I like using the HTC Streaming Player on WinMo but I noticed on (Sense) Android its not there.
I see the APK file in /system/app and it shows as installed under Settings-->Applications but I cant find an icon for it. I am using my HD2 with MDJ FroYo Sense Revolution v.1.6. Also tried Core Droid V0.7.
Any advice to get it going?
Looking for this also, missing the app in my rom

Hello, does anyone know of a good music download app for the HTC HD2 that works. I was using Siclors which was working great until the new version came out that doesn't work on this phone and the old version stopped working.
I am wondering if there are any stable versions of the Acer Liquid's Nemo Player for the Inspire that anyone knows of. I am looking for a player that can also double as a gallery and Nemo is perfect but when I open up the video gallery it force closes. Everything else seems to work fine on it though. I am running MIUI.
Worst case scenario, also wondering if there is a way to put HTC music back onto my phone without going back to Sense or if that is too tied into Sense to work. I have looked all over and it seems to have been ported but it won't load on my phone.
Hey..
Thanks Mike for the Android Revolution HD 7.0.0 ..

Hello,
I have the same problem with HD 7.0.0.
Known issues?
Searched for this, seems kind of odd, has not shown in LC's ICS dev 18-02-2012 | IceSoldSandwich 4.0.3 - 3.0.0 | Black Panther Edition. Been watching that since the Inspire ICS closed and he took over. Flashed the rom on the 20th.
Installed without problems after full wipe. Initially, the stock cam worked with not artifacts on my Inspire, had normal WIP rom problems as documented in dev topics.
One the 21st I tried using stock cam for video and it crashed (if you haven't looked over the 7500+ topics stock cam crashes are normal), and after that stock cam became artifact-y.
One work around for Inspire users seemed to be changing build.prop
ro.product.model=HTC Desire HD to Inspire 4G or GT -I9250 -- allowing Angelcam to work at 8M with no artifacts.
This did work, then last night, my playlists vanished. Was able to play all music, and browse music in folders in music app (amazon mp3, google music).
Today 02-23-2012 amazon mp3, google music see no music mp3 files on the phone at all, they still are there same directories and can be played individually in google music from file manager.
At the same time as those apps lost connection to the music directory, the gallery lost all access as well.
Tried switching Inspire 4G back to HTC Desire HD no success.
Until, I stop lurking and get more posts done, this will have to do.
Gonna try and wipe and re-flash ROM, see if that changes anything.
Thanks,

update
After re-flashing ROM, standard HTC Dersire HD build, cam still has artifacts, yet amazon mp3 and google music can access mp3s again.
I dunno. The only thing that was changed was HTC DHD to Inspire 4G, which I just re-pushed through ADB to get angel cam un-artifact-ed which worked.
LC's ICS is awesome.
I'll re-post if this happens again with something more than just that build.prop change.
Thanks,

I have done a quick search and could not find the answer I'm after.
I want to be able to stream my music from my Win7 PC to my Sensation without some long drawn out process or having to have a load of different programs running.
Is there a way to get my windows media player to recognise my phone via my WiFi (pc is wired into a wireless router) and stream my music form the WiFi on to my phone as if the music was on my phone?
OR
Do I need a 64GB card! lol
It's possible. In the HTC music app (if you're running sense 3.6) tap the top bar and select media servers. If you've got your pc already set up for sharing, it should be visible. Just start streaming away!
Sent from my Sensation with ARHD 6.6.4 using XDA app.

I tried that but I can't seem to get my PC setup to be seen by my phone. Any ideas for that side of things then as i seem to be doing the bit on the phone correct?
Not strictly related to these forums, but this *should* be what you're looking for (I haven't read it through properly myself.)
