I would like to translate android language from english to slovenian. But the problem is I do not know how to find the language files or data-s.

i have 2 android phone with gingerbread with rooted.
1st One have Arabic Language Support and 2nd one does not have arabic language suppoort.
how i can extract arabic language on 1st phone and write in to second one.
