This ^ My Swype beta installs and works on all ROMs I have tried.
I heard from a little birdie that there are some really nice keyboards in the Doubleshot Port.
Might want to boot into that and check them out.
Im sure there is a way to save an app from it...

There is a swype on the slayer theme that is a flashable zip. It works always. Keep scrolling to the bottom of page, there is two themed ones. Make sure to thank him..

Need to install it on my friends phone
Skype will only work with 2.2 on wifi for our phones, if then. Verizon has skype pretty much locked down.

The posting of Swype apk files is not allowed.
You can sign up for the Swype beta at http://beta.swype.com/
The link for it is here: http://www.htcphones.net/honeycomb-on-3-htc-smartphones/. This is still in development and I wouldn't suggest it be for everyday use. It still has bugs at this point but it's a taste of Honeycomb.
I did not in any part develop this or is responsible for any damages. Have fun.

It was designed specially for tablets but developers and hackers will do otherwise.

This is not official and will not be official. Hackers and developers create roms like this. Its not like its a beta of an official honeycomb for EVO which will not happen. This is like a custom modded rom with the sense of Honeycomb and some feature which would take a while to get properly working.
The article is pretty horrible, the port is from r2doesinc though. Of course we all know this won't work right yet but it won't stop me from playing with it...

This was released sooooooo long ago. I was super excited, but now i'm over it...
Waiting for Sense 3.0 on GB! that'll be an amazing port to evo and until then i'm preoccupied with Savaged-Zen rom and theming out AOSP

Miui is awesome, great battery life fresh new interface and tons and tons of customizing options.they also update the rom every friday with a new version. It will be a huge hit on the g2x, I always used it on my nexus. If you dint like how it has a iphone feel you can just install a custom launcher and problem solved.

thank you cause some one in this thread asked what's so great about Miui. I swear some people will never be a Jedi master with dumb questions like that.
Did you guys tried the test version? Were you able yo change screen density with no affect on apps' function. I know this is a known issue with miui.

I hope they going to have the new lockscreens in it, the only downside I do not like about MIUI is every ROM I have seen has all white setting screens and I hate white! I however love the top bar battery, that thing is cool!
Miui is more white then black. It is inspired by the iOS in many ways.
There are many differences but the biggest is the homescreen which rids the app drawer for desktop icons... very similar to the iFones. A custom launcher makes it more into a standard andriod feel.
The big icons attract most people. Its a very pretty rom.

There is 2 or 3 themed Swypes for the revolution. It is possible just a P.I.T.A.

Didn't the Triumph come with Swype preinstalled? There are two off-brand Swype versions I have, can pm you the links if you want
I tried to add a MyTouch look to the latest version of Swype but failed... Again, I don't know how allowed it is to talk about versions of Swype not already installed on the users' phone, for reasons probably only Swype knows.

Nope. Touch pal, and the stock android keyboard is all we get. Swype doesn't work. I tried many versions. Thanks for the offer, but I only use the gingerbread keyboard.
