MidnightEvo for CM 6.1.2
This theme has a lot of transparent blacks and a MIUI-ish look to the status bar. I originally created this theme with a darker, deep blue and it all kind of washed together so I redid the blue stuff with a "Facebook" blue. Enjoy!

My wife wanted to see a "less manly" theme. I didn't want to fill my Evo with ponies and rainbows while testing it out, so I decided to go off the colors/gradients of Microsoft's Zune. Enjoy!

DetoxEvo for CM 6.1.2
Detox was originally created by cubanaso and ported to the Evo for use on Sense by Konikub. Being my favorite theme of all time, I wanted to bring the original look to CyanogenMod. There are two versions available here. The "Cubanaso Version" carries the signal/wifi status bar icons of the original theme and the "Modern Version" has signal/wifi status bar icons that I put my own spin on. Other than that, these two are identical. Enjoy!

very nice theme! i would like to see it with a black status bar. i know u can do it in the cm settings but the battery percentage wont be visible since its in black. also how do i get that red clock in the screenshots posted? i thought it came with the theme but it still shows the stock one.

If I get some time after the holidays, I might make a black/red version of this after I theme more apps/widgets.
That clock is Animated Analog Clock from the market with the Modern Red skin. Not my work at all, lol.

The lock screen gets themed with everything else when you flash the .zip in recovery.

This was my first attempt at any kind of Android theming and I have no idea how to go about porting it yet, but that doesn't mean I can't read up on it. I might once the holidays are over and I find some time. I also might wait for CM7 to come out and create a theme from scratch. We'll see how well this goes over.
I really like the simplicity of your theme. I don't think I have seen that lock screen before, where did you find it?

Yes. You have to be rooted to be able to install CM6.1 which this theme is for, so you would have to be rooted to use a theme. You have to be rooted to be able to flash anything (afaik).

You can flash treves black dialer from here

He is running gamorras HeroOne theme. That's where I got all the blue framework from. Gamorras theme is really awesome. You should check it out.

Thanks!! Couple of things: First: FLASH THIS NEW VERSION OF THE LOCK/MENU PATCH!! http://www.mediafire.com/?ywz5wdtttvn (this is what was causing the green widget menu)
Second...i didn't port the theme, so I don't have the location icon, HOWEVER, if you go into Settings>Location>and UNCHECK "Use wireless networks" and CHECK Use GPS satellites, you will save a LOT of battery life, and get the prettier location icon. Try it out and let me know how it works! Thanks!
I really like this theme. I flashed with my RegawMod and it looks great. Is there a clear lockscreen that can be flashed with this theme that won't effect how the taskbar looks?

I'm not sure. I haven't tried flashing a clear lockscreen on top of the theme. You might want to check out THIS THREAD...there are a lot of different lockscreen variations going on there. As always, nandroid before you try flashing their stuff...so if it screws up the task bar you can go back.
Also...I just updated my theme...it now supports Live Wall Papers. You might wanna check that out. Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
I have tried a couple so far and each of them changes the taskbar in some way. One didn't change the icons but the bar was broking into sections of black and sections of gray. If I find one that works I will let you know.

I tried that one and a couple of others but to no avail. Alas I think our best bet is to wait and hope alex can get the time and put one together for us.
this is a theme that has taken influence from several other themes and builds all credit goes where credit is due, I simply collected the parts i like most about them.

- new solid color status bar that wont become transparent when going through apps

-New! i have also attached a modified version of the Cyanogen wallpaper app that has a bunch of wallpapers that go great with the theme

thanks man, i had no intention of making a theme a few days ago then the darksmoothie theme showed up and i liked it but i had some things i didnt care for so naturally i tampered with it and was like hey maybe somebody else would enjoy using it

Like someone else said, the notification text can be a little hard to read, and the date in the top left of the dropdown doesn't match the rest of the status bar. There is a similar problem with the stock Calendar widget, unless I use a lightly-colored background. All in all, I like how clean and professional it feels; it looks like it could be stock, which is why I don't usually use a theme. Great work! I look forward to additional updates

the status bar in general confuses me its transparent to whatever is behind it unless its on the home screen
edit: got the status bar staying black, thats one thing off the todo list

I've got this ported over to CM 6.1 using ASimmons theme-tool. Its fantastic and a must have theme. Kyle, great job on this theme, I really like the rounded look of the pull-down status-bar

nightly 126 and ASimmons theme injector. I haven't tried the updated version (from earlier tonight) but if its anything like his other work, it will work and be fantastic. just follow the directions from the original post.

asimmons is running it through his theme porter now since i was having trouble with it, but if you want to that would be awesome, and im glad you like it i did make one other change to it other than to the one i posted, and thats the volume up and down color is orange instead of black and white but it isnt a big deal ATM, so yea please do it if you want to, thanks for your help

Alrighty. I'm current porting another one of my ports to cm6.1 as well. If something happens and he can't get it to you(I hope he can), I'll work on it. Probably be tomorrow though.
[THEME] Black n Bold Sense - Magnolia Rom & Redemptive rEVOlution [Update 02/28/2011]
Black n Bold Sense
When I first came across the Black n Bold theme from thebowers, I was immediately impressed. The dark look of the theme and detail that he put into it was amazing. Unfortunately, he needed to take a break from the Android community because it was taking over his life. Fortunately, he stills pops his head in on the all new Team Inversion Conversion thread located here. He is a great asset to the community even if he is not as active as he used to be. You can find many inverted apps on this thread, but I will be adding them to my theme as I invert them. The Black Market screenshot that you see pictured came from that thread.
I have done my best to port this over from the Motorola Droid 1, but it is still a work in progress. I am working with DistINCtINC on getting the menus and apps blacked out, but I wanted to get the initial theme out there.

This theme is based off of HeyItsLou’s Redemptive reEVOlution rom. If you are running that rom, this theme should work no problem. If not, I can’t guarantee that it will. If you try it, make sure that you do a backup first. I have been running this theme for some time. I am tweaking it all the time and as I do, I'll update it here. Let me know if you would like to see something included and I'll do my best to get it included. This is my first attempt at a theme after running countless other themes.

If you mean Redemption Rom 2.3, I am not sure. I don't believe that it will because the Redemptive rom uses Evo framework. You can try it, but make a backup first.
Let me know whenever you are ready to start inverting.
Theme looks very nice. I'm a big fan of dark themes.
Just a personal opinion, but I don't like the "red" stuff in the theme at all... They look kind of MS Paintish compared to the overall slickness that is the rest of the theme. But that's just my opinion.

This is something I wanted to mention. I agree I think the work you did with the dark images are just incredible and if you carried that over to what red. you would create GOLD

I've actually already started the inversion process. I just got done with com.htc.resources.apk (I think) and I'm going to work on framework-res.apk later on today. I'm hitting the hay now though. I'm seeing double, going on triple.
I'll try and work on getting some of the red out, but I don't know if I'll do it by the next release. I need to get my image editing skills honed up. I am going to try and do away with some of the colored icons I have in the theme though. Now that I can get the inversion process going, they just don't seem to fit.

SR4 seems like the most advance ROM yet, outside of CM7 which has a very crappy camera IMO.

If you install LP Plus from market, backup your settings. Then try flashing this theme again, and see if it automatically works. If it don't, then backup ur LP settings, uninstall LP, then flash this theme, open LP and restore backup settings should get u Plus version activated.

Love this theme, but the dialer in the dock doesn't work on my phone. Tried replacing the shortcut but I can't find the shortcut anywhere in the dock menu.
Everything else looks smooth but I can't make any calls! What am I doing wrong?

Does the sense launcher work, or other stock launcher?
Thanks for your unanticipated quick reply and sorry for being so late coming back!
I loaded the theme back again and this time tried sense instead of launcher pro.
When I press the phone icon a tiny box pops up that says "phone" and that is all that happens. When I used launcher pro option last evening it said it could not launch the application when pressing the phone icon.
I have an slcd and am using cw 3.008 (I have a temp version of 2.512 I use for wiping cache and davlik cache before installing the theme).

Just wondering, in the quick settings your pics show everything blue. Mine is totally transparent. Wasn't sure if your intention was for it to be blue? I like it better transparent anyway, but maybe it should be made semi-transparent cause it is hard to read if you have anything on your home screen.

Yes. It should be blue. I'm not familiar with the EVO since I don't have one. Lol. I'll be trying to fix it so it looks like the pictures. I also have to remove recent apps. It's a work in progress. This is the best I can do for now. I'll try to include a separate zip for those that prefer it like it is or in the meantime try to darken the background on the drop down menu.

Porting to sky blue took me 12 + hours. This theme along with my NOV theme are both BETA. Which means, I'll have to continue to update both of these on the Thunderbolt AND EVO. There's just not enough time to port to another color yet. I'll get it done when time allows and both builds are finished. I also still have the ROMEO theme to work on. That's at least one full build behind schedule.

I have twist-AllianceROM-RLS2-signed rom and I want to remove the unlock icon and put it back to default and maybe change the icons for the battery life and that stuff
Can you help me out with a link or something to help explain to me how i can do it?

Ok people after a second look at this I was able to figure out what needed to be done to change the Notification area to show a blue backround behind the recent, and the quick settings notifications. Also got rid of the Recent apps! So its gonna look like the pic in the OP now!
