Tired of running virtually (while sitting idle) on your mobile device? Want to activate
your brain by doing some brain exercise? There is a very good puzzle game app
for Android based devices. Many of you might have played this puzzle game in your
childhood. This puzzle – Sliding Jigsaw, is the electronic form of a very old
mechanical puzzle.
It has a very neat and clean user interface. It does not access or store any private
data from your mobile.
You can create different players to play and compete this puzzle. When you open it
for the first time, it will ask for the player name. Just enter your name and then you
can start the game.
When you start the game, you see a grid of numbers. You have to arrange the
numbers in increasing order horizontally by sliding them. There is one blank box in
the grid. You can slide any numbered box which is adjacent to the blank one.
This puzzle game has three styles (modes): Number, Alphabet, and Picture. In
picture style, you can get the hint also, by pressing the ‘Menu’ button and then
choosing the ‘Hint’ option on your phone.
This puzzle game has three difficulty levels: Novice, Intermediate, and Proficient
The free version has one level of difficulty while the pro version (it does not have
ads) has all three levels of difficulty. In pro version, you can choose any picture from
your phone’s Gallery and play the game on the selected picture in picture style.
This puzzle game keeps best scores for every registered player on your phone. It
also keeps the best scores for every style and level.
What’s more, it can be played on Android tablets too!
You can click on the ‘Instructions’ button on the ‘Main menu’ and see all the
instructions before playing it.

A good simulation of slot machines, has everything that needs to have a game of this genre.
My advice is to improve the graphics

Thanks, I've worked quite a bit on the graphics already but found the towers hard to do well while keeping the game playable on smaller screens.

It is a good game, but i would change the layout a little bit.
The Controls Gamble and Spin are way too small. It is really difficult to push the right button.

It might be on the small side for a phone (I've mostly tested on a tablet). I'll see if I can make them larger in the next iteration. There just isn't that much room to play with!

Good killing time game. I like the sound of your game.

Addicting slot machine game Very realistic how you win a bit money in the beginning just to loose everything in the end! Just that the game tells you when it's time for that (difficulty jumps to insane) I don't like so much that it's mandatory to watch the ads though, in order to maximize points - maybe there is an ad solution that feels a bit less "pay" to win? Effects and special events / reaction tests etc. are cool! What could need a bit more work is the menu, it looks like randomly positioned buttons w/o background right now. Also, you could add a help button which explains all gameplay elements in detail. Also, on my 16:9 screen ratio, the bottom part (20%) was empty - I would have thought this is the perfect place to put a permanent ad banner?

[GAME] [4.0+] [NO ADS] Pumpkin Lights (a Halloween puzzle game)

The night of last Friday the 13th I published a free Halloween-themed puzzle game, with no ads and no permissions at all. I’ll just spill some salt too, what could possibly go wrong? :fingers-crossed:
Based on pipe games mechanics, and adding a different approach to level design -more on that later-, the goal is to light up all the pumpkins fixing the light paths by tapping in certain connectors to rotate them. Quite lightweight, there are no load times and the app is just 4 MB because it’s a native development using Kotlin and the LibGDX engine.

What makes this game different? Puzzle design
I did not relay on the usual dirty tricks to make each puzzle appear longer or more difficult. Difficulty increases only with the complexity of the path, not via limiting the number of moves and forcing you to restart, adding timeouts, slow moves or obscuring the light path until you turn some light switch on. Instead, paths get longer, more branched and the puzzle sometimes turns into a complete light labyrinth (hey, that's two genres for the price of one )
It’s up to you solving the puzzles by trial and error quickly tapping everywhere and seeing where the light gets to until you eventually solve it -it works- or following a more analytical approach and go straight ahead for the correct moves -it's more rewarding-. Play at your own pace.
After you have solved the first puzzle you can go back to the main screen and select any of the 150+ puzzles if you feel like skipping the easier tutorial-like ones. They’re all unlocked and the average difficulty increases with each puzzle set.
