe anything. However, if you like to be extra careful, it never hurts to wipe the cache first.
Edit: haven't decided on a theme color yet. I kinda like blue themes, but there's been suggestions for red in keeping with the general theme of the rom. Thoughts?

If you need a nice, free host for devs, i strongly suggest Goo-inside.me to host your work. They're free, all about android, official hosts of RootzWiki, and did i mention they're free?

Thanks. I wasn't sure if they had certain qualifications for an account or not. I'll look into that.

Glad you like it. Ya, I'll definitely be changing out lots of icons and images in the future. This is just the result of the "hard work" of making everything transparent (people don't get how much actual coding can be involved for theme projects like this sometimes ). I just kind of exhausted myself with this first part and took a little breather since the next part is pretty tedious.
I'll hopefully get started on the images tomorrow if i can decide between blue and red (or maybe both somehow)

Yeah, they provide free hosting for all developers, just fill out the form, provide them with a few links to your work, and you should be approved no problem.

Hmm....seems like they expect "Recognized Developer" status.

Nah, i know of lots of devs that don't have RD status on XDA that use Goo-inside.me. They're just making sure that just anyone aren't wasting their space. You're a recognized themer around here, you gave us Glasstopia on at least two different phones, they should approve you easily.

I would suggest waiting until I post an update after each of Hell's updates. It's not so much that it wouldn't work....it very likely would. However, any changes Hell makes to the apks I'm replacing would be lost.
However, my current plan/goal is to basically postpone my releases until Hell makes a new release. At that point I'll find a quick "stopping point", package it up, and post it here. Hopefully I'll be able to get this done either same day or next day depending on my work schedule (I work 12hr shifts, so some days are definitely better than others ).
Flames
I'm relatively new on XDA, so please don't flame me; however I am not a huge fan of the flames. Now I know that this is not a matter to be argued about, as everyone has different tastes. I was just wondering if there is any real way to use this theme without them. Just to be sure, I did the factory wipe in CWM as described in the OP; however, as I expected, this wiped my phone and left the flames. I realize that this description on removing the flames may be sarcasm, and that is perfectly acceptable. It is your theme and I have no right to complain about it or ask you to change it to my liking. I would only ask that you point out whatever I am missing if there is a way to remove the flames. If not, I won't complain.
Thanks

Indeed it was sarcasm. If you delete the SystemUI.apk out of the /system/app folder in the Glasstopia_v1.0.zip when flashing to HFS it won't add the flames. To remove them if you already have them, move the SystemUI.apk from Glasstopia_Revert.zip or HFS.zip to Glasstopia_v1.0.zip then flash.
Edit: Peterman720 is not to be harmed. I knew this question was coming from someone sometime, and he phrased it politely
