Is it possible to port WP7 to other HTC devices powered by Android? And if it's not, why it can be ported to HD2 with WM? And the same question about iOS 4?
Bump unless it's not really Windows Phone 7 on the HD2 and just a really great theme.

android hasnt been ported yet, it probably wont for another year or two. there are android themes out there (well, Nexus One themes), and i dont remember where you can get them...

In case you haven't noticed, this is an ANDROID device.
Nobody will even want to reverse-engineer the drivers for WM, let alone a kernel (nk.exe). Who would want to perform such a sacrilege?

If you want a Windows device, get a HD7. I personally don't see a reason to put Windows mobile on a DHD, Android outclasses WM imo.

All the above suggestions are Android devices....
Galaxy S2 being my favourite....
Also nothing can beat iPhone and Android App Market places....
However if you personally prefer Windows Mobile (Version 7 is latest...6.5 is hardly avialable other than on really old devices).....check out the options Windows Mobile 7 Mango has...

I am not a WP7 guy, but I hear the HTC Titan is a great WP7 phone. Don't let these guys try to steer you away from what you want...it's your choice.

Windows mobile and iOS are closed source. There wouldn't be a way to get it working unless you rebuilt them from scratch... Windows mobile devices and ios devices can run android only because of the sole reason that android is open source.
So the TL;DR version no.
Why wouldn't you use your HD2? It's an amazing phone. It can be OC to 2.2Ghz. The Win 6.5, 7, and 7.5 run faster than any device I've seen. Just use your HD2 for that.
