Different color mods of manup's rEVOlution theme. I know ive seen it on here before (almost positive it was blue)...but for the life of me i cant remember where.

Got Photoshop (Or equivalent)? Got 7zip? If so, then download the theme, crack that baby open and go to town! ManUp456, SoCalMiles, HeyItsLou, Cortland1998 and Fernando Sor are all very knowledgable when it comes to theming (Myself? I make a mean splash screen or boot animation, but that's about as far as it goes for now lol). I hope you find it, but more, I hope you dip your toe in the theming waters and give it a shot, the deeper down the rabbit hole you go, the more fun there is to be had!

As Mobzter said, there's actually quite a fair bit of work to do what you're asking.
Each theme requires modifying a few hundred (if not more) images. Not many people are going to bother spending that much time unless they're a hardcore Newcastle United fan too. It's quite time consuming, but actually not too difficult if you want to give it a crack yourself.
Otherwise, the best would be to just change the wallpaper yourself.
As for the keyboard, you have 2 options (that I know of):
BetterKeyboard - Paid app on the market
HTC_IME - HTC style keyboard, comes with the full root package or can probably be found on this forum somewhere.

Haha.. u sound like u were in my position! I had no idea how to theme at all two weeks ago n im using my mums ancient laptop (really slow n cant really use any new software either) cuz my laptops charger has been messed for quite some time now!!
So u guys have pictures of your phones theme? there's bits missing for me such as default background of timescape/mediascape!
does bettercut actually change the icons within the app drawer? as for ninjamorph, I tried it but no luck! sends the file across but then my app disappeared from app drawer.. gues its an issue with signing n stuff!

Buddy, my newest pc is 4 years old. R u using a commodore 64 ? The only difference between using my brothers xps and my old laptop is his works faster. All u need is java, the sdk, 7zip and paint.net and they are all pretty lightweight. Try it out and let us know what your experience is like.
Btw if you want to upload a folder with images and an idea of what u want where plus learn a bit im willing to help you out. Unless u offer up a reward (which is stupid for this imo) or find someone like minded its probably not going to get made for you.

Hahaha me too but word of advice, don't go tweaking the xml files unless ya know what you're doing lol I called myself editing the popup smiley xml and flashing the apk but now I can't even use smileys at all Haha but im gonna trial and error all day to see if I can't hook us up in case no one else replies

I'd have to say that the zipsigner app is by far one of the best dev apps to come forward in the android market.

Don't see why it wouldn't be..I've used it in every application I have that has an input box (terminal emulator, handcent, stockmms, titanium, etc, etc) without any problems
To the OP: I'll have the keyboard up once I find a good download for it and have 5-10 min free at work

In all seriousness though, I'm working on a patriotic theme. Red white and blue. Bald eagle and everything. Wouldn't be hard to convert to Pabst blue ribbon. When I complete I might have to make an option B. Beer is as American as Apple pie. Especially as long as I'm currently living in Texas.

It looks like knightswolf has a head start on a theme for pbr so I will finish wrapping up my current project of updating my old redneck rampage theme for aosp and perhaps ICS.
A PBR theme should include Dennis Hoppers nitrous inhaler, too, I'm hoping.

Ok well this is my first theme and is still a work in progress. I'm using this as a learning experience so any feedback is much appreciated.
I built this on boneSTOCKeteer Rom. So it will work on that rom. I DO NOT KNOW if it will work on other roms. I am pretty sure anything close to stock it will work on though.
Side Notes
-The dialer is partially themed.
- I used the ics styled dialer and haven't found a way to fully theme it just yet.
- No apps are themed, just some icons.
- The mms bubbles are themed.
This is really just a learning thing for me and it is my first theme. I will build this up hopefully.

Tone down the red to a somewhat darker red, not the blood red
