I miss this ROM. You do awesome work, think I will try it again. The updates look pretty hot.
I can answer the HDMI question this evening if no one beats me.

The new 3.0 is working great for me. Thank you Vaelek!!
STILL THE BEST ROM AVAILABLE!!!!
Sent from my PC36100 using XDA App

Excellent Sir!
Installing on HW004 now.
2 minutes 47 seconds from reboot to initial setup... Looks good to go for those who came from hboot2.02 & HW004
Had to sync contacts manually, but that is certainly no big deal... and I like that the new setup asks you to turn on wifi before it downloads anything. I guess I don't like the new adw.launcher with the customizable center widget... that sucks when you have to create a new "open launcher widget" and drag that over your accidentally customized center-widget-that-used-to-be a-launcher/trashcan.
***I prefer the HTC people/dialer/messaging over AOSP, but i can't seem to find the messaging app anymore... Is it missing? Any chance they could be side-by-side again (or available in vp settings)? ***
Also, which version of swype is the new stock one?
[edit: I just noticed the "(will be) available via Vaelpak Settings" note had the extra set of parenthesis... I guess Vaelpak settings hasn't got the upgrade yet...

VaelPak settings is messed up for me
i wiped data, cache, and davlic several times
then flashed the ROM and it worked (works) great...
after i got it all set up i thought i would change to high res
so i--
-open VaelPak settings
-granted SU permissions
-selected Amon recovery -which i use
-hit screen resolution
-selected HighRes
-clicked reboot now when it asked
-after reboot -no change
-opened vaelpak settings -and it rebooted without warning
-after reboot still no change so cleared vaelpak settings --cache
-opened it back up and apparently it didn't clear the cache because it rebooted by itself again
-after reboot still not highRes so..
-uninstalled vealpak settings then reinstalled the market version and same thing
-it did re ask the SU and Recovery questions but same thing is happening..

Vael,
Great work, love your stuff, I wanted to know if you've tried any other kernel's yet or if you might recommend one that you think will mesh well with your latest update. Thanks for your work

Looks cool and I'm downloading now. One question: what's the easiest way to get rid of the blue "Vaelpak" and "Notifications" text on the pull down shade? It's the one thing that kinda looks out of place with that font and I'm an a-hole when it comes to that stuff. Is it just a matter of flashing a theme over it?

looks good !! thanks

I'm having trouble restoring apps and system data from Titanium.
I
-open problems?
-yes, do it in response to auto-upgrade for busybox
-reboot
-open Titanium
-backup/restore
-menu
-batch
-restore missing apps + system data
Titanium then starts it's process like normal until it just closes the program and jumps to the Vaelpak bootscreen.
Thoughts, feelings?

I read somewhere that the new OTA causes problems for Titanium... I haven't loaded up this new ROM yet but I will soon and I'll report back about Titanium..

[ROM] ZenEXP-0.9.7 New Expresso MT3G Slide [OLD THREAD]

PLEASE CONTINUE ALL ZENEXP-0.9.7 DISCUSSION IN THE NEW ROM THREAD OR ON ZENROMS.COM WE WILL NOT BE MONITORING THIS THREAD ANYMORE.
This is a port of the new MyTouch 3G Slide with the newest Expresso UI.
This is based on the newest expresso/sense frameworks with built in theme switcher and customizable number of home screens (5 or 7) and landscape Rosie, Htc Music, and Weather
Just to avoid any confusion this is a ROM from the HTC Expresso / MyTouch 3G Slide. It's not a theme over the Sprint 2.1.
They way this ROM looks is completely stock aside from removing the pink Tmobile icons and branding and changing the notification bar.

You must do a full wipe before flashing. Wipe Data/Factory Reset.
If you use the A2SD you must wipe your ext partition before flashing.
If you have trouble booting this then wipe again and reflash the rom.
If you still have trouble download the files again. I'll post md5sums if needed.

I'd like to give a big thanks to toastcfh and zippy-man for this release. With out zippy-man we'd still be on 0.9.4.2 and without toast's kernel we'd still be running stock.
/Begin rant
You don't need a partitioned sdcard to run this. But you do need your sdcard partitioned if you want A2SD and you need to wipe your ext partition before flashing this rom. A2SD is automatic on all 0.9.6x builds. Your dalvik-cache will stay on internal memory if you use A2SD. It's more stable that way and honestly makes more sense. Just for the record not using internal storage does not mean that you'll have more ram to use. Nand (which is your internal storage) and RAM (which is your memory) are two separate things. You have plenty of space on data. Using it isn't going to slow your phone down. I can understand the need to move apps to your sdcard because you can run out of room on /data with a **** ton of apps. /End rant

How to use overclock widget instead of setcpu:
Download it from the market and add the widget to your home screen.
Tap on the widget.
Goto advanced settings.
Make sure "Use your frequencies" is checked.
Tap on "Detect frequencies". Scroll down to the bottom and tap save.
Tap on the overclock widget again and you should be able to set your frequencies.
How to use setcpu:
Download it from xda it's free for xda members: Link or Buy it from the market.
Once installed it will ask for root access. Superuser will pop up. Pick always allow.
On the device selection screen scroll down to Custom Frequencies. It will read the values from the setcpu.txt installed on your sdcard.
Now you should be able to set your custom frequencies. I've found max 691 to be the optimal. YMMV
OpenOverclocker in the market also works well although it's very basic. Only two sliders to mess with min/max.

MAIN ROM: Flash through recovery after wiping data and sd-ext if you use a2sd
ZenEXP-0.9.6.2
Download
UPDATE TO THE MAIN ROM: Flash this after you flash the main rom.
Update for ZenEXP-0.9.6.2: This is not a full rom it's an update to 0.9.6.2. This update will replace some libs with updated versions as well as set the default min clock speed to 245 and the max to 691 and the cpu governor to ondemand so that there is no need to use setcpu or overclock widget unless you want to use custom values. This update will also fix voice search. Flash this through recovery. No wipe required. If you are doing a fresh install then Flash ZenEXP-0.9.6.2 first and then flash this update directly after without rebooting.
Download:
Addon AOSP keyboard with voice input: Flash this through recovery on any version. It should also work for any 2.1 rom.

Themes:
The stock themes are now available via the Updater or scroll down this post and there is a link to download them.
More myModes themes can be found here. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=695439

No live wallpapers yet and this is the standard 2.6.29 htc kernel. So it's not over clocked or anything. Later on I'll make an update to flash the overclocked kernel. I don't have a lot of time to work on this stuff anymore. So hopefully people pick this up and add too it.

looks really cool , thx for sharing buddy~
can you put some screen shots?
thanks for your job
are the original sounds, like ringtones still there? Also, will there be further updates? if so could you remove footprint as it seems useless.
I just tried this and it all looks good, except for me the nexus boot screen takes forever. Also, pressing home no longer brings up the helix launcher, it instead goes to helicopter view.
is there wifi tethering in this rom?

why have you removed these apps? what's wrong with them? i find them quite useful...
maps is still there. Also, helixlauncher does not work with this, but helix launcher 2 does. odd
edit: @darkvasyak, just pull the apk's out of the rootedupdate. Also, helixlauncher works after installing helixlauncher 2 first.

Some original ones I like are there some are removed.
Of course there will be further updates.. Want to keep my Desire for a while
What is your problem with the nexus bootscreen?
Boots up very fast and looks nice.. So please tell exactly what you mean.
I think I will remove footprints, too.
I will think about to include the helix launcher.
If you want it you can install helix launcher 2.

Working on that. Device is connecting, but not getting a connection. Have to look if I can change something in the kernel, but atm is hard to do so.

Nothing is wrong with them.
I just don't like to have a rom full of generic stuff.
I think I will include a update zip with the default apps, so everybody can deside.

I got the same thing too and don't think I did anything different...
Hmm, so has anyone flashed this ROM and it works?
Also, how about boosted audio gain? Cyanogen has it on his Nexus ROM and it sounds loads better. When I use my Desire, it's hard to hear people
The rom works andy.
Pay87: My phone still has maps for some reason, I do not know why. Also about the bootscreen, the first time I booted up it took about 15 seconds for me to get into my home screen, maybe it was a one time thing because I changed my bootscreen after that. I look forward to seeing what you do next
Is Danish with this ROM?

So it does
What are the chances of Swype getting cooked into the ROM like EvilD managed to do? I love Swype and hate having to use a standard keyboard now
**EDIT** I apparently get the same issue with this ROM as EvilD. I can only get 2G connection and the Market is incredibly slow (even over WiFi)
hi,
i like your rom, its whit sense, and a little bit smaller like the original one. i think, it would be a diffcul thing, to apply all whishes which the members here have.. one hundert people, one hundert requirements... what i miss is the wheater app from htc on the device, the widget is right there but no options to add or remove locations, and it looks much better than the one that you installed. footprints, fm-radio, friend stream, google talk, your news und wetter and the last one the flashapp can be removed.. ..and im very haaaappppy whit it.. are you able to do that please?
many thanks for your replay..

this is becoming really weird how some people cant get this to work and some can???? some roms work for some people and some dont, really weird!!!
Why not just optimize the rom and then for the programs dont install any, just provide the apks in a zip file so we can pick and choose instead of bugging you.

v1.0.1 Stable Changelog:

-Updated ROM Manager
Addon extravaganza! [4/24]:
New addons: enable CRT screen on/off animations (thanks capychimp!) and enable overscoll glow (HTC green or AOSP yellow)
New section in ROM Manager that allows you to easily remove any addons you installed. Now you can give them all a try without worrying about how you're going to get rid of them in case you don't like them!
Capychimp fixed a bug in his CRT screen on/off animations addon that wouldn't let you power off your phone
More addons and cleanup [4/25]:
-New addons
Addons are now available that allow you to enable overscroll glow and disabled battery percent display at the same time.
New option in the Remove Addons section of ROM Manager that allows you to revert to the stock Inspired Saga kernel (since the first OC kernel for Gingerbread Sense has now been made available).
-Addon cleanup/fixes
Removed build prop from addons so they aren't version specific. Not sure why I was doing that before, but I'll be able to release updates a lot easier now that I don't have to resign the addons with a new build prop every time I update.
Optimized addon updater-scripts - addons will install a little faster now
-Fixed a bug in the ROM Manager flashing process that could leave you with a build prop from v1.0.1 if the flash was unsuccessful.
Full, Clean Installation Instructions:
Note: This is a Gingerbread release and thus requires Clockwork Recovery 3.x.x.x. A few have reported flashing issues with recent versions of CWR, so if you have issues try rolling back to 3.0.2.5 or 3.0.0.6.
1. Download ROM Manager from the Market.
2. Go to "Download ROM", select my section (gtg465x), and select the latest release.
3. When you get to the "Installation Type" prompt, select "Full".
4. Select your addons and follow the on screen prompts.
5. When you get to the "ROM Pre-Installation" prompt, select "Wipe Data and Cache".
6. Press OK and hold your breath.
v1.1 RC1 or RC2 - v1.1 Stable Upgrade Instructions:
1. Download ROM Manager from the Market.
2. If you own a ROM Manager Premium license you can either wait for an update notification or just select Check for ROM Updates within the app. For everyone else, go to "Download ROM", select my section (gtg465x), and select v1.1.
3. When you get to the "Installation Type" prompt, select the appropriate update.
4. Select your addons and follow the on screen prompts.
5. When you get to the "ROM Pre-Installation" prompt, you don't need to select anything unless you really want to.
6. Press OK and hold your breath.

I was wondering when someone was going to build a GB Sense build, built specifically for the Inspire. Good job and good luck with your ROM .
If you have no network connectivity on first boot then you probably forgot to mount /system before flashing. This will be fixed in the next update.
gtg465x said:
False alarm. Flash away. If you have no network connectivity on first boot and it doesn't immediately ask you to select your carrier first thing after the HTC loading screen, just wipe and flash again (and possibly make sure system is mounted in CWM?).

Sorry, there's a small bug in the updater-script. For now you need to select mount /system after wiping and before flashing. I'll fix that in the next update. Also, the HTC logo will display for a long time on first boot and first unlock as caches are building and everything is getting set up.
It worked great using ROM Manager. Nice Work.
Looks like a very nice rom and that you spent some time to get it right. Will give it a go over the weekend.
Thanks for your work!

Data speeds are the fastest I've seen. Battery is supposedly pretty good on most Gingerbread Sense ROMs, but we'll see.

Download Faux123's 0.1.3 (Repacked) by faux123
For those who want to use Faux's 0.1.3 for OTA, use this one that has been repacked for faster boot time by the great Lotherius.(Thank Faux123 and Lotherius for this, not me )

This should install WiFi Calling until it's back in Bloater
Center Clock MOD - Download
Does what it says, moves the clock in the notification bar from the right to the center of the notification bar. Preview it here

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
These are the most frequent questions asked. They consist of what are asked in this thread, and what i've been asked in a PM.
Q - I have random reboots, what can i do?
A - The keyword is "random", meaning it can't be predicted when and where they come from. One thing you can do is try switching kernels, another is
reducing OC freq or change UV settings, unless someone wants to send me a logcat after replicating the random reboot. These things happen, and its
really hard to track and pin down, but i'll be trying my best to keep them to a minimum.
Q - Do i have to use Dragon-G2x? I want to use Faux's kernel.
A - No, you don't. You may use Faux, but my phone likes the Dragon. If you do want Dragon, i recommend the one above b/c it's been repacked by ttabbal for faster boot time. Although, the choice is yours, thats why it comes with stock kernel.
Q - Why do i have to wait after flashing?? I want to use it now!!!
A - Bionix is known for its speed & stability tweaks. After flashing, the initial boot is critical. The performance tweaks need to run and set everything correctly. If you start pushing buttons and stuff, it could mess up the process. And speed cannot be guaranteed if these scripts aren't ran completly.
Q - I don't like the theme, can i flash another one?
A - Yes, if it has been themed/ported to this ROM. The framework have lots of tweaks in it, and flashing themes not meant for this ROM switches the frameworks and you won't have the tweaks i put in. Also, stuff may break, like the Power Menu, or stuff in Settings.
Q - Does this ROM block ads?
A - Yes, inside /system/etc, is a file named "hosts". Inside this file, almost 98% of ad servers are blocked. It consist of 2 public hosts sources, and my sources from my own PC's hosts. I personally HATE ads everywhere. If you want ads in your ROM for any reason, let me know and i'll give you a flashable that'll reverse this effect.
Q - I can't send or recieve MMS over WiFi!! What can i do??
A - This is a known bug across all OTA based ROMs, Turn off WiFi...or flash the one that Whitehawkx has in his Weapon thread.
UPDATE: v1.2.x and up now includes the modded MMS.apk w/ MMS via Wifi capability, thank Whitehawkx for this, not me
Q - My GPS sucks since i flashed this!! You broke my GPS!! Can you fix it!??
A - The gps.conf in this ROM has more servers to choose from than a stock ROM, so it can do nothing but help. You can try installing Romanbb's Bloater to change GPS configs that if for your current location. Also, note that it may take a few extra seconds to lock the first time, but after that it may be alot faster.
Q - Why is my data is gone after i flashed this?
A - Some report this after immediatley flashing Dragon-G2x after flashing the ROM, and find that if they reboot once after setting up their preferences and stuff, then flash Dragon-G2x, data does not go out. Some have also reported that flashing Faux's kernel after losing data fixes the issue. Since v1.1, i've been experimenting with RIL lib files trying to resolve this issue, but this issue is temporary and is being worked on constantly.
Q - Is there any way to put in EDT Tweaks?
A - Yes, but no. EDT Tweaks are a "EDT" thing. Meaning its only going in EDT/TeamKang ROMs, like Trigger, Weapon, Juggernaut, AOKP, etc. I highly doubt that they'll let me put this tweak in, and if they do, theres probably alot of modifications needed. Whitehawkx and Romanbb did it cuz they're geniuses like that.
Q - But wait, aren't you a genius too?? You're a TeamWhiskey dev.
A - Umm, no, i'm not a genius. Bionix 3/Reloaded are the first roms i made/maintained, i'm learning as i go here, so bear with me.
pause again grandad...
alright, will give this a try
hows the GPS lock on this?
Very nice work. I switched back to MIUI for the sd card mounting, but I will jump back to Bionix and try the sd card patch. As soon as you get it to work with PC mounting also, you have a real winner here !!
Many thanks to you and Team Whiskey
Awesome!!!!!
Can't wait to flash it xD

There is nothing in build.prop that should mess with your paid apps. Did you use Titanium Backup to backup/restore your apps?

Look up Exchange by TouchDown Key and see if it comes up in the market on your phone. I show it on market website (market.android.com) but can't install it and it does not show up under my apps on my phone. Not using titanium. I try to start fresh when trying new roms.
Glad to see you picking up some slack while my connection is down for the count! I think this one's gonna be a winner. Can't try it though, downloading while throttled to 50kb != fun... Owell.

So far thats the only one ive found. Does it show up when you search for it on your phone running this rom? This app does show up using other roms. I just reinstalled this app this morning when I did a factory reset on my previous rom (tsugi) and it was there. Just guessing there is something in the build prop thats making it think my device is not compatible.
Awesome rom, kwes1020's theme for weapon works for this rom.

If you flash the new TrickDroid tweaks app - please note that in order to maximize the amount of working tweaks via the new app , you also need to flash Menu & APM, one of the EQS versions and one of the Rotating Rosie options in Aroma Installer. Also note, that link to tweak app in statusbar will only appear, after you first reordered toggles in TrickDroid tweaks app.
Known solutions for cache issues:
If you have issues accessing Sense Widgets, just clear HTC Sense data in app settings. Make sure you backup your Desktop in Titanium Backup, before you clear Sense data.
If you temporarily loose access to contacts in dialer, reboot in recovery and wipe cache.
If you have other strange issues, that are not directly related to the flashed tweaks, please reboot in recovery first and wipe cache, before you report any issues in the thread.
New Tweaks for TrickDroid 7.x EU version (based on 2.21 Update)
Good to know:
Menu mods are not necessary with the new base, HTC built these in finally
EQS mods from old 1.78 tweaks do still work, if you need them
You can use Tweaks app and EQS mods from old 1.78 base, but only statusbar mods (EQS, MIUI) are supported.
Rosie Mods from 1.78 do still work on new base

FAQ
Q. I just installed this ROM and it looks identical to stock! Torxx, you ripped me off, this isn’t a custom ROM at all!
A. Not all ROMs have different themes, launchers, or are based off CM. This ROM is dedicated to maintaining the stock feel for those who like their phone but hated all the bloat and wanted a clean, lighter rom with better battery life and more customization options. If you are expecting 20 home screens and JB graphics, feel free to install another ROM, but this is not what Trickdroid is meant to offer.
Q. What’s the difference between the T-Mobile version and the Regular version?
A. The regular version is based off of the latest 2.21 base (Android 4.0.4) from HTC and has several changes from HTC themselves that improves the user experience. The T-Mobile version is based off the TMOB RUU which is on the 1.84 base (Android 4.0.3). Anyone with an S4 processor based One S can install either, but the regular version will lack wifi calling for T-Mobile users. Other than that, there is no other downside to using the regular version on T-Mobile. Wifi calling is the only difference.
Keep in mind that because of the different bases being used for the two versions, they have different tweak packages as well.
Do not use this ROM if you have an S3 processor based One S
Q. Okay, I’ve installed Trickdroid but I don’t see any of the customizations on the list! Torxx, you ripped me off again!
A. The ROM itself is meant to be as clean and close to stock as possible. The tweaks are available with the tweaks package. After you flash the ROM, boot it up and then reboot into recovery and flash the tweaks package. An installer will popup and you can choose what tweaks you want.
Q. What do all the mods do? I'm not sure what to flash
A.
Auto Brightness
The stock HTC auto-brightness settings are a little generous and tend to be a little TOO bright when they shouldn't need to be. This mod will lower the brightness of the display to help save battery.
APM and Auto Brightness
APM stands for Advanced Power Menu. It adds additional features to the power menu (when you hold power) such as volume settings, toggles for mobile network and airplane mode, as well giving you more options for restarting (normal, hot restart, bootloader, recovery). This also includes the auto brightness patch.
APM
See above. This does not contain the auto brightness patch. If you want both, install the above option.
Custom bootanimation
Replaces the stock HTC One S boot animation with a Trickdroid one
Dark HTC bootanimation
Replaces the stock HTC One S white boot animation with the exact same one, only with a black background. One you go black...
1% Circle battery
Replaces the battery indicator on the notification bar with a circle that has numbers inside of it. The numbers indicate battery percentage and the circle depletes/disappears as the battery drains.
1% Stock battery
Adds little numbers into the stock battery indicator on the notification bar to indicate percentage.
Extended Quick Settings and 1% stock battery
Extended Quick Settings, otherwise known as EQS, adds a menu with toggles for system functions (such as wifi, volume modes, mobile network, and many more) into your notification menu. These are available when you press on your carrier name. It also adds the 1% stock battery patch above.
Extended Quick Settings and 1% circle battery
Same as above but instead of the 1% stock battery, you will have the 1% circle battery.
Extended Quick Settings and ICS Statusbar
Same as above but your entire notification bar will be replaced with the ICS style status bar, which does not have the 3D effect and is just a flat bar with the ICS "roboto" font.
Extended Quick Settings with tabbed UI
Another extended quick settings style, but instead of pressing the carrier name to get to the quick settings, there are tabs at the bottom (ala HTC Sense 3.0) that let you switch between notifications and settings. This has a 1% battery notification patch but it does not look like the stock. It is similar, but does not use the default icon.
Extended Quick Settings with tabbed UI and circle battery - NEW
See above, but with the circle battery included instead.
Extended Quick settings with tabbed UI, white ICS icons and MIUI bottom bar
See above, but it will use an ICS style top bar with ICS icons, and the battery notification icon will be replaced with a thin bar right below the notification bar that indicates battery remaining.
Rosie 6x5 and custom background
Gives you a 6x5 layout for icons on your homescreens. It also allows you to add custom backgrounds to your app drawer(correct me if I'm wrong please, I've never used this feature...). Requires tweak app from old package.
Rosie and custom background
See above, just without the 6x5 layout.
Square HTC keyboard
On the stock Sense 4.0 keyboard, the keys will have their rounded edges changed to square edges.
Jellybean Bootanimation
Replace the stock HTC One S boot animation with the Jellybean one.
Jellybean Play Music
Replaces the Play Music app with the Jellybean one.
Jellybean Play Store
Replaces the Play Store app with the Jellybean one.
Jellybean Ears Sound Search Widget
Gives you the Jellybean Ears music search widget.
Q. Where’s the “Remove 3-dot menu?” YOU HAD ONE JOB, TORXX and H_STHEONE64! ONE JOB!
A. This question is asked over and over. Previously, remove 3-dot menu had to be a patch but HTC has included it in the ROM natively since moving to Android 4.0.4. This ROM is now based off this base and thus you can find the option to remove the 3-dot menu in Settings>Display, Gestures, & Buttons>Recent Apps Button
Q. My HTC Widgets are all gone! What did I do wrong?
A. You haven’t done anything wrong, this occurs sporadically to random people. To get your widgets back, go to Settings>Apps>All>HTC Sense and tap the “Clear Data” option. Or alternatively, you can reboot into recovery and clear cache/dalvik cache as your first try for when anything goes wrong. Usually something left over in the cache can cause random errors. It’s harmless to try so please do that first.
Q. I’m using TWRP to flash and my phone is stuck at the HTC logo. How come?
A. Relying on TWRP to flash the boot.img is not reliable. Please use the Boot_flash_script to flash the boot.img or do it yourself in fastboot. Having an incompatible boot.img is the common reason for being stuck at the boot logo.
Q. I’m confused as to which Tweak package to install. There’s so many links and versions of the tweak package.
A. Install this one: http://d-h.st/BDr
This is the latest tweak package and is at the end of the tweak package post. Any tweaks in this package are guaranteed to work. The old tweak package (http://d-h.st/lu3) is still available because people wanted access to the Trickdroid Tweaks App, which is no longer offered because the whole tweak package has been over-hauled and a lot of the options in that app no longer apply. There are some things people want to use though (autobrightness control for example).
If you are going to use the old tweak package, do not install anything but the tweaks app as the framework has changed since that tweak package was offered (hence why a new package is used). Any tweaks that alter the framework from the old package will cause boot loops.
Q. I've flashed the tweak package and now my phone is stuck on the boot screen! Help!
A. You completely skipped the last question didn't you? You are stuck in the boot screen because you have flashed a tweak that contains a framework change for the wrong base. If you are using this ROM (Regular version) then use the latest tweak package for v6/v7. If you are using the TMOB version, use the old tweak package for v5.
Go back to recovery(power+volume down), restore your nandroid backup (or if you didn't make a backup, sorry but you'll have to wipe data/cache/dalvik and reflash the rom) and install the proper tweak package.
Q. Whenever I send an SMS, my network signal will drop and the message won’t send.
A. Reboot to recovery, clear cache/dalvik cache.
Q. I’m getting G for my signal! How come I’m only getting GPRS instead of 3G or HSPA+?
A. This is a problem in HTC’s handy work. There are cases being reported where people are getting the G symbol instead of 3G or H but if you do a test with a speed test app, you’ll see that you’re still getting HSPA+ speeds. The symbol is not an effective method of determining network speed. For the time being, just assume G stands for Great!
Q. Does this ROM come with the latest radio?
A. No it does not come with the latest radio. For those with HBoot of 1.13, we cannot flash radios and we must apply SuperCID and then OTA to the 2.21 base to get the latest radio.
Those on HBoot lower than 1.13 can flash this for the new radio: https://www.dropbox.com/s/zvi1a70n41yy2ri/radio_OTA_19072012.zip
This radio can be used by both T-Mobile users and the rest of the world. Yes, Americans are special. Radio is separate from the ROM, so if you have an older radio and are afraid to SuperCID and OTA, don’t worry, the ROM will work the same way.
Q. How come there’s no more screenshot option in the APM tweak?
A. It hasn’t been implemented properly yet, the tweaks are still being worked on. For the time being, use the HTC method: Power button + Home at the same time.
I'm going to update this FAQ as I see common questions being asked.

us or eu base rom
Europe but it's a global ROM, so you can flash it on any One S!
I know it would work but wifi calling wont work for eu base
Sounds great so far. I would like to see volume wake function or even softkeys swipe wake, like they have on Sensation.
Hope you keep up your work.

Can you give me a link to the mod?
Maybe it will come..
Thank you for this ROM, optimized Sense is exactly what I want on this phone. Unfortunately, Wifi calling is an absolute necessity for me, so I'll have to wait until some Tmo US-based ROMs come out. Keep up the great work though!
Sorry for the US boys, this wasn't fixed in any ROM here..
You must wait.
It dont really matter to me. I will still download it and give it a try and report back if i have any problem. Thanks for the rom.
Thanks!
I am not able to hit the thanks button any more, today :/
