HTC U11 dual sim full active?

Just wonder if the dual sim model is a dual full active like HTC M7, Desire 600/700 Huawei Mate8/P9 which you don't need to do a forward call the second sim when you are on call for the first sim?
Can anyone confirm this?

Nope, dual SIM U11 is DSDS (dual SIM dual standby).

Note 10 Plus & Dual Sim

Hi all,
I purchased a note 10 plus and realised its only single sim, all the info on the net describes it having dual sim. Is there a way to convert it to dual sim?
I dont like my chances, I have a dual sim note 9 and it has 2 IME numbers, this one only has one so I'm stuffed right?
