So this started out porting something that kind of looked like the GalaxyS and I liked the look of it so much I finished it.

I've also been working on a Sense version of the Epic dump... It's not done yet but it's usable for an everyday theme so I guess I'll post it.

Nightlies? Why not use the final? This works w/ the final 6.0.0...

There are still newer nightly editions coming out with further tweaks/add-ons.
8/31 nightly just came out for instance.

Well make a backup then flash it. Post what happens.

Is it anyway i can just get the notification bar? with the blue 3G and Battery icons?

Yeah. Just push framework-res.apk to /system/framework.

Yeah I know, it's not complete... Sorry, I should have put that in there. I have the completed version done and on my phone. I am still at work right now and have a meeting to attend later so it should be posted later on tonight.

So i just saw this awesome honeycomb theme , over at the samsung forums, and i was wondering if someone could port this to CM7 For our evo's., this has to be one of the best themes out there, very clean and unique.

Eh, does appear to be different. Disregard.

That theme is built on the Samsung framework so things like the lockscreen cannot be ported. I dont know how much of this theme you are hoping to get onto your phone.

I will take a look at it and see what i can do. Will post back in a day or two with my findings. As said above the lockscreen probably cant be ported but i can probably port most of the rest.
Edit: after looking at the origonal thread it looks like this had a lor of custom elements. Before I even atrempt work on this I am going to have to message the creator and talk to them.additionally many of the menus can not be ported as is.
What are people looking for if I do take this ona besides the notification bar and icons and a few other minor pieces not sure it can be done.

dammit, i really like that lock screen, ,how come samsung has the good stuff. Is it impossible to port that lock screen over?

The lockscreen is part of the framework, the same way the sense lockscreen is part of the sense framework. You would mainly be able to change images like the status bar and menu items.

That honeybread theme is great. Didn't know haxzamatic did that.

The Blue Bionic and Orange Octane are beautiful. Love the notification dropdown, finally no more "bright" power widget.

Nope sorry not for 2.1/3.0. What rom is she running, maybe I will port it for ya! I was thinking about starting to do some of these for MikG2.1 anyway!

Here is my slight theme for Weapon G2x 3.0_R1 .
i made this theme because i felt this rom was stable for me, and i disliked the notification toggles.
It includes: torch app, galaxy s framework (blue ui stuff like selections, and over scroll glow), veggie burger font, ICS transition animation, and some things i forgot.

i had to fix something quickly, its up now

This is pretty much a TouchWiz ROM for the G2x. haha.
Nice job.

If you every do another theme for G2x can you make it more redish? Red looks cooler than turquoise.

I liked the theme a lot and I love the ICS animations too. I just have a question...Is there a way to edit the theme in UOT kitchen in any way? I just don't to have the battery % numbers showing...it there a way to remove that from this theme or do i have to create a new one from scratch?

Well, it did say that this theme is for WeaponG2x, so I'd assume not, but you can at least do a Nandroid backup, flash it, see what happens.

Whitehawx changed a lot of things in the framework to make his EDT MOD and lock screen MOD's to work. So the framework isn't the same as Tsugi. That's why it won't work.

Would someone be able to re-skin this for me please? I made an attempt but I wasn't able to get the ROM to sign correctly. It would be much appreciated. I want to get rid of it because it looks like Honeycomb.

^^He's right. But if you are rooted an willing to install a custom ROM, teameos and aokp have great roms that allow people to change the color of the clock in the bottom right of the screen.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. I mean't the background that is behind the clock and system icons. It's a honeycomb blue, it might be hard to see. I'm running EOS and I know about being able to change the clock colour but I'd like to change the background in that area.

yeah i see the blue - weird though as ive installed eos previously and have never had that issue - could it be a settingq you have played around with? i havnt used eos for quite a while so dont know what new features have been added

No, it's just more inconsistencies. To confirm this I went into my local Best Buy and checked out the Transformer Prime and it has it too. You probably do too. Press on the notification area but don't release your press.
