I take no credit for this. All I did was port the theme using Theme Porter by Daneshm90. This was originally created by sonnysekhon in the N1 forum (A Taste of Gingerbread for CM6.1 Final.
I have also incorporated the Gingerbread keyboard (predictive keyboard fix is added to the Rom) and the Miui Music app.

The Rom and Gapps already have the theme incorporated. Just download the two files and place them in your SD card. Before flashing, change the CM settings under tweaks to the stock theme.
Make sure to make a nandroid backup. Also, wipe Dalvik cache and cache before flashing.
Hope you guys like it. I have it on my Evo and it's working great without issues (I'm using 6.1 final build).

You are correct. Like I mentioned in the OP that all I did was just port it over. So, if the original creator makes it green, then I'll port it over.

Edit: If you want the wifi and signal bars green, they are also in the drawable-hdpi folder, but with "fully" appended to the name of the image. I don't know why that is, but you can just delete the grey ones and rename the green ones. I could fix it if you want, or you could. Either way, nice job

Not sure if the predictive text work b/c I only use Swype. I just downloaded the corrected keyboard from another thread.
Predictive text GB keyboard Flash this in recovery to get the keyboard to work properly if the one already included isn't working.

Thought i would give this a try since you are using my 2 favorite themes...- Did full wipe, cant skip setup, when i try to it FC and starts over. When i try to enter my gmail info, i cant. the keyboard will not show. No keyboard for me on any text entry during setup and cant skip setup. To many bugs right off the bat for me.

Tried mirror same problem. No keyboard during setup, crashes if you try to skip.

Got the problems fixed uploading now. Sorry for those who had issues. Also if you have issues flashing unsigned files this might not be the ROM for you. Using RipTides Rosie might switch back might not.
let me know when you get this fixed and i'll try it again. Right now imma try theme porter and see if i can snag your bad ass looking theme

using riptides rosie does that change the lock screen bar? or is that separate? Manups lockscreen is my favorite

Everything should be working now, sorry about that.. pictures in post #1 are a little different like I don't have the icons at the moment, and the Rosie is from Riptide9 theme not ManUps. I'm debating which Rosie to use. One of the Apps is messing up the system so no App icons till I figure out which one it is. The keyboard was an easy fix.

Yeah so far everything seems ok. Cooking dinner so i haven't messed around with it to much. I cant wait for the program icons and hopefully the manup rosie to be put back. I'll check it out thoroughly after dinner and report back. Looks pretty good so far, thanks.

OK ManUp Rosie is UP..
Hi everyone, i put together a theme for my daily nightly-flash-addiction.
It works (tested) on the Nightlies and on CM 6.1.0 RC1, it should work on any HDPI device though (tell my and i add it here...).
It is based of the GalaS theme with some elements of NexTheme, iNexTheme and some other png's i liked along my flashing career.

This theme needs to be applied with metamorph.
Download metamorph form the market.
LauncherPro needs to be in /system/app named as "LauncherPro.apk"

AlmightyGangTheme.xml
In order to have the best result it is recommended to apply this theme on a clean, unthemed rom! Flash CM 6.1.0 RC1/Nightly and the latest gapps before applying this theme!
Installation:
Download the theme and put it in the AndroidThemes folder on your sdcard.
Download the AlmightyGangTheme.xml and put it in the CMTheme folder on your sdcard.
Start metamorph and select unzip theme.
Pick the AlmightyGangTheme.xml and hit "apply all".
WAIT, let it finish. Metamorph will reboot the phone automatically.
Go to CM Settings, then Extra Tweaks and import the AlmightyGangTheme.xml
Reboot
Done
Optional:
Download the Icons and Dockbar attachement (extract it, it is not a morph)....

I had to laugh a little bit u flashing it....
But it's probably my fault not pointing it out enough.
Will write a short How To on weekends...
Just a quick little theme I made. I will be adding to it when I can. Some future plans are themed ADW and LauncherPro. You should have no trouble flashing this theme. I have flashed it all different sort of ways. Just remember to ALWAYS nandroid and wipe dalvik cache before flashing. Here are some screen shots and you can take it from there.
Some other name suggestions were Dark Yogurt and Dark Freeze. So, those suggestions combined with the fact that I blended a couple of items from 2 other themes and the smooth look (IMO) comes out as DarkSmoothie

This theme is designed for aospMod (best ROM IMO)!!!! If anyone wants it for another rom they will need to either do all the grunt work themselves or use ASimmons theme injector. ASimmons would be able to correct me if I am wrong, but I do not believe the theme injector will do the xml and smali edits I have done.

yes that is correct, can't port those with the theme injector. Although there is a way to do it, it would be a nightmare to manage even the xml edits. The smali edit would be impossible.
You could possible be able to port colors, but man I've gone through it thinking about how much it would take and wouldn't be easy. What would be sweeter is if you could do it on the fly extract the colors.xml (i think) and then let the alter the color values and insert it back (hmmmmm).

Hmmm.....I'll look into it tonight when I get home. In the meantime, wipe dalvik cache and reflash the theme see if that helps. The only black on black text i get in the notification area is when i download from the market because i haven't themed the market yet.

I meant the zip I wouldnt try flashing that or adb pushing that esp since its the framework which can destroy your phone if not done right but you can push it if you want but be advised

Sorry I was forum hopping and couldn't remember, nice job btw. Curious now that its metamorph, it shouldn't change the system font and the dialogue boxes and the colors of the dropdown? Would it only change the layout, ie my themed colors would remain?
EDIT: just tried it on jaybobs red 12/08, error message said the theme control file was missing or something like that, any ideas/help?

i had the same problem. the colored theme might be messing up metamorph considering you're playing with the frameworks. try using a stock build and see if the theme is the problem

Is there something like this for AOSP? I liked it in CM, but AOSP seems to like my phone better.

i don't think it would work because CM has a different framework. you can always make a nandroid and try it out if you're brave enough to try it on AOSP let us know how it works

These are Themed apps from the market that have to be installed from your SDcard!!! You also must uninstall the one from the market for these to work!!! If a new update comes out let me know on XDA and I will update it! All Apps are themed to HDPI devices only!!!

Only thing I would suggest is to make the lockscreen a little lighter as it blends into the dark background making it very difficult to see. If that was your attempt, then I'll just shut it

Lol, I actually made them transparent first. I got complaints about not being able to unlock the phone so I made them metallic black. I might lighten them up a little on my next update. Thanks!

ok it themes some apps but not all.
The framework-res.apk as almost fully themed but the 3g and 4g icons along with the signal are still green.

Weird, 3G should be but I have a nexus so no 4G icons in mine. I'll get the icons from the my touch 4G build and release an update. What apps are not themed? Thanks!

I can't really MAKE it work unless I can use the rom but most Gingerbread roms are the same unless the Dev changed something. Give me a link and I can try!
