Are these the updated PNG's? Over in the Nexus forums, their Galaxy metamorphs have been updated with new PNG images with more color. Ported it to my CM6.1 and they look amazing!

Very nice I really like this. I hope you keep this up to date. Flashed over the latest Nightly 153 and all seems to be working GREAT.

this might be the only one i do for a release candidate. this particular ROM version won't load past the splash screen on a reboot often. sometimes it will if i wipe cache/dalvik-cache and sometimes it won't and i'll just have to pull the battery again. if another RC doesn't release soon, i'm going back to 6.0.

Someone post screenshots

if you direct me to that thread, i can get to work on porting some of that stuff to this theme for maybe when the CM is a final release instead of release candidate.

screen shots can be found in the original thread. lockscreen clock is stock font, but that's how it's always been for me since the first theme was made for 6.0
also, for those of you flashing this over Nightlies, please understand that if there are bug fixes to apks in the CM Nightly ROMs, when you flash this theme, it overwrites those apks.
i've been on 6.1 and Nightly builds 154/155 and haven't noticed any major changes, though.

got it to work just fine, did a wipe and ad the gaps!! i love it

aweomse. though, you shouldn't need to flash gapps...

so i managed to find the GalaxyS theme over in the NexusOne forums. it can be seen here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=709946
would you guys prefer i keep this theme as close to the original one or would you like most of the images updated to what's in the above thread? if i get too many mixed answers, i may just make a seperate one

like the way you have this one; it's fine and i have no complaints

I like yours better too.

Question...are the widgets skinned? The stock Android widgets are so ugly.

AOSP Magic v 0.4 ~ DI18, Deodexed, Zipaligned, AOSP Lock-screen, & CyanogenMod Theme ~
Looking for an AOSP, fast, clean, cyanogen mod type ROM, well AOSP Magic is for you!
A whole slew of changed are coming down the pipe this time with the birth of version 0.4.1, including a cyanogen mod theme, including the white status bar, Pandora fixes, and more.
Both the original and universal iterations of AOSP Magic boost many AOSP applications including messaging, calendar, and calculator.
All of the iterations, as well are deodexed for faster speed and zip-aligned for better performance.
The only difference between the original version and universal are your launchers and widgets.
Original removes touchwiz and all related widgets, and universal includes both touchwiz and it's specific widgets.
All Sprint apps have been removed.
This ROM will not format your data or delete your kernal, no kernal is included you must flash your own or the kernal you were using will stay.
Themeing is still a work in progress, more updates to come.
V 0.4.1 Changelog
Fixed several aspects of the theme including the loading bar, and 3g signal icons and strength, as well as fixes for the battery meter. All thanks goes to Envynet, who has officially joined the team in development for AOSP Magic.
Changed icons for most stock apps to AOSP icons, pulled from cyanogen mod. (thanks to the whole team there)

You must wipe data/factory reset for either to work properly, just follow the tutorial below to keep your data or only wipe to start clean. If you are coming from a previous version of AOSP Magic, just flash the ROM in Clockwork recovery no wipe needed.

How to Flash
Unless you have are flashing over a previous version of AOSP Magic, DO NOT use ROM Manager to flash this ROM, and if you do don't select wipe data and cache.
1. Make sure you have ClockWork recovery installed.
2. Backup your current ROM. (to recover data and files)
- To do this simply go into Clockwork recovery and scroll down to Backup & Restore, select Backup then your current data and setup will be backed up.
3. Download any of the above 2 variations, and put it on the root of your SD card.
4. Factory/Data reset, don't worry you'll be able to get your data back.
5. Choose "Install zip from sd card."
6. Find the appropriate ROM you chose in the list, press the camera button and install the ROM.
7. Reboot.
8. Wait for the ROM to reboot into the lockscreen.
9. Success!
10. Go back into clockwork.
11. Backup and Restore.
12. Advanced Restore.
13. Choose your backup you made before flashing AOSP Magic.
14. Choose restore data.
15. Wait for Clockwork to restore your data and files.
16. Reboot.
17. Enjoy

Under volt and overclock kernel's will be available in the near future made by myself, but for now any kernel should work with either flavor.
thanks man. i'm downloading now. i was looking for something close to cyanogenmod.....
I really look forward to the development of this. I don't see any near-future support from Cyanogen, but all I want is AOSP. When you get a custom kernel up (OC, UV) and some screenshots, I'll move over. A tested, stable release would be nice, too. I'm super excited about this.

It's not much yet basically just a base, or beginning. I'm goingo start working on version 0.2 tomorrow with a release more than likely tomorrow night. Have to sort out a few fc issues with using vanilla apps. Thanks for your kindness, and let me know what you think.

Do you know if this will work with the Mixup kernel?
This is super relevant to my interest. I will beta test anything you can throw at me.
IMO people may like it better if you include ADW/Launcher Pro (ADW fan here) as opposed to the stock launcher you have included. MixUP kernel plays nice with this ROM as well.
Edit: shoudl've posted this a second earlier lol

I won't bother yet to take any screenshots as it's basically purely stock either with or without touchwiz now, untill version 0.2 hits tomorrow replacing all Samsung apks with that of the standard vanilla AOSP.

I am also a fan of ADW, however for whatever reason it isn't installing. It is included under /data in the zip if you wish to manually install it. Ill work on that though tomorrow.

i would also vote for something unstead of the stock launcher like adw since it just plain works and is stable even though i'm a fan of launcherpro. but i would keep it on /data side (i believe) so it can be easily uninstalled.
So does this have like the AOSP white taskbar etc. or does it still have the black one with the blue battery?

Black with blue. The main thing right no I showing off the speeds of the rom, deodexed and basically just to put something out there and my ideas I'm rollin' with and let the community supply their intrests. Don't worry by version 1.0 it'll be there, just a matter of messin' with the framwork a little.

This is my ExtremeRoyal theme for CM7 which is updated with each new CM build last updated 08/01/11.
At the moment I've left market 2.2.7 out of the main body of the theme. I've created a separate flashable themed market which can be flashed after the main theme. To apply the theme CM7 and the latest gapps is needed and must be present on the phone before the theme is applied. Download and place the ExtremeRoyal.zip and ExtremeMarket.zip on the root of the sd card then boot into recovery.
Please do a nandroid and flash at your own risk.
Now thats out the way install ExtremeRoyal.zip in recovery once finished reboot the phone. There are many ways to get the new market to work but I find this way is best. A wipe of market data and cache is needed then boot into recovery and install the ExtremeMarket.zip then reboot. I've found the market to force close a few times but it soons clears up.

You have to do a restore through nandroid. It's possible to reflash a rom over the top if the rom is not CM7 a full wipe will be needed before you flash the rom.

Not working
I tried flashing this theme multiple times on a Nexus One running CM7 build 3, and every time it prevented the phone from booting until I reflashed CM7. I even tried a full wipe and clean install, but I got the same result. It would boot past the Nexus screen to the new CM boot animation, but then the animation would constantly freeze and restart until I pulled the battery. I'm updated to build 5 now, think I'll wait for an update to the theme before trying again, as I'm really eager to get it on there.

I flashed the theme and you are correct boot loops. So I spent a while and found the problem Vending.apk. So I updated the market to market22.10 and themed over it. I've flashed it twice for good measue and no bootloops.
Back to boot loops
Held off as long as I could, but I updated to build 22 last night, and as I feared, the boot loops came back. Same for 23 today. I've been playing around with trying to isolate the problem, and I know that the loop is being caused by the Status Bar crashing at boot, and that the problem is caused by a file in the framework-res.apk. I tried going deeper, and eliminated the drawable folder as the culprit, along with any file in the apk named "status_bar_xxxx.xxx." I'm just learning the guts of Android, so don't know where else to dig, but I figured I'd contribute whatever I could to make it easier to fix. I totally love this theme...

Frequently Asked Questions(Last updated On 6/12/11)
F.A.Q.
*This F.A.Q. Will be updated wiith every release.
What is this rom about?
This Rom is "Inspired" By the Original Rom "Sprint Lovers" created by chris1683, while keeping his twist that he added and adding my own litte tweaks into the latest ota(4.24.651.2).
What Bugs are in this Rom?
The only bugs are the ones in the ota.
What is the diff. between the "Standalone" and the "All-In-One" Update?
The all-in one Update flashes the rom with the latest radios. The Standalone is made for those who already have the latest radios, but if you unsure, just do the all in one.
Why do the "Uninstallable Apps" FC
This is due from older version of that app still lingering in your data, which conflicts with the standalone, flashing the all-in-one will fix this, or reinstalling the app will also fix this if you flashed the standalone.
Are sense 3.0 features in this rom?
No, as that would make it not sense 1.0, but after i finish this rom, i am going to start a new rom with those features.
When is the next release coming out?
IDK, when its done.
I will add more to this F.A.Q. Later, tell me if i need to add anything specific.
OMFG

Agreed. I always ended back on Sprint Lovers, was a very stable ROM. Can't wait to try this!

WOW this will be great to have good old Sprint Lovers in my back pocket again!!! It was always my safe, goto ROM when I bricked my EVO!
Take a look at Leo's base, it's very similar to the Sprint Lovers! But thanks for stepping up for all the sprint lovers fans such as me!
Great news! I really liked Sprint Lover's and got a tear in my eye when I installed the stock rooted OTA 2.3.3 . . . . hopefully now with yours, I will once again be able to remove the bloatware I don't want/need . . . can't wait for the mods (battery percentage, no debugging notification, etc) to be incorporated . . .
Agreed, I always liked sprint lover's rom so I will for sure keep an eye on this. I might flash it today and check it out
We're comin from a pure power source.
Cant wait!

[THEME] TWuniversal Simple Red and Black (Updated 10.10.12)

This theme is the same layout as the simple blue and black, just changed all the blue to red. This has been updated to use the VRtheme system so it should now be able to be used on any TWbased rom. I have only tested on cleanrom and synergy, please make a backup and test on other roms and let me know the results so I can update the OP. Just flash in recovery, I recommend TWRP 2.2.2.0. It has to be the newest version for the VRtheme to work on TWRP. Brightness Slider addon in post 2 flash after the theme. It will only work on roms that have it there to start with, like synergy.
Works On:
Cleanrom 2.1
Cleanrom 2.5
Cleanrom 3.0
Synergy ICS
Whats Themed:
-systemui
-framework-res
-secmms
-seccontacts
-secphone
-secgallery2
Thanks to:
All the Devs for the amazing roms they make us
Thisiskindacrap for the toggle mods that we are using
Thanks to Villian Rom for their VRtheme system

Great looking theme.
Just wanted to report that I tried flashing this on Beans (build 13) and after flashing, my wallpaper was solid black and I couldn't get my notification bar to appear. I tried the usual tricks to get it to show up (take screenshot, turn on torch, play Google Music, reboot) but no luck. I realize this theme was not made to be compatible with Beans and I did not expect it to work. I just wanted to test it out in case anyone else running Beans was curious. I'd be happy to test this out if you ever decide to try making it for Beans ROM. Thanks very much for your hard work. It's sincerely appreciated.

Yeah it wont work it is an odexed theme for a odexed rom. I will probably make it for all the deodexed roms once I get it all finished up.
Should have an update for this later this evening. I got the message app done and about 3/4 through the framework now. The framework takes forever lol theres like 2000 images to look through to change to red.
Thank you for all your work. I like the blue and black theme and flashed what you have done so far with the red and black. I like the red color used. It really stands out against the black. Thank you once again.

ok I updated the theme with what I got finished today. I added in the messaging app and did the framework i should have the rest of theme converted over by tomorrow night. download link in post 2
I completely love this theme thanks!
My only question is do you happen to have a version that works on Cleanrom 2.1 with dirtytweaks 2.3?
As much as Cleanrom 2.5 is great I went back to 2.1 just for the dirtytweaks addons and CleanKernal.

That would be awesome, I want that too.
The theme is now fully ported over and I changed it to use the vrtheme system so it will now work on any rom that is twbased. I have tested it on cleanrom 2.5 and synergy r73. It should now work on the older versions of cleanrom and the beans roms but have not tested. Just make a backup before trying and let us know the results so I can update the OP with all that roms that we know it works correctly on.
THANKS YOU This is awesome!!!!!!!!!!! Worked like a charm on CleanROM 2.1

thank you so much.
I wiped cache and davlik and flashed this using CWM (non touch) and it works perfectly in CleanROM 2.1
This was the final piece I was missing from my older Rezounds, I absolutely LOVE this theme.
Thank you so much for this theme. I absolutely LOVE it!!! The only thing I've noticed is that with Synergy Rom they have the brightness slider in the pull down down menu. After flashing this theme it removes that from the pull down menu. Is there any way I can get that back?

Spiderman Dark Theme AOKP CM10 SGT7

This is based off some themes I made for my SGS2 I777 for personal use on AOKP and CM10. So I decided to make it for my old Sprint Tab running CM10 as well. I do NOT KNOW and CANNOT test on other SGT7's other than the Sprint version. I would THINK it would work with the other GSM versions though. If it works for you please let me know and I will update OP. I will build this about every week/or when substantial updates have taken place.
I got the idea to make and share these Dark Themed Spiderman (blacks and reds) from Zelendel and his Awesome Gotham Theme for AOKP I777 SGS2. So if you like this shoot him a Thanks as well...
Zelendel's Theme located here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1878605 and his helpful advice and guidance helping me to learn more and dig deeper than I have previously. Also I wanted to give another BIG THANKS to Nunhugger for aiding me with a PROPER SpideyWallpaper.apk for me to mess with.
Also a BIG THANKS to the Cyanogenmod Team or this wouldn't be possible. Also a BIG THANKS to the AOKP TEAM and Stimpz0r for bringing AOKP to our tabs.
So I want to present a very detailed WORK IN PROGRESS Spiderman Themed for AOKP & CM10. IF YOU DO LIKE THE THEMES PLEASE HIT THE THANKS BUTTON. With having quite a few downloads and no feedback it is hard to know one way or another. Thanks
Themed CM10 APKs Include:
Systemui
Settings
Framework-res
Phone
Contacts
MMS
SpideyWallpaper
LatinIME
Bootanimation
Spiderman Ringtones and Notification Tones
Browser (ONLY ADDED A MATCHING ICON)
Trebuchet (ONLY ADDED A MATCHING ICON)
Apex Black Theme modified with some Red
Apollo Music App red and black themed
Camera/Gallery App
Gmail
Calculator
Calendar
Google Talk
GoogleMusic
Google+
LatinIME 4.1.2 Inverted
latinIME from JB 4.2 MODIFIED
Made a Inverted CM Filemanager to color match the theme
Modded/Inverted TW style Task Manager
Modded/Inverted TW Style Clock
Inverted YouTube
Possibly others as well...
THEMED AOKP contains the same as above for CM10 except it changes out the Trebuchet Launcher for the launcher included in AOKP.
Also ROM Manager
Possibly others I cannot think of right now.
I highly recommend Tha Icon Ultimate from the play store if you want to match any/most of your apps with this theme. I have used and modified some of their work for some of the icons in this theme. They have a GREAT amount of detailed app icons available. LINK: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.droidicon.thaicon&hl=en
How to use.
Make a backup
Flash in recovery it will reboot on its own.
TO USE APEX Modified Black Theme: Download Apex Launcher from the Play Store. Open Apex Settings. Choose Theme Setting. Then choose Black Apex. Then choose Skin on the check box. (I slightly modified the Black Apex Theme to add some Red. I didn't like the Red Apex Theme Folder Background being Red)

Issues:
There IS some issues with third party apps with black text on black background/white text on white background. I Live with it and MAY try to fix it but I deal with it and it is pretty minor.
I use my Tab with 240 DPI (because I like the phone look). So there are a few small things I noticed when using it at the 160 DPI that it uses some mdpi png's. I will fix those as time goes by. But for HDPI settings it works as made.
I CANNOT TEST Phone or MMS functionality since I use it on WiFi only and use Google voice and another app to make WiFi calls when needed.

Put a new fixed version in the OP. Fixed many text issues though a very few may still be there in third party apps.

Added the Spiderman Theme to AOKP in the OP. I pm'd stimpz0r and from what I gather this SHOULD work on any of the AOKP builds he gave us.
I will continue to build this for at least a few more builds (CM10 and AOKP) since I make them for my personal use anyways. If I do not have any downloads at any point I may not continue after the few more builds.
Criticism is welcomed. I hope all can enjoy this theme. If for ANY reason you do not like the theme or want to go back to the stock CM10/AOKP builds you just flash the respective zip over this to return back to the stock theme.

Hey, RockRatt. Thanks for the work you put into this! I really liked the screens, so I though I'd try it. I was running the cm-10-20121123-NIGHTLY-p1c. I applied in CWM, but it only got as far as the bootscreen and hung there. So I had to reflash the rom. The boot looked cool though!

Double check the md5 of what you downloaded against the dev-host link to make sure. Other than the first boot WILL take quite a while because a lot of things are being rebuilt. I have flashed it over many times without issue. Let me know if it works for you.
I will put up a build tonight/tomorrow morning for the 11-24-2012 build date for you to test. It will be about 99% complete but there WILL BE a couple things that have some blue in them. As I cannot fix them until I can decompile it. So stay tuned. Then if you do like it I will be putting up a completed new version of Wednesday.
It is possible enough changed between the 11-16-2012 build and the 11-23-2012 build. I will take a look at any change logs to see. I will also download the newest cm10 to test as well.
Another note is I will put up a new updated version next Wednesday or so. Unfortunately my home PC died, so I have to wait until I am back at work on Wednesday to update.

NEW build for CM10 is in the OP which was built off CM10 11-24-2012 build date. This should work with the newer builds.
Again give it a while to reboot, it does have to rebuild quite a bit upon reboot. check the md5 to make sure you got a complete download as well. Let me know how it goes.

I tried the new build (CM10 11-24-2012 ), and when I try to flash, it looks as if it installing. The progress bar goes way past the end line then it will quickly reset back into my old system. I had reset my theme back to default so that isn't it.I don't even get the bootscreen. I am still on the same rom (cm-10-20121123-NIGHTLY-p1c). I'm going to dl the theme again and reapply.

Ah, success! Installed on a new nightly install and worked like a charm. It might have been because I had the dpi modded to 159 that I could not install it before. This theme is incredible! Can't wait to see your updates!

Glad you got it working. I noticed when I made it for my SG7 tab it worked perfectly. But then if I lowered the dpi it was using the mdpi folder partially and not the hdpi that I fully themed. So most likely it is because of the dpi change. Also it is using the STOCK theme if you go to theme chooser. So you could actually use other theme chooser theme and when you want to switch back you can pick the stock theme. Some things may stay when switcjing between themes on the theme chooser but I havent tested that.
