There's a change in .config 39 minutes ago (http://goo.gl/KOxet) . Did you make this kernel with that change?

can U make one at 1190,400 mghz?

If anyone has a play with the latency_bias let me know

Bad luck.
1190MHz with Interactive Scaling freezes my phone without hope (batt removing needed).
It's seem that my Desire needs more mV =(

Quadrant 1441 no oc Desktop feels faster, good job m8.

Running your kernel @1190 (smartass) since a few hours and it's running pretty well.

U can watch how the battery drains. Hopefully this version fix all issues with the battery.

Sorry for doublepost, but I remember why I gave MIUI a miss:
It's the missing USB Tethering. I can't connect to the internet from my device via PC. There is simply no option for this. I need it, because i share a lot of datas from device to the internet and 2 kb's up is way to less.

very very nice rofl!
Looks rly nice but what's about the battery drain?
Can someone post the mA value when the phone is in standby pls ?
Just installed this ROM and it has made my Desire HD a whole new device! I was almost ready to get rid of it and by an iPhone 4 but I think this ROM will make me keep the DHD a little longer.
I have a couple of questions:
The Home button doesn't work. Is this a generic MIUI thing or is it just this particular ROM?
There are still lots of labels with Chinese text. Again is this generic to the English translation ROM or particular to this ROM?
What are the two Widgets on the 2nd and 3rd screenshot on page 1?
The SMS App doesn't automatically show the contact names, only after opening the conversation thread for the first time. How can I force it to show the names automatically?

Your home button should be working and there shouldn't be any text in Chinese after you install, if there is follow these steps:

I dunno about the home button, it works fine in my version and should in this one too, maybe an error during the flashing process.

In the meantime I have installed the 'stock' MIUI English ROM.
What exactly are the differences between your ROM and the stock MIUI ROM?

Thanks! I was very curious if the roms from the desire hd thread would work on the inspire 4G without being tweaked to do so. Ironically I just downloaded this rom from the desire hd thread and was just about to flash to see for myself, but now I know it will.
Excellent
Some users reported audio issues, I have included the fix under addons

Also happy to see a no-sense version. Will flashing that revert any of the upcoming inspire 4g US optimizations?

How is this ROM? Getting the itch
Great to see this ROM in the Inspire Forums!
I've been running 2.2.2 since March 5th from the Desire HD forums. Extremely stable. I dabble with the CM7 nightlies, but always come back to this ROM when I need my Inspire to last a full day with a fully operational camera.
Great stuff, Lee. Thanks again.
Just bought you some beers as thanks for coming to this forum.
Awsome and great to hear!
Thanks Jeremy

Desire HD >> to >> Inspire 4G Patch
The above patch will apply local info, device Id's & required audio files for the Inspire 4G, resolving any market, local and Audio issues
As mentioned in the op, I do recommend using CWM2 as you have access to an optional A2SD+ patch, unfortunately CWM3 struggles with SD ext partitions.. otherwise CWM3 should be fine
As far as radio versions go, I have just included the libril.so shipped with the 1.80.502.3 Inspire 4G build, the radio that shipped with said ROM, would be the reccomendation
I'm just curious..
Why does this rom include the 2.2.2 Kernel as opposed to the 2.2.4? (or whatever is the latest now)
I've been using the 2.2.4 kernel for about two weeks now and i've had unbelievable performance.

Great ROM. But market purchasing doesn't work? For free apps too or just paid ones?

Just paid ones, you can download any free or previously purchased ones. You just can't currently make purchases in the market. I'm working on it =)
Nice! Glad to see this !
@nexx: will updating from cm9 alpha be as easy as updating with current cm7 nightly builds ? By now I just delete caches and install new nightlies. Will this procedure be the same when using your cm9 alpha/beta/final builds ?
I am asking because I intend to do a clean install with your cm9 alpha build and setup all my applications. Then it would be great if we could just flash newer versions on top of it. Or does switching between alpha/beta/final builds need clean install ? In that case I would have to wait until final release, because it is too much effort to completely setup the phone every time a new version is released.
Superb! Thanks Nexx, I'll give this a whirl tonight.

You should be able to just wipe the cache / dalvik cache. I test upgrading between the builds so if a full wipe is needed I'll try and catch it first =)
Today is our lucky day...
first virtous quattro now cm9
awesome will test both but first this one
The cecksum for the Google Apps Package does not match. I downloaded it 2 times by now. Still not luck.

It's caused by something new in the ICS installation process, nothing to worry about =)
@nexx can this be flashed over Virtuous ROM? Or is a full wipe needed?

If you're coming from a ROM which isn't a CM9 alpha build, I'd highly recommend a full wipe. You can try flashing without but you might get issues.
btw. Data roaming is ON by default. It's not big deal, but it could be OFF by default Somebody could be flashing the ROM when crossing the border between countries )
edit1: HOME button doesn't work as it should. It doesn't bring you back to homescreen.
edit2: problem in Gmail... I see the list of emails, but when I click on particular email the gmail app closes without any warning.
Superuser keeps FC
Did a fresh full-wipe/format install. But su keeps FC.
Anyone?
@nexx

I can confirm Bluetooth is working. HDMI is not, but my TV can recognize that something is connected unlike the other CM10 roms, it just never mirrors to the display.
Love it anyway. Phablet UI is amazing.

I love this rom!
I install the pimpmyrom tweaks and install oc of mm and I use the cpu max in 850 and min in 300 with interactivex and change de vsel (with motomizer) to 40 for 850mhz and 18 for 300mhz and the baterry during 24hs or more.
Great Job and really like this rom, mm, cm10, but i need a good camera, is very important, so I back to ics ever.
I hope us make a stable rom soon. I support us and when need a tester call me.
Sorry for my english

Thanks a lot for creating this ROM. I've been monitoring this forum to see new versions and there is a brand new one. My only concern from your list of things that need to be fixed is battery life. I've been on Wang's CM10 till now and battery life is great. I hope to see updates with fixes :cyclops:
