to my knowledge you cant..! android isind made for Indian regional languages..!! go buy a nokia if you want that kind of stuff..!!
Get indi language pack copy fonts folder using root explorer.
Now, My x10 showing Tamil.
2.1 working well. 2.2 has shapeless letters. I don't know why? And
Latest 2.1 firmware has Bengali, devangiri and more Indian language.

Now using:
Sony Xperia tipo ST21i
stock 4.0.4
11.0.A.4.22
(rooted, locked bootloader)
Current problem:
Cant get past installing flash drivers in xp.

it is currently only for some sony phones/tablets and certian htc phones but eventually they will release it for other devices.
Need to root my xperia j jb in one click way or by any easier way!
