I already have a senseless version posted above. But I will probably also include a version specifically for senseless revolution.
I'm salivating already! Time to make a nandroid, install a 2.1.3 fresh and wait for 1.50 Vanilla
If we're already running 1.15?
1) Do we just install on top of the current (1.15) version or do we have to start all over from scratch? (I vote for the former!)
2) Also, it was interesting reading about how if you have launcher pro and the htc launcher both on the phone how the stock launcher will just take up resources. Is that true the "other way around" too? If we have LP installed but use the HTC as our "normal" launcher is LP taking up resources in the background? This would be good to know! A secondary question is, 'Okay, how do we uninstall the default HTC launcher?'
3) Finally, can we customize the lock screen yet with any products out there without causing a boot loop?

1. I don't know. When I finish it I will test it and find out
2. No. If you don't start LP then it won't run. HTC sense launcher will run no matter what. In response to the last part of your question - Read the first post of the thread under "Senseless".
3. No. The skyraider lockscreen mods you are referring to are based on a different framework.
I haven't checked to see what's in the Skyraider lockscreen pack .zip but if you flash that over this ??? might be worth a try, or a nandroid
I wonder if this theme will work with Senseless rEVOlution 1.0. Technically Senseless 1.0 is the same as 2.1.3 but with some stuff deleted, and Tainted Vanilla deletes sense, so I don't see why it wouldn't work. I'll nandroid and give it a try
Whether or not it works depends on how clockwork treats a command in the update script to delete something that's not there. Will it stop with error or skip over it? I'm not sure what will happen. If you try please let me know!
Side note: I don't know why Lou bothered to release a whole new Rom for senseless when a script works just as well from what I can tell.

I'm running lou's senseless and have already deleted adw and installed lp+.
If I flash your vanilla over it, will I get the themed lp that you describe in the op?
Also, would I be better off waiting for 1.5 that I believe you promised for today?

Oh so that's why when I install your 1.1.1 theme I see a bunch of messages about files being deleted, it's removing Rosie and it's proprietary apps. Pretty good!
I haven't run into any issues installing 1.1.1 over Senseless rEVO 1.0 so the framework is probably the same. Everything themed properly, no force closes or glitches. I did do a nandroid of the ROM right after booting the first time so when you release 1.5, i'll restore that and then install 1.5. Can't wait to see it!

what he posted is not irrelevant....youre both exactly right. lou made the rom specifically for lp users so there's no bloat/rosie cuz most ppl don't delete their own just install lp instead of physical rosie WITHOUT a theme....where yours is a theme that does it. I think a lot of ppl dont want a theme sometimes....no offense to anyone either just what I think

I think USAsokr's point was simply that it would be easier for Lou to maintain a single version of that ROM and provide a script to remove sense from it, rather than a whole new ROM.

This is not so much a theme as a collection of my favorite mods as done by Mr. JsChiSurf. All credit goes to him and to VinceOb for his droid launcher and all of the extensive work done by both of them to break down all those pesky .xml and .jar files we've come to know and love. I want to thank JsChiSurf for the assistance (He told me to remove the .jpg image in the .apk ) and for the inspiration in the world of Android Development. He's helped me through a lot. I also want to thank Zen for the AWESOME Rom to work off of...

MotoBlur Theme for ZenEXP
This theme has been driving me nuts the past day. It finally paid off. I finally have a finished MotoBlur theme. This theme is for ZenEXP My Touch Rom. Thanks to Zen for the Rom! This updates all the icons in the taskbar as well as the white taskbar. I need to fix the ticker and date on the taskbar. I'll release a separate update for that. This will update three framework files so it will take a while to boot. This is a flashable .zip. backup your current settings...blah blah blah.

Ok folks I FINALLY figured out how to get a clear background on the Weather Widgets. This is NOT the HTC Clock/Weather widget. This will mod the actual weather widget itself. I know in 1.5 we were able to modify the background by making it transparent. As we all know HTC decided to play the xml game with us. Through vigorous xml editing I FINALLY achieved a clear weather widget on both the medium and small versions. The large version would look dumb clear so I didnt do it...I may do it later on...Here is a flashable update to update the weather widget. On my post I added the fix for Sprint Roms. Keep in mind you may need to go into Applications and clear HTC Sense as well as the Weather Widget cache. This may or may not work on the latest 2.1 leak. This is soley based off Zen's My Touch rom. You can try it...let me know if it works. Now for a screenshot

Here is my first foray into theming: X1088LoD_Zen_v0.1. This is based on Zen's ZenExp-0.9.2 ROM and may not work on any other ROM. Props goes out to Zen, nebenezer, vince, sdotcarlisle, godzson, gomorrah, and anyone else I may have left out. This is a work in progress, havent decided how I want to use the phone and contacts buttons on the Rosie just yet.

I tweaked some stuff here in there edited some images and put all together real credit goes to the creators. I made due to my wife wanted some changes and figured I'd share. The lockscreen doesnt include the pic of my kids sorry, it does have a black carbon fiber background but you can take any image and label it default_wallpaper.jpg and drop it in framework-res/drawable. If you still use htclockscreen it wont replace unless you remove your htclockscreen.apk.

Step 2: AOSP Taskbar
Download this metamorph(thanks Gregalous!) to achieve an AOSP taskbar. It looks exactly as pictured in the screenshots below. FOR MARKET TO WORK AFTER THIS, YOU MUST CLEAR MARKET UPDATES. Go into Settings->Applications->Manage Applications->Market->Uninstall Updates. This is an issue with metamorph. EDIT: I believe with the new metamorph you don't have to. Can someone confirm that?
Step 3: AOSP Apk Alliteration
Download Messages app (mms.apk) here and adb push it to /system/app.
Download AOSP Music (music.apk) here and adb push it to /system/app. After you did that, run rm /system/app/HtcMusic.apk through adb shell. That gets rid of HTC music.
Download AOSP Camera (Camera.apk)here and push it to /system/app. Then, using adb shell, rm /system/app/HtcCamera.apk to get rid of the HTC camera.
Download AOSP Contacts/Dialer (Contacts.apk) here and, you guessed it, push it to /system/app. This time, do NOT remove the HTC phone app. It will break phone functionality.
Step 4: Get A Home
Pick the home app you want to use. I use Home++ (free, android market) and love it. You can use anything. (launcher2, home, openhome, etc.)
Step 5: Make It Live (Optional)
If you want LWP, flash this LWP in sense addon. I know it's for sense, but it will work with Launcher2, HelixLauncher, and a couple other replacements.
Step 5: Enjoy!
If you don't enjoy it, you forgot to be awesome. Don't ever forget to be awesome. I believe forgetting to be awesome is a crime in some states.

OpenGL Add-On: OpenGL Add-On <--- This will allow all Live Wallpapers to stick, but will remove your live weather animations. okay, some small mods I have so far. A metamorph for a faded/translucent rosie with blue button presses, and a faded/translucent genie widget(news and weather). Also, an update flashable zip for the bootscreen I use. Modified images from here and here, along with a trimmed deep note (the THX sound) to match up.
added: metamorph that changes evdo taskbar icons to 3g, stock look.

10.20.10 UPDATE: Updated per LP0.8.1.1.
This theme was heavily inspired by ElCondor's awesome "Equilibrio Sense" theme found here. The visual credits definitely belong to him. After the initial creation of the theme on Android, I created another variant that, I feel, works better for our smaller screens. Unfortunately, this will be my last theme for the HeroC. My contract is up at the end of the month and I'm heading back to Verizon to get either the DroidX or HTC Merge, depending on when it comes out. I will still be modding LP as I'll still be using it and will try to maintain all of my HeroC themes.

This theme isn't really ROM specific, but if you want the statusbar background to disappear (as shown in the screenshots), then you'll have to Metamorph the statusbar png below
The font is not included because it isn't free. It is HelveticaNeue Light and I would highly suggest getting it, because it makes the theme.

Any idea why my MM won't work. It goes thru the process and prompts for a reboot, but it fails to morph anything? I also tried using some of the GTX MM's, same result.

EDIT: Also, I cannot get LPP to open the regular widgets. The LPP calendar works find, but when i long press and click "Widget" it never opens, and shortcuts and folders cause LPP to FC... Any clue?
EDIT2: I also cannot change the icons or actions on the dock, when I try...FCs...lol ugh, anyone else? or should I wipe and give it hell again?

Wipe and try again. I am still deciding how I want the full setup to look.
Edit: You may have to insert the MM taskbar background to framework-res.apk. Did not work for me either using MM. Since I am not using CM6 I did not want to replace the background anyway. Not sure how it would look with white text and I can't change the text color.

so could you make the wallpaper the right size for a HPDI device? And if possible scrollable

Well, I'm definately going HDPI and try to make themes that are non-ROM specific. So, chances are you'll be able to use them on the EVO too.

You need to remove geniewidget.apk from system/app or uninstall previous versions if installed normally.

Fancy Widget won't work unless someone ports it to HDPI. I only modded the images in the MDPI folder.
V3 has a scrolling wallpaper. I will look into it.
If you wait a month or so, I'll be on HDPI.

yea, i noticed that the fancy widget did indeed not work, the same goes for the genie widget...
So please, update it for HDPI
(If you need a tester, i'll try when i got time)

I am basically trying to implement the code from launcher2, I would use the code from LauncherPro cause you are right it is by far the smoothest, except it's closed source not open source so I just wouldnt feel right stealing his code. Now stealing open source code is what I'm about =)
It broke the internal memory scanner in the HTC music app...Going to try and flash the music fix Lou tweeted out this morning and see if it fixes
Great looking theme though, could be a daily driver if I get the music to scan the EMMC
EDIT: Lou's fix worked - Theme working great now. Thanks again for the hard work

in your screenies your showing this on skyraider's rom, looks like 3.3? just wondering if its workin on his rom or not? didn't think he used evo framework

Did you sign into Facebook for HTC? There are two facebook apps on this rom, use freidnstream and sign into facebook and let it sync and see if that fixes it. That is what I did on mine to fix it but I'm not 100% positive thats the fix yet

Yeah, I love SkyRaider. If you can get everything red (I'm a little OCD and it's either all or nothing for me) then I'll certainly download and donate, the red and black looks great. You now ihtfp69 is working on an update? It will replace the recent apps in the notification bar with toggle widgets, just a heads up.
A few things I am leaving green, like the call button, it just looks awkward otherwise.
Actually that is about it.
I'm leaving a lot of stock icons though
A new build will be up in a few that is fixed up quite a bit, I would've had it up earlier but I had to do some AP Calculus homework

Sorry for the double, but your dreams can come true.
New version is up with hopefully only red in sight!
I think you should undo the window transition junk as well as the font stuff and just leave it as a RED THEME. It's like you're trying to make your own ROM but you're really not. Otherwise, it's nicely done. My $.02.

No problem...ill put it up tonight. I'm also working on metamorphosis for the Rosie bar...I don't think the other one would color properly.
Also, I don't use most of the stock apps. So I think I got everything red...but if you notice anything let me know. Ill get it fixed ASAP.

You can put it in the system apps folder. I have not used skyraider, if it has spare parts already, there is no need to add it.

I got military orders to korea, so its all about family right now since ill be leaving. However the stock sense 4.22 roms are not so hot, so i had to whip something up. Hope it runs well, i didnt have alot of time to run it before release.

you could Go to system/app with root explorer and Rename htclockscreen.bak to .apk and reboot, but Your gonna need a differnt clock widget.

i'm tired of stock roms. seems like the Evo 4g develop is getting flooded with these.
i don't understand it really, why root if your going to keep stock look?
I guess some people do it for the benefits of removing bloat and tethering but i did it for looks and the speed.

I'll tell ya....I first rooted for the reason of getting sick of Sense.....so I used AOSP FOR A LOOOOONG TIME......but now I found myself back to sense for the past few months.....gonna miss all this o.ce I get the 3D in a few days.....but I never get tired of these modded sense roms......neva

i enjoy some sense roms but not the stock look.
as you can tell by my sig im a AOSP man. but i am running SkyRaider right now and am enjoying it. can't wait for update tonight
I can understand about the hundred gingerbread stock roms. This port was a son of a b***h. I'm sure there will be more soon.
I can't wait for all the froyo mods to be ported so I can add them to this Rom.

Give it some time. Once the remap mods are ported. It will return.
