It's in Chinese, well its perfectly usable but certain text is in Chinese such as "User" < that one is a guess, "says" and the entire about page. Anyone who wants the apk its HERE and 100% genuine.

But its fast and reliable and looks fairly good on my Racer and on my tablet. Way better than the 3 version which just looks hideous.

Personally i found it to be memory leaking on 2003SE. But hey. its free
me like mortbuttons better.
