HOW TO INSTALL
- Starting installation with any original froyo 2.2.2 (rooted)
- Download MotoGinger-RemiX and put the unzipped folder in Microsd--->(folder and subfolder) clockworkmod---> backup---> put motoginger-test5 folder
1. wipe via CWM
2. advanced restore (system/only)
3. flash fixed-sbf ----> you find it in zip folder of rom (MotoGinger MS2 Release)
4. wipe via stock recovery, then reboot.
For peoples that have GREEN lens, after installed motoginger-rom, can flash from recovery, the patch by Simplestas ---> LINK
EXTRA
- if you like other theme/satusbar, you can flash it from recovery as a zip!
--> Theme sense style with battery %
--> Theme Honeybread style

just imported some files (lib.audio.soxxx) from milestone2 rom, and in defy worked well!!

go in settings/wireless/network/mobile network/access point names and flag on your operator!

I'm using AmonRaRecovery 1.7 and installing internally and NO 60MB Swap. This is working, haven't really tried anything else.^^

installed and currently running GinSense. running great so far. ONLY issue : at beginning had some prob with market FC'ing, even after installing Vending apk. simple resolution though: jusT uninstalled market and re-installed a modded 3.1.3 market. Anyway, thx alot again Rushness. ur work is greatly appreciated

Oh u rock dude...! Surerb rom buddy. I have question. I want to try ur rom. But also I want to keep my current stock kpm rom for a backup (via CWM). Means suppose today I applied ur rom & after some day suppose I want to go to my old stock kpm rom then can I switch like this? Does ext4 creat any problem because my current stock rom is not converted to ext4.
Also where u got aosp apps? Can u give me the link of that?

I guess I will be the 1st one to flash this custom rom, Waiting right now for your uploading to complete.

I was on froyo xxkb3 which I successfully updated to xxkpe it gave me option to choose english.
after that I updated to xxkpm but the default language is set to russian (some european) language & it did not gave me option hence I cant use the phone nor can select the English language.
There must be some way out to get to english or set my location as India, can some one post screenshot of setting screen where I can change this location as reading russian is not possible for me.
So I cant install custom rom until I set it to english.

Oh thats very simple. Open settings. Then from bottom choose 5th option whose symbol is like A. Its actually 'locale & text'. Then in that simply choose first option. Then u will see all laguages. Thats it.

Just realized how dumb you can be without basic language, got it back to english.
Will install CWM & wait for this rom to finish.

will release some new themes for xxkpm before the end of this month

I just realized that GPS is not working on this rom (as post in log) which I use a lot on a daily basis while traveling. I guess I have to wait till the next version where gps works flawlessly hope fully soon.
Meanwhile I will try some other custom roms.

Excellent work bro .. very nicely done ...used for 30 mins and all seems to be working well ... one irritant though - 1% battery mod is needed ... or edt is very essential so that the battery logo can be hidden and something else like zdbox can be used ... also consider making stock theme as current theme is too flashy at places eg dialer ....all in all - great show ....and look forward to next release .... cheers ...Envy

current them is not only flashy but will be least visible in daylight, those who make themes available should understand that the phone needs to be used in varied conditions including overcast sky/fog/ dark room/ indoors in yellow & white light so colors should be picked up according which work in all kinds of environment.
Can the stock theme be discarded & install another one?
I prefer stock look any day due to its usability in varied conditions.

This is Great im using it now its really nice and smooth i cannot fault it

ROM is good, just not illuminated keys, but even if I turn off the backlight automatically in the settings.

you must add this lines

You can try 'Keyboard backlight controller'. You can download it from the Market.
