Anyone else having a problem where the "Refreshing subscriptions" notification comes up ALL THE TIME? Literally about every 20-30 minutes, no matter whether I refresh or not. Anyone else having this issue? It's been happening for weeks now and it's extremely annoying.

Ive noticed that sometimes, mostly while connected to wifi, i receive notifications like facebook or whatsapp after i touch the phone which can be in a big delay sometimes, if i dont touch the phone for a while.
it doesnt happen all the time but something like half of the time.
sometimes i get them instantly.

I'm experiencing the same problem. Happens with Gmail/Gtalk for me (those are the only things I really use those, so I suspect it would happen with other things too). My wifi works completely fine and normal as long as screen as on, but when screen is off, notifications become delayed by at least 5-10 minutes (sometimes more, I imagine). I do not have the problem while on regular mobile data.
Yea I noticed my phone likes to suddenly receive a bunch of notifications after I unlock the phone and do something, or when I get a push notification, suddenly it receives everything else. I think this has to do with the wifi sleep policy/screen-off power management.
Try setting your wifi to stay on when charging, and leave the phone connected to the charger for a while. If your delay goes away then that is one explanation.
There are a couple threads on this subject but they are all little detail and dead. The links below describe in detail this bug. Is anyone else experiencing/fixed this issue? I am currently running a Tasker task to disable wifi when my screen goes off, which lets calls/sms in most of the time. Every now and then I have to make a call to force texts to come through still.

There seems to be a lot of people with the issue but nothing is coming of it.
Is this happening to anyone else?
In the snap feed where it shows your received/sent, you should be able to tap one and it will show text that says something like "Delivered 2 minutes ago". Mine does this but it goes away so fast I can't even see it. I have to tap it over and over to barely see it. I've adjusted animations on Mahdi Rom but nothing works, it's not a huge problem just kinda annoying, is there a fix or is it the app?
Hey guys! For the past few weeks, there's a random clip of a song that will play on my phone, almost as if I have a notification. But, there won't be anything in the notification bar. Sometimes, I don't even have any apps open when this happens. The "song" sounds like something from an Indiana Jones movie. It's maybe about 10 seconds long, give or take. I've tried uninstalling apps that I've downloaded right before this started happening, but it still happens. I've also tried installing an anti-virus (AVG, Malwarebytes), as well as a notification logger (nothing out of the ordinary) and an app that forces a refresh similar to a restart (Fast Reboot). It's driving me up a wall, but resetting my phone to factory conditions is a lot of work, so I thought I would turn to you guys to see if anybody else has a similar thing happening to them. For what it's worth, I'm running the latest Android OS on the Pixel 2 XL. Thanks guys!
I've been looking everywhere for any discussion of this issue, and found nothing.
Often during a call with a certain person who tends to ramble, I need to check the time of day. I look at the screen of my S10 and the time of day is not updating. No matter how long the call is, the time does not change.
As soon as I hang up, the time updates and is again displayed correctly.
Has anyone else observed this phenomenon? Is there a fix?
