German -> English flashing PLEASE HELP

Hi, i know this is the XDA Forum, but maybe someone is so kind to help me.
I have here beside my XDA II also a Toshiba E400 with Windows Mobile 2003.
Now i want to change the language there from german into english.
I tried to install the available english Windows Mobile 2003 SE Update, but it says that the languages are incompatible...
I dont even want to have the Second Edition - i only need to have a english Windows Mobile. Does anybody know how i can manage this ?

win ce 5.0 language change!

hi there!
i got a car gps 1din with win ce 5.0, the problem is tha it cames with the chinese version of the wince 5.0!
is there a way to install the english version?
where can i find it?
if i download an update for this os from microsoft's site and install it can it change to win ve 5 into greek!
the problem is that all th emenu in the package is in chinese or korean and i don't understand nothing?

HP Ipaq hw6515 - I need help with rom

Hi.
I have this hp ipaq with Windows mobile 2003 in french.
I'm portuguese and i want install one rom in portuguese. It is possible?
I do this with one Htc P3300 and i do well. Now, i can't find this rom in portuguese. Anyone can help me?

I'm looking for a copy of the original installer disc of windows 6.1 for raphael or methods to tranlate its os for Hungarian or English.
