[Q] will not boot to recovery - G Tablet General

I was able root my gtablet and then install rom manager. I then copied the recovery image to root of \sdcard. run rom manager and it says
current recovery clockworkMod 2.5.1.4
latest recovery clockworkMode 2.5.1.4
When I use the ReBoot into Recovery option, It grants SuperUser and reboots, but it never goes into recovery, shows startup image, a few text lines on the left top, then says starting recover image then a big ! in graphic triangle. then re-boots as normal.
There is a recovery.img in root of sdcard (Internal)
I have a Micro SD card installed, but not mounted. No file on the Card
Success!!! Was able to install Recovery By using the Micro SD Card. Now what roms to try
any Idea's
I did the Dec 11th OTA update prior to Root and Install of ClockworkMod and Rom Manager

Iam getting this triangle with the exclamation ! sign.

Access internal storage in recovery?

How do I access my internal sd from recovery or anyhow for that matter. I'm on beans 8 and I downloaded twrp and it won't reboot my phone now. says /tmp/recovery.log was copied to sdcard/clockworkmod/recovery.log please open rom manager to report issue.
Any help?
What exactly are you trying to access on your SD?
The twrp update from rom manager. Ended up restoring my stock backup. I needed 6.0.1.0 not 6.0.1.2

If you formatted system there is no os to boot into... You need the zip file on the sd card before doing anything like that and you also must check that the recovery you are using can read that sd card otherwise its back to pc Odin for you to re-install an OS, reroot and install a recovery...

[Q] s7562 , cant find install from zip after cwm recovery install

after successfully installing cwm recovery and booting
i cant finf install zip from sd card to install superuser
instead i found install from external disk and i pushed it then superuser then install started
after a while it said "failed to get whole .....(something i couldnt remember) "
and "install aborted"
i repeated that twice
what can i do to root after cwm recovery install?
so please help me.........

what do i do next

i recently bought a galaxy tab s2 8inch tablet (sm-t719). i want to root it
i am following:-
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W7JjDfeIyRI and http://forum.xda-developers.com/tab-s2/development/twrp-3-0-2-1-galaxy-tab-s22016-sm-t713-t3390627
this is what i did until now:-
1) i copied the supersu zip file to the tablet
2) i ran odin on my laptop and i installed twerp on the tablet
3) i tried to do backup of boot, system and data. it said failed and cannot mount /data
4) it failed because:-
At the moment TWRP isn't working with encryption, this means the DATA Partition and internal storage cannot be mounted.
To mount the Data partition encryption needs to be removed and the boot image patcher needs to be flashed below.
This can be done via the FORMAT DATA button under the WIPE option in TWRP.
5) i did the format data and i got stuck. i dont know what to do next
i am unable to find the supersu zip file that i copied to the tablet. also if i say reboot then the tablet is not booting up and this is because of:-
After formatting DATA the boot image patcher can be flashed with TWRP. The boot image patcher MUST be flashed before booting the device to system.
what do i do next?
should i get an external sd card, put card in my laptop and copy on it the supersu zip file and the boot image patcher, put the sd card in the tablet then install the supersu and flash the image boot patcher? is this the only way?
@cns00 your status for now??? Did you able to boot or it won't turn on ????
i can turn on but i cant boot. it said i need to flash the image boot patcher so i can boot and i didnt do that
i put tablet in download mode. can i install the UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.76-20160630161323.zip by using odin instead of doing it in twerp? if yes how?
can i flash the no-verity-no-encrypt_ashyx.zip by using odin instead of doing it in twerp? if yes how?
or do i need to get an external sd card and put both zip files on it and do it in twerp?

How to flash rom via twrp? rom zip not appearing on sd card

Hello guys,
I am looking for help because I am lost.
I have a motorola one vision, its rom is XT1970-3_kane_reteu_RSAS31_48_36_21 according to the lenovo rescue tool
I had flashed XT1970-3_KANE_RETEU_PL_11_RSAS31.Q1-48-36-23_subsidy-DEFAULT_regulatory-DEFAULT_CFC.xml via fastboot
I later was trying to install twrp and magisk to root the phone (to later try to extract data from the userpartition after a factory reset, kind of mission impossible I guess)
I was somehow able to install twrp but later when trying to boot the system the system was simply not there anymore. I must have messed around a bit
I am able to boot in recovery mode to twrp and I need to flash a rom. I would like to reset to factory or to obtain a bootable system and here I am stuck
I have the zip file of XT1970-3_KANE_RETEU_PL_11_RSAS31.Q1-48-36-23_subsidy-DEFAULT_regulatory-DEFAULT_CFC.xml.zip on the external SD card
Currently if I try to boot the system after the logo the phone turns off
I turn on the phone, I get to the bootlooder. I had the bootlocker unlocked. I select recovery mode and enter twrp and here I am stuck:
If I select restore and select storage sd card no file to use for the restore appears in my sd card
If I select install I see the XT1970-3_KANE_RETEU_PL_11_RSAS31.Q1-48-36-23_subsidy-DEFAULT_regulatory-DEFAULT_CFC.xml.zip
I get invalid zip file format, error installing zip file
Should I use the other zip file? should this rom have another format?
I cannot reflash via fastboot currently
Thanks in advance
May be I have solved:
I saved on the SD card:
lineage-19.1-20220618-nightly-kane-signed.zip
lineage-19.1-20220618-recovery-kane.img
Via twrp I installed the .img file, a recovery tool (the recovery tool will substitute twrp)
(I accessed if I remember well from advanced, install ramdisk or something similar. I did not know exactly what I was doing, intuition was guiding me)
Rebooting the system through the recovery tool I applied the zip file
Later I resetted to factory via the recovery tool.
Once rebooted Lineage OS started in 10m
Now I can eventually reflash the motorola original rom via fastboot
