I dunno about Pizza hut as I've never tried, but I've used the Domino's online ordering on Windows mobile without a hitch so really an app seems a bit unnecessary as it wouldn't really do anything a bookmark in Opera wouldn't do.
Strikes me that they're aiming for a few extra orders from the novelty of having "an app for that" I'm pretty sure it will go the same way the interactive TV ordering went in time.
